One day a family sent out their son to check up on a relative, thinking nothing into it. 

Why it is good: 

1. The mystery is amazing. Even though we get to confront the person/issue/fear (NO SPOILERS HEHE) quite early in the story, I think the suspense keeps coming back with new discoveries. 

2. The way Chen is written is priceless. An amazing thought process, preserving the innocence, emotions and (NO SPOILERS URGH) so much more in the character. 

3. The ending of it was to me romantic in a gothic way :) 

Why it might not appeal to some: 

1. Don't read it alone at night, like I did :)
