I looked at him with a smirk. What kind of a guy has pink hair? My judgement must've shown as clear as water.

"Hello. What can I get for you today?" I gave a sideways glare.

"Coffee. Black." the stranger's accent was heavy. "Did I do something wrong?"

His question caught me offguard. I put in his order and looked back up at the pink-haired man.

"No. $4.89. Why do you ask?" my voice came out bold and stern. He blinked.

"I was just... why you looked at me.. well, never mind." he stuttered. The stranger glanced at my nametag, handing me his card, muttering my name underneath his breath. His lips pressed together into a thin line. He shuffled in one spot, moving back and forth from one foot to the other. I looked down at his card: Kang Euigeon. What kind of a name is that?

"Ahh.. I'm embarrassed." he suddenly stated. He nervously chuckled as I swiped his card. I looked at him with a blank stare, handing the card back to the owner.

"It's pronounced Kang-Eui-Geon," he said every syllable with precision and smiled. He had a cute smile.

"Here's your coffee, Kang. Eui. Geon." I slightly nodded with every word. I pressed my lips together, giving a gentle smile. My heart fluttered when he smiled so brightly.

"Thank you, Ong. Seong. Woo." he took his coffee and walked out the door. My cheeks flushed red, forgetting that my own surname was the weirdest of all.

I'll probably never see this pink-haired stranger again, I thought to myself. I looked down to the ground, biting the side of my lip. The door of the coffee shop opened, letting a loud chime go throughout the small shop.

"Welcome." I picked up my head as the entering person walked to the counter.

"Could I possibly get your phone number?" the pink-haired Kang Euigeon looked at me with wide eyes, expression full of anticipation.

"W-what?" I was flustered.

"Ah, sorry, it's the accent isn't it? Can I get your phone number?" he repeated his question. I gulped.

"S-sure.." I blinked, coming back to a clear state of mind. He handed me his phone, and I put in my phone number without hesitation. I gave his phone back, and he smiled.

"My name is Kang Euigeon, but you can call be Daniel. Actually, I'd prefer if you called me that, Kang Daniel. I'm 18 years old. I like black coffee, and I'll be back here tomorrow." he gently bowed, exiting the door once again.
