Anyone who ever worked at Cafe Neo knows that working there is a dream. It's always cozy and warm, the fellow co-workers are wonderful, the customers are kinder than most, the manager lets everyone invent daily specials and take home leftovers, and it's never too busy. Some see it as a safe haven, others as an escape. 

But, when tragedy strikes just two blocks from their little coffee shop, everything around them starts to come apart at the seams. All is not as it seems.

Why it is good: 

1. I never finished this story, but from the parts I have read, I find this a highly relevant story, given what has happened in the Korean entertainment industry and society this year. 

2. This story deals with the serious topics of ism, discrimination and matters of self-esteem and safety. I think there is a lot to learn from works like this, and to think about the discourse in our society today.
