It has been more than week and Xiumin didnt heard anything about Chen  and he was growing impatient, he wanted so bad to contact Baekhyun asking for the younger number, but he couldn't, he was told to wait for new.

This long week felt more like a couple of months to him, the days passed daydreaming about Chen and faking indifference in front of Chanyeol because he didn't want to enrage him more, Chanyeol never let him talk about anything, only job related thing and all this was driving him crazy.

 

It was a tuesday afternoon when he received a text from an unknown number and it only said “Xiumin hyung?”

“Yes, who is this?”

“I’m Chen, am i bothering you?”

Xiumin couldn't believe what he was reading, finally, finally he would be able to talk to him

“No!! you aren’t bothering! i’ve been dying to talk to you, how are you?”

“I’m fine, but I’m sorry i didn’t want this to happen, i know my brother has taken it against you, please believe me i didn’t want to hurt you like this”

“Hey, don’t apologize, none of this is your fault” the artist hated to think that the younger was blaming himself for everything, he needed to see him and make sure that he was alright because the answer didn’t convince him at all.

 

“But part of this is my fault, the way he caught us and i told him some things that maybe i shouldn’t”

“I’m sure the three of us said things that we shouldn’t, don’t worry we will solve it, but how did you got my number?”

“Baek, he has been trying to talk to Chanyeol through it, but i didn’t talk much with him, what about you?”

“Only job related, but i need to ask you something, do you still feel the same way?” Chen didn't take too long answering that question, he just needed a couple of seconds to send his message

“Of course i do! Does that mean that you don't want anything more?”

“NO! I didn't mean that, but you know i don't want you to be constantly fighting with your brother because of me, and i don't want to do it either”

“Me neither, but he’s being so hypocrite and stubborn that he doesn't want to hear anything, he doesn't even let Baekhyun talk about it”

“He means a lot to me Chen, he helped me so many times, but deep down i understand him”

“What? Now i’m the one that doesn't understand you”

“Can i call you, i prefer to talk to you, the messages are easily misunderstood”

“Sure, don't worry i’m not at home”

 

Xiumin immediately close the text app and dialed Chen’s number, he had to admit that it wasn't only for the inconveniences of the app, but because he wanted to hear his voice again.

“Hi”

“Hi hyung”

“I missed you, i wanted to hear you”

“Me too, but…...what did you mean that you understand Chanyeol?”

Xiumin sighed deeply and prepared himself for the worst but he needed to be honest with him about his past.

“What i mean is that i’ve known your brother for a long time and i admit that i never ever wanted a relationship, i always used to have casual partners and the moment that they wanted something more i rejected them, sometimes in an almost cruel way” he knew it wasn't something pleasant to hear but for the first time he wanted to come clear with someone “i know this isn't what you wanted to hear but i want you to know that for the first time i want something more, something serious with you Chen, that's why your brother is so annoyed with me because he knows perfectly well what i’ve done till now and he is scared for you”

“And what am i supposed to do now Xiumin? I want to be with you but what if you get bored of me when you know me?”

“I don't think that would happen, but it’s true that we don't know each other very well, so what would you think about keep on talking and getting to know each other?”

“I would love that”

“Me too, i know that meeting right now it’s going to be difficult but i promise i would call you everyday”

“I’ll be waiting for that, so you must do it”

“Believe me i will”

“Hyung now i have to go to class but we can keep on texting”

“You should be attentive”

“But history is so boring!!”

“Okay then;)”

 

Just like that the Chen passed the two hours class talking with Xiumin, talking about nothing and everything, talking about friends, college, childhood and Xiumin’s past love affairs. He had to admit that he was a little bit scared after hearing all those thing but the more he talked with him the more serious he was about dating the older one, and was ready to accept him and fight for him.

 

 

 

Days passed and Baekhyun was tired of his boyfriends stupid’s behaviour, that's why he gave his friend Xiumin's number and now was decided to talk to him and make things clear. He had tried to do that exact same thing but the giant always distracted him with tender caresses and deep kisses and he hadn't been able to win against those, but today was the day.

