CHAPTER 5- INTENSLY EXCITED

I felt excited.

Amazingly, intensly excited.

Because finally Jungkook gave me a real clue to work with.

"You look good today." Jungkook smiled, looking nervous. Obviously not knowing what to say after my blunt statement.

Let's talk. 

This is not the talking I mean, Jeon Jungkook. 

The only things Jungkook had said were compliments and other simple stuff, like the weather. We were totally off topic and I had the feeling he knew it. He was avoiding our real topic and I was annoyed because of that.

"What are you hiding from me?" I said, looking directly into his eyes, shocking him. "What do you mean? You wanted to talk."  his eyes were wide and innocent. "You know what I mean Jungkook. I want to know why you asked me out. So suddenly." He bit his lip and sighed. "I- I just liked you."  "You were face Kim Bora, how could you just like me? We never even talked before this."  My tone was serious and my body language screamed business. Let Jungkook talk  himself out of this. Let's unmask this so-called star struck attitude.  He winced at my words and looked apologetic at me.  "You would not understand or believe me if I told you. At least not yet." He was avoiding the topic again and we both knew it. "Surprise me." I flatly said.
