"Minho, it's time to wake up honey! I let you sleep a lot today.. Wake up now. Com'on I don't think you wanna be late for school on your first day!"

Minho who was already half awake, opened his eyes fully at the statement of his mom and sat on the edge of the bed trying to adjust his eyes to the beam of sunlight that entered his room through the gap between the curtains. When his eyes fully adjusted he looked at his alarm clock that said 7:00 am and his mom's eyes who was standing near his bed, back and forth.

"Sorry dear, I turned off your alarm so you could sleep peacefully. I don't wanna hear you slept in your first class, on your first day" His mom said while brushing her son's messy hair with her fingers.

"But mom I have to do my exercises. Do you want me to stay like a loser forever? No mom. I'm not a loser. I'll have to get back on my feet soon and play"

"I know honey. You'll be fine soon ok? Just give it some time"

"How long?... No forget it. You won't understand" Minho said in a calm voice with an unheard sigh.

"Just few months. Your leg will get better and you can play again. Till then do your studies in the new school ok? You can cover everything that you missed while being on the athletic club. I would consider this as a second chance you know"

"Hmm.." Minho stood up from the bed and walked towards the bathroom, hoping to get a refreshing bath.

After few minutes he came down to the kitchen with his backpack to get his breakfast. As a teen who's still 22, and a former athlete, Minho's appetite was reasonable. He gulped his food down quickly and came out of the building, hoping he could catch the bus to his new school.

Being the younger son of the famous football coach Mr. Choi, all Minho dreamt throughout his childhood was to be a professional football player. He was the former football captain of his previous school and did play basketball and some track events too. But unfortunately four months ago, he met with an accident which caused him to stay in the hospital bed for 3 months. He had to go through a couple of surgeries and for the worst case he had to quit from all the sports he did due to some broken bones in his legs. He was told he could get better soon if he rest for awhile, by his doctor. He believed him with all his heart and waited eagerly for that day to come when he finally start playing again. That's the reason why he agreed to listen to his parents and study for the time being in a new environment. He knew he didn't have anything to do till he gets better again. He was not a loser who'd cry over being injured. He fights back. That was what he was known for. So even this time he's going to wait till the right time.

His mom watched him walking quiet fast towards the bus stop, sometimes slowing down and sometimes running, with teary eyes.

"I'm sorry Minho. Mom doesn't wanna see my little baby break this soon. But you must be ready to dream a new dream with your life now..." She whispered to herself, giving up on trying to hold back her tears.

Minho was walking through noisy classrooms and silent hallways of SKY University, according to the directions of the security guard at the gate. His legs were already hurting due to all the walking he did since morning.

"Dammit!" He leaned towards the wall behind him in the silent hallway and the next minute, he was sitting on the floor rubbing his knees with his hands.

"Are you okay?" Minho raised his head doubting if the voice talked to him or anyone else. The voice was like and angel's, and when he met his eyes with the stranger's, he confirmed that the person who was standing in front of him was in fact a living angel. He had short brown hair that was styled up showing his broad temple with small brown eyes that wondered around Minho's hand which were still touching his knees. It was filled with care and from the first glance he knew the stranger is really worried. Minho was too mesmerized seeing the angel like random stranger that stood in front of him, that he forgot how to answer.

"Can you walk? Your legs are hurting?" The stranger asked again hoping he could get a reply this time.

"Y-Yeah. Yeah.. I'm ok. I can walk" Minho replied waking up from his thoughts.

In the next second, a short but chubby arm was held towards him. It looked like it belong to a little kid. Minho hold onto his hand anyways and in the next minute he was standing in front of the 'living angel', still feeling the warm and cozy palm of the stranger's.

"You don't look like you're from our college. Right?" Stranger asked letting Minho's hand go.

"Nope. It's my first day here. I was trying to get to the administration office. But I think I'm lost now" Minho replied back with a smile.

"Lucky you. I'm heading there as well. You can come with me" he said with a huge smile. Minho could swear it was the most beautiful smile he had ever seen in his entire life.

"By the way you can call me Onew and I'm a 4th year Med student. What about you?" The stranger asked starting to walk through the hallway.

"Oh a hyung! Oh!! A senior?" Minho said trying to take a look at the man's face hoping he didn't annoy the senior on his first day.

"Haha, yeah! What about you?" Onew turned back as if he heard his thoughts and smiled widely.

"I'm Minho... Choi Minho. 2nd year in liberal arts. A sophomore.." he replied.

Onew was mysterious somehow. At Least in Minho's eyes he was. True that is, the fact that Onew had the best smile and his eyes turned into crescents when he smiled. True that is, the fact that he looked like an angel. True that is, that he was warm and cozy. True that is he looked Like a living happy virus. But something was off... His eyes said otherwise. That he was lonely. That he was trying to hold back. That he was worried... His gaze was friendly and comfortable, but at the same time he was not. Curiosity was already building up inside Minho, but they were already near the office that he wanted to find in the first place.

"We're here. See you later Minho" Onew disappeared into the office with a gentle smile.
