CL's POV

I heard gunshots outside and i am pretty sure it's not fireworks because the concert is still ongoing.

I am merely a few steps from the exit as i stopped walking. My senses sharpened with adrenaline. I held my breath, trying to hear what was going on outside.

An image of Dara suddenly flashed in my mind. I remembered she's outside. She texted me that she'll go get something in her car.

Panic started to rise within me. I sprinted outside, my heart racing frantically with the fear for Dara's safety.

"No, please... not Dara..." was the words that keeps running through my head as i ran outside.

I saw a man, based on his uniform, a security personnel, pinning down a rugged looking guy.

I looked around, searching for the person i came for, until i noticed a petite figure standing just a few feet away from me.

"DARA!!!" i shouted. By the look on her face, she seems confused. She lifted her right hand across her chest while the other is holding something. 

And the thing i'm dreading to happen is now right in front of me. She was shot. I saw blood gushing from her chest and soaked her shirt in an instant. I ran towards her. 

She was about to collapse but i caught her right on time. I hugged her tight as i lowered our bodies on the  ground. I made myself in a sitting position and cradled her.

"Chae..." she gasped. We're both in a state of shock. My mind was blank and my senses starts to go numb. 

I cupped her left cheek with my right hand while the other hand supporting her head.
