(Solar: 24, Nayoung/Sowon: 20)

Yongsun wakes up to face a brand new day, a brand new year.

So she's turning 24 this year, she remembers. Her eyes widen upon sudden realisation: that means that the twins turn 20 this year. The twins become adults this year.

"YOU KIDS BETTER LISTEN WELL FROM NOW ON," she hollers from her bedroom without getting off her bed.

"Kim Yongsun!" she hears her mother chide her but doesn't care less.

Excited, she walks out of her room and starts her day. Seeing the twins at the table, her usual morning greeting is instead replaced with: "Yo kids you're adults now so you better be wise and listen well to me-"

"Sojungie, did the University reply you?" Nayoung looks up from her rice and plainly asks.

"Nayoungie, you've got rice on your cheek," Sojung doesn't batter an eyelid as she replies.

"Yahh, you're an adult but you don't remember to use your honorific on me," Nayoung clicks her tongue and says as she reaches out for a piece of tissue paper.

"It doesn't matter, does it?" Sojung replies and the twins laugh together.

Yongsun, with her hands on her hips in frustration, rolls her eyes and releases an exasperated sigh. She shuffles her feet as she walks towards the dining table and seats herself down with a straight face. Clasping her hands together, she says in monotone, "Jalmeokkaeseumnida."
