Wendy wakes up in a mall in a city she doesn't recognize. There's no sign of life, people or animals outside, although she doesn't go out much. The sun is much brighter than usual. Wendy would kill just to see a cockroach at this point. She's been in isolation for weeks now, and is giving up hope of ever seeing another person. The only thing she can be sure of is her name, the fact that she was in a girl group, and that she was touring in the US. She doesn't remember her members, or even her family. Her last memory was her riding in a bus, a sudden loud noise, and a white flash. One night, as she's falling asleep, she hears someone. She discovers a girl who recognizes her, but Wendy has no memory of her. The girl starts explaining to Wendy who she is, and says she knows what happened on the bus. They fall asleep together, glad to finally be out of complete isolation. Wendy starts to think things might start to get better, and things might start making sense. That is, until she wakes up and alone on the floor of a dark humid room.
