One night at Jessica's house, Jessica is walking around the garden alone.

And she was suprised to see her mom lying on the grass, unconscious.

"Eomma!!!" Jessica shouted and approach her mom.

"Eomma!! Wake up!" Jessica shook her mom's body lightly.

Jessica grab her phone in her pocket and call the hospital.

10 minutes later, a medical team came to their house an drag Jessica's mom to the hospital.

Jessica was crying all along in the ambulance.

"Eomma..." she cried as she held her mom's hand.

Once they arrive at the hospital, the medical team get off the car and drag her mom to the E.R.

Jessica cried while waiting for her mom.

She didn't know what to do.

Her mom is the only person left in her family.

After a while, Jessica decided to call Donghae.

"Yoboeseyo?" Donghae greeted.

"Oppa..." Jessica cried.

"What happen, princess? Why did you cried?" Donghae asked worriedly.

"Eomma.. she.. she is... in the.. ER" Jessica wipes her tears away.

"Your mom?! Wait there.. I'll come to you.. Wait for me.." Donghae said and hang up.

Jessica close her phone

15 minutes later, Donghae came to Jessica running.

Donghae panted as he was running before.

"Sica.." Donghae approach the crying Jessica to comfort her.

Jessica hugs Donghae tightly and cried heavily.

"Oppa.." Sica cried.

"Ssshh... It's okay, Sica.. I'm here, I'm here... Your mom is gonna be fine, sweetheart.." Donghae caressed her hair.

Donghae hugs her tighter .

They sat at the chairs.

5 hours of waiting, the doctor came out with a dissapointed face.

"Doctor! How was my mom?" Jessica asked while tears was shed in her eyes.

The doctor sigh and look at Jessica, who was holding hands with Donghae.

"I have a bad news for you, Ms. Jung.." the doctor said.

"What is it?" Donghae asked.

The doctor let out a heavy sigh before he starts to explain.

"Ms. Jung.. Your mom has a cancer.. A brain cancer to be exact." the doctor starts to explain.

Jessica burst out crying  and Donghae hugged her.

"She has it last year.. Now, the cancer has grown bigger.. She can't live any longer.. It just too big.. We can't remove it anymore.. Mianhae~" the doctor said with a sad face.

"Eommaa.. My eomma has a cancer? Why didn't she tell me?" Jessica said.

"You can see her now.. Excuse me.." the doctor said and went out.

Donghae feel bad to his girlfriend's mom and family.

She has no one left beside her mom..

Her sister went to America to study.

"Let's go see your eomma, sweetheart.." Donghae held her hand and walk to her mother's room.

They see Jessica's mom is laying lifelessly on the bed.

Her mom looked at them.

Donghae and Jessica approach her. Jessica sit on the chair while Donghae is standing behind her.

"Eommaa..." Jessica cried, holding her mom's hand.

"Please don't go.. Don't leave me alone.." Jessica said.

Her mom caressed Jessica's hair.

"I'm sorry, sweetheart.." Mrs. Jung said.

"Jessica.. I can't live any longer.. God's gonna call me any time soon.." Mrs. Jung said weakly.

Jessica cried harder while Donghae patted her shoulders and sit beside her.

"Jessica.. Please.. fulfill my wishes for you.." Mrs. Jung said.

Jessica nodded.

"Jessica.. Start a new life.. Marry Donghae.. Have a child or more.." Mrs. Jung said.

"Eomma.." Jessica cried.

"Sica.. Be happy.." her mom ended their conversation.

Mrs. Jung turned to Donghae.

"Donghae.." Mrs. Jung held Donghae's hand.

"Ne, mrs. Jung?" Donghae asked.

"Please.. Call me eomma.." Mrs. Jung insisted.

"N-Neh, eomma.." Donghae said awkwardly.

"Donghae.. Marry Jessica and live your life happily.. Don't be sad and keep cheer her all the time.." Mrs. Jung said.

Donghae nodded.

"And one more thing, Donghae.. Please protect Jessica.." Mrs. Jung said.

Jessica was looking at her mom all the time with tears rolling down through her cheeks.

"Eomma.." Jessica cried.

Her mom wipes her daughter's tears with her thumb while a teardrop escape from her eyes.

"Jessica.. Be... Hap-py.." Mrs. Jung said and the heart detector's image gone straight.

"Eomma.." Jessica widen her eyes as she shook her mom's body.

"Eomma.. Eomma!!!!!" Jessica shouted shockfully.

She can't believe it.. She has lost her father 2 years ago when she was 19.

Donghae feel so pity for her.

"Eomma... Don't leave me.." Jessica cried, hugging her mom's body.

Donghae pull her and hugs her.

"Eomma..." Jessica hugs Donghae.

"I know it's hard, Sica.. But you have to take it.." Donghae caressed her hair.

"Eomma..." Jessica mumbled.

Donghae press the emergency button in their room and the nurses come urgently.

"What happened?" one of the nurses asked Donghae.

"Mrs. Jung passed out.." Donghae explain, still hugging Jessica.

The nurses nodded.

The two left out from the room with Jessica crying in Donghae's embrace.
