Park Chanyeol is every Chemistry teacher's worst nightmare. Clumsy, forgetful, and usually in the wrong place at the wrong time, he can't seem to finish a lab without spilling acid on someone. 

Unfortunately for model student Choi Haneul, Chanyeol is also one of her lab partners, along with his jaded best friend, Sehun, who's convinced Haneul is part of a sinister plot to ruin Chanyeol's reputation forever. Juggling her pride, grades, and chemistry woes, Haneul struggles to navigate this world of labs and love songs. 

Why it is good: 

1. A very convincing characterisation of Chanyeol, or a good capitalisation of his stereotyped image (as in this GIF) being kind of a goofy musical genius. 

2. Chemistry puns. This site appreciates puns. This list worships them. 

3. I'm tired of girls chasing guys mindlessly so it's nice to have a fic where the guys starts to appreciate the merits of the girl. 

Why it might not appeal to some: 

1. Nothing. Maybe a predictable ending but it's not really a suspense mystery that requires too much work really.