They were currently both snuggled in the couch watching a film in Baekhyun’s flat.

“Chan i want to talk to you about something”

“Something’s wrong Baek?”

“You know what’s wrong Chan”

“Baek i don’t want to talk about that”

“But we have to! I know that you don’t like seeing Chen like that, and neither do i, he is my best friend Chan and i can’t sit here and do nothing” Chanyeol didn't even move or looked back to Baekhyun “i know you are scared for him but you don't have to, this is just stupid”

“Baek of course i don't like to hear him cry every single night and know that it’s because of me, but i don't think i can trust Xiumin in this”

“I know you’re not gonna like this, but the other day i went to talk with Xiumin”

“Why would you do that?!”

“Remember that he is my best friend Chanyeol, and i wouldn’t allow anyone to hurt him, i did the same with Junmyeon and with the previous ones. So believe me when i say that he genuinely like him”

“First of all, what do you mean with ‘previous ones’?”

“Sometimes you really are a fool” i couldn't help but laugh at him, that’s the only thing that registered his brain, that’s a serious brother complex “Chen is quite hot, even though you see him like a cute little kid, and that means that a lot of guys want him for many different things” i said with a smirk because i can count more than ten guys that droll looking at him.

“Those bastards…...but Baek i believe you but i can't trust him you didn't saw them”

“Look you can't control him, and if you forget everything and think for a minute you will see that Xiumin is the best for him, and if you don’t you're gonna say or do something that’s going to take you two apart. You have to let him take his decisions and help him if something happens, just so you know i gave Chen Xiumin’s number he was going crazy and making the worst stories possible, they have to talk”

After a couple of minutes of silence Chanyeol sighed and said

“So do i really have to let them be?”

“Yes darling, but i suggest you to talk with Xiumin, he is your best friend and is suffering too because he thinks he had lost you”

“Alright i’ll do it tomorrow, seriously what would i do without you” Chanyeol smiled and Baekhyun smirked with a devilish look.

“You would be lost without someone as amazing as me”

“Sure shortie”

“Yah!!”

“By the way aren't you hot? You are wearing a sweater and a scarf, and it’s too warm for that”

“I’m boiling but i couldn't allow you to distract me”

“Am i a distraction Mr Byun?”

“You know you are, everytime i tried to talk about this you did it”

“I don't know how could i distract you, maybe like this?”

Chanyeol rubbed his huge palm through Baekhyun's clothed thighs squeezing them a bit

“Chan…..yo-you… just like that”

“So if i bite your ear?” Baek couldn't help but moan at the contact of his boyfriend’s wet tongue in his ear and his hand that was almost touching his croach, he couldn't take it anymore and moaned loudly.

“Bed, NOW!”

Chanyeol didn't need to be told twice, because he took his lover and carried him till they were both in bed devouring each other’s mouths quite aggressively.

 

 

A couple of hours later Chanyeol lied in bed with a and sleeping Baekhyun in his arms, he already knew he was being too harsh with Chen and Xiumin. He took his phone and searched for Xiumin’s number, he knew he had to talk to him.

It took him more than ten minutes to write that message, nothing seemed to express what he wanted to say so he opted to say as simple as he could.

 

“Hey, i want to talk with you”

“Tomorrow at work?” Xiumin was excited and nervous, he hoped that what Chanyeol wanted to say to him was positive and not hurtful, he missed his friend more than he thought he would.

“Maybe it’s better out of work” at least he seemed receptive “want to grab a coffee before work?”

“Sure, same place and same time?”

“Great see you tomorrow”

 

Chanyeol hugged tight his boyfriend, who was secretly smiling mentally jumping because his giant was going to finally fix this mess, ‘Chen is going to be so happy tomorrow’ was Baekhyun last thought before sleeping happily.

Hello! first of all i'm really sorry for taking so long to write this but college got me quite busy, i know this is quite short but i have quite a few things i have to deal with first. Now i'm not going to make promises about uploading the next chapter in a certain time because is obvious i can't keep my promise, but i'll try to do it as fast as possible.
