“Tzuyu..” Sana slowly entered the room as she saw Tzuyu sitting on the study table staring blankly at the wall. 

 

Mrs. Chou didn’t made the surgery as she died in a four stage lung cancer, three months ago. Yet, Tzuyu still couldn’t accept the fact that her mother was dead, or the woman who adopt her. 

 

“Tzuyu? Are you busy?” Mrs. Chou knocked on the door staring at the girl who was reading a book, “No Mama, what is it?” 

 

She entered the room, closing the door behind her as she sat on the bed, It’s now or never... she thought as she patted the space beside her, ordering the girl to sit beside her,

 

Tzuyu obeyed as she sat and felt nervous all of the sudden. 

 

“Tzuyu-ah, I just want to let you know that mama love you so much, and you made me so proud and happy. I’m proud to raise a successful and a wonderful child and I couldn’t be more happier.” 

 

She cup the younger girl’s cheek and caress it with care, “I want you to know about something. You’re mature enough and I know you can handle this.” She looks at the woman, 

 

“What is it mama?”

 

“Tzuyu...you’re adopted...i’m not your real mother. I didn’t have any husband as you see, I decided to adopt you because someone that I really know so well wasn’t ready to take care of you and I didn’t want your real mother to disown you and leave you to someone who might not be capable of taking care of you and so I decided to have you as my own child and I didn’t regret anything.” Tears started falling from her eyes. Tzuyu wipe her tears and hug the woman, 

 

“But it still doesn’t changed the fact that you accepted me and took care of me ever since I was young. I am very thankful mama..you’ve been a great parent for me and that’s enough for me.” She said,

 

“But please Tzuyu promise me something.” The woman pulled away and looked at her seriously,

 

“Promise me that you will find your real mother, make her proud. Remember when you said you wanted to be a model?” She nodded, “That was your mother’s wish too, she wanted to be a model when she was just like you and before she had you she wanted you to be like her a successful model and a business woman. But she wants you to have your own decisions in life too, a decision that will make you happy. So please find your mother and make her proud.”

 

Tzuyu nodded and smiled, “I will mama, just for you.” 

 

Sana kneel on the ground and face Tzuyu who has tears streaming down her face but she was just blankly staring at the wall. She wiped it and engulf the girl in a hug. 

 

The younger girl slowly started sobbing, which broke Sana’s heart. She never seen the girl cry in her whole life, she knows her for being strong. But now her real self finally shows and it hurts knowing that the girl is really devastated and upset from the sad event.

 

“It’s okay, just cry it out..” She said as she patted her back gently, 

 

“I miss her unnie...I really do.”

Tzuyu walked around the hallway as the teacher decided to let her do whatever she wants until she feels better, he doesn’t care at all because he knows what Tzuyu’s capable of. If she fails she can’t get back up because she doesn’t need to study, she’ll pass them with a easy hundred.

 

She sat on the bench and stared at the water fountain. “Tzuyu?” She look up and saw a girl with big eyes smiling gently at her, “Jihyo unnie..” She hug her and sigh,
