I stand up, approached them on their table, and looked at the woman. "Excuse me, but is this man bothering you?"

She removed her glaring look from the guy to look at me with furrowed eyebrows instead.

Before she could even speak, I put my gaze back with my annoyed face at the guy. "You," I said. "Can't you understand what she just said? She said she's busy. Can you mind your own business now?"

"Why, why." He said almost laughing. "Why don't you mind your own business, young man?"

"Hey!" She yelled. "You two! Are you two up on something? Are you two like accomplices?" I can see anger in her face but I can also see how scared she is.

CLARISSE POV

"No, no! I'm not! I don't even know this man!" The guy who was standing said. "Look, I was sitting calmly on my table, enjoying my drink, while I heard and saw what he did. I can't just sit there and do nothing, can I?"

"Well, do you know this man?" The guy sitting in front of me asked.

"Well, as long as I recall, I don't know you." I told the man who sat infront of me, then I looked back at the guy still standing there and observed him.

He doesn't look like French or European, nor American. His features tell me though that he's milky white, quite tall, but much smaller than the European guy. He's also muscular, but not bulky, and not too thin. I'm guessing he's Asian like me.

He's much more innocent and looks like a good guy compared to this disgusting, rude, freaky guy.

I've made up my mind. This is the only way.

"Yes, I know him, right?" I shot a glare on the man standing.

SUHO POV

"Uh," I stuttered. I don't know where this is headed although I was the one who started it. "Y..Yes. Actually, she's my–"

"He's my fiancé." She blurted out.

"What?" I howled. I was so shocked. But I easily came into my senses. "Oh, ah, yes. She's my fiancée."

"So why were you not sitting with.." He sighed. "I get it. Never mind, then. I'm going." The woman and I were both looking at the man as he started to stand up and walk away.

I was also about to walk and leave thinking I've done my part already.

Until she grabbed my hand.
