CHAEYOUNG's POV

"Lisa, let's talk" I spoke up once Jennie unnie left. I'll just explain what happened to her later since I know she know's there's something on going on between us. She takes reading emotions and actions to a whole new level

"Not here. Let's go somewhere else" Lisa said firmly as she grabbed my hand and took me somewhere else

Lisa brought me to the park where Jennie's house is located. We just walked together, side by side, our hands intertwined

"Chaeyoung, what are we?" Lisa asked, eyes filled with confusion locked on mine

What are we huh?

"Friends Lisa, best friends" I told Lisa emphasizing the word 'best friends'

"Friends? Best friends? Are we even just friends when-"

"Lisa you were drunk, I was drunk same like the last time. Whatever happened between us was out of control and something we never intended to do" I cut her off and ran away

I lied to her but what could I do? I admit that I savored those moments of lust we shared? For goodness sake that was the biggest sin I've ever committed in my whole entire life and I regretted doing it

Especially when I did it with her

My best friend

I promised myself to be that good Christian person that I always wanted to be

But I failed

I lied, broke the rule and did reckless things that I'm not supposed to do as what the Bible stated

And I hate myself for that

I ran away and went to the nearest bar and wasted myself out. I don't care if I'm breaking the golden laws, I just need something to ease away the pain

"Give me 5 bottles of soju" I told the bartender and got me a glass with 5 soju battles

This is the only way

JISOO's POV

Aish where the heck is she? She promised to help me with these exercises! 

For goodness sake it's already 6:30pm and she's still not yet here

"Yah Jisoo Jennie's here prepare yourself!" My father shouted

"We'll just stay upstairs honey. Don't do anything stupid alright?" My mom smirked at me as she and dad went upstairs quickly, giggling

Ugh now mom teases me

I hate father

I went outside to let Jennie come in. But there's something weird, she did not bring any car or vehicle

Weird

"Go in you're already late" I told her coldly and just went inside without waiting for her

"Eh? Do you really miss me that much to be sulking like that idiot?" I can feel that she's already smirking at me 

I hate her

"Just shut up I've been waiting for you for like forever! Do you know that my brain's about to explode because of those math problems and scientific equations?" I blabbered but she just laughed at me

As expected from the smarty cat

"Yah those are just actually easy questions when you know and understand the basics you know? Let me teach you" She told me as we sat down

She taught me the basics about quadratic and non quadratic expressions first since she said those two are essential in solving complex rational expressions

"So yeah that's how to solve quadratic and non quadratic expressions. Try to answer these questions if you really understood what I said" She handed me 2 pages that's printed on the front and back and is filled with expressions that I need to solve

I love life

I skimmed through the two pages to see if the exercises she gave me is hard or easy. After I skimmed, I started answering the problems with ease

The heck? I'm answering math problems with ease? Is this just a dream?

In just 30 minutes, I finished answering all those expressions

Damn I just set myself a whole new record mygoodness

"I told you it's just easy to solve it when you know and understand the basics idiot. You have 4 wrong answers but it's just some minor errors you know those careless mistakes" She explained as she handed back my papers

Did I really just have 4 wrong answers? Is this true?

"Look at your dumbfounded face idiot" She just chuckled at me

Of course who wouldn't be shocked about the fact that I finally understood something in math

"Anyways that's all for today I need to go now cause it's getting late" She told me as she stands up and walks towards the front door

"Goodbye Jisoo, see you tomorrow" Jennie smiled before she left

Goddamn that gummy smile

I started answering the rest of the exercises after she left. Unlike before, I answered every single one of them without complaining or whining. Just when I finished answering all the exercises, I received a text message

'I hope you're sleeping by now Jisoo. Don't stress yourself too much' - Jennie

I smiled at her text message. It's rare for her to care like that

I went to my room and slept immediately like what Jennie said. After all, I've got nothing to worry about. She's there ans she's willing to help me

But I hope her actions are genuine

And it really came from her heart

JENNIE's POV

She's really such an idiot. Seriously, all of those ing problems are easy to solve as long as you know and understand the basics. I swear her reaction was priceless when she knew she only has 4 wrong answers

I just walked my way home though I had that horrible past. I was a weakling before but not anymore. I know how to stand and fight on my own without begging or asking for any help. Maybe I need a little for support but now, I can really stand on my own. I've ran into many ridiculous fights before and I somehow survived even though I got beat up badly

But unlike before, I'm not that weakling I was before. I am that ice cold and strong person that no one can ever destroy and take over

Unless something softens my heart

Yooooo how's everyone? Sorry for a short update :( 

Anyways I know y'all are curious about Chaelisa. I'm not going to focus on them much but they'll appear from time to time. I'll probably write a separate book about this but I'm still thinking about it

There will be more Jensoo moments also starting off from this chapter. Might be short but eh just wait for the next one ;)
