Jesse and his family go to hospital after got call from Jessica telling that her mom fainted and rushed to hospital by ambulance. When they arrive, Yuri and Hyoyeon is there with Jessica and Yuri comforting the crying girl

“Baby” Jesse quickly approach Jessica who are crying in Yuri embrace
“Uncle, mommy is inside” Jessica pointed at emergency room
“Baby, don’t cry. Uncle is here” Jesse cooed
“I want daddy” Jessica said between her sobs. They shocked at her sudden demand because that girl never looking for her dad in whatever situation is
“I-you called him already?” Jesse asked, he feels sorry at the girl
“Not yet”
“Noona, can you call her dad?”
“Sure” Yuri quickly calling Krys “He’ll arrive in 30 minutes” Yuri said after hang up the call

30 minutes later, Krys arrive with Taeyeon. Krys face looked worry along the way to the hospital
Krys saw his daughter hugged by Jesse and he quickly approach them “Jessi, daddy coming”

“Daddy” Jessica hugging her father tightly and Krys feel warm because it is first time Jessica calling him daddy

“Jesse, what happen to her mom?” Krys asked worriedly
“She never tells you anything?”
“No”
Jesse sighs “I’ll tell you later, just comfort her first”
“Ok then”

Few minutes later, a doctor comes out of emergency room and they quickly go to her

“How is Ms. Hwang condition, doctor?” Jesse asked
“Right now she is ok” they feel relief “I want to meet her family member”

They looked at each other, Jesse and Krys especially because they don’t know what to say. Then Krys nudging Yuri and signal her to answer

“I’m her cousin, Kwon Yuri” said Yuri
“Her husband or someone closer than cousin?” doctor asked
“Em, this is her daughter. Other family members are abroad” Yuri pointed her thumb to Jessica
“Oh, it’s ok; I’ll just see you Ms. Kwon. Follow me to my office”
“Ok” doctor leave to her office

“Krys, is this ok? Shall you go with me?” Yuri hesitant to go
“No, just go there now. Everything is ok” said Krys and Yuri follow the doctor

“Jesse, I think we need to talk now” Krys really want to know what happen to his ex-wife
“Alright, let talk at the garden”
“Ok” Krys nods “Baby, daddy goes out for awhile. You stay here with aunty Tae, ok?”
“Ok daddy” Jessica nods weakly and Taeyeon replace Krys to sooth Jessica

At the garden, Jesse tells Krys everything about Tiffany and his relationship with Tiffany. Krys crying after he know about Tiffany condition and he keep blaming himself but Jesse said that is not his fault

“Don’t blame yourself, just pray so that she’ll return healthily to us” Jesse pats Krys shoulder
“I still feel bad, Jesse. I really don’t know she suffer this illness for years” Krys wiped his tears. It’s really not manly but he don’t care
“Let it pass, now let start new life happily with everyone” Jesse said with sincere
“Ok” Krys really happy that Jesse not treat him coldly “We can be friend, right?”
“Of course, I really want to make friend with you but you know” Jesse giggle
“I’m really sorry for that but I hope you can take care of them for me. Even I’m not with them, I hope we can raise Jessi together to be a good girl in future. I know you can be the best for both of them”
“Thanks brother” they shake hand
“My pleasure” Krys face brightened
“I’m happy to have Jessica as my daughter even she’s grown up now because you know, Tiffany problem and she can’t give me child. You’re lucky because you have her, Sooyoung and your current daughter, I envy you so much”
“You’re Jessica new father now, feel free to take care of her. I don’t mind if she calls you daddy now even Tiffany still not allow her to do it yet” they chuckled
“Can I request something from you?”
“As long as it’s not hard, I’ll fulfill its”
“When I marry Tiffany, I want you to walk her to me since her father not around”
Krys speechless “Aa-are you sure?” he stutter
“Yes, I want you to do this instead of others. You’re part of them so you’re part of our family too so I hope you can do this on our big day”
“I don’t have problem with that but will she agree?”
“I’ll talk with her about this, don’t worry. I just need your decision and I hope your wife don’t mind too”
“Don’t worry about my wife, if it’s for Tiffany and Jessica she’ll be ok”
“Glad to hear that and you can do it, right?”
“Yes, I will. It’s my honor to walk my ex-wife down the aisle to her new soul mate”
“Thanks a lot; I really appreciate your kindness”
“You’re welcome”
“Let go inside” said Jesse and they return to hospital

When they returned, Yuri is also there with the others. They quickly go to them to know what doctor said about Tiffany

“Yul noona, what doctor said just now?” Jesse asked
“Doctor gives her meds already and now she’s sleeping. She’s ok after the treatment earlier, she wake up but doctor said she needs operation immediately which mean tomorrow or day after. They can’t delay it anymore or she’ll feel hurt again. Surgeon from America will arrive tomorrow and he’ll check her. I signed the permission form for her surgery; on behalf of her family so I hope everyone pray so that everything will go well”
“Thanks noona”
“No problem”
“What about Jessica? Where she’ll go tonight?” Mrs. Jung asked
“Oh right, before she take meds Tiffany left message to her doctor and she want Jessica go with her father. She don’t mean to abandon all of you but she want Krys to take care of Jessie until she discharge”
“Don’t worry noona, we understand” Jesse said
“Ok, I hope all of you unite with each other in take care of her until forever. Don’t create mistake among all of you. Maybe I’m not her sibling or relative but she’s one of my priorities. Jessica free to stay with any of her parent unless her mom or dad give permission like Tiffany did for now. Everything was defined in their child custody so we can’t help but obey” Yuri noticed that Mrs. Jung expression not really please when she said Tiffany want Jessica to stay with her father
“Ok” everyone said
“And one more she told me few weeks ago that you want her to stay at your mom house after surgery, right Jesse?” Yuri looking at Jesse
“Yes noona, I want mom to take care of her”
“I’m sorry Jesse but I can’t allow her to stay at your place. She’ll stay with me at my house because according to agreement that we made few years ago, as long as she not marry to anyone, she’ll be under my family guardian. If anything happen to her or Jessica, we’re responsible to take care of them”
“Is it true?” Mrs. Jung asked emotionlessly
“Yes Mrs. Jung, all of my family informed about it and Jessica also knows about this. My mom will take care of her, don’t worry”
“Aunty Yul is right grandma, we can’t stay or move to your house or Uncle Jesse house if mommy and uncle not officially married” said Jessica
“Ok” Mrs. Jung disappointed because she really sincere want to take care of Tiffany
Mr. Jung thinks about something “Did she make black and white for the agreement?”
“Yes, if you want to see it, I’ll ask our lawyer to bring it”
“Noona, it’s ok. I don’t mind anything as long as she treated well and I trust you noona” Jesse said
“Thanks Jesse” Yuri smile then she wrapped her arm around Jessica shoulder “Remember that you’ll go with daddy tonight until your mom discharge from hospital then both of you stay at aunty house”
“Ok aunty”

Taeyeon tapped Yuri shoulder and she turned around “Yes Tae”
“Nurse said Tiffany is wake up and she wanted to see you, Hyoyeon and her daughter”
Everyone face look happy as they hear what Taeyeon just said “Ok Tae, Jess let go” 3 of them go to Tiffany room

Jessica crying in her mom embrace “Baby, don’t cry. Mommy is ok” Tiffany rubbed her daughter back
“You not ok mommy. You’re sick” Jessica crying
“No, mommy will be fine”
“You’ll healthy again, right?”
“Yes dear, mommy will healthy after surgery”
