Weeks have passed, and things were more or less better, their brotherly love was never lost and their amazing team work was always the same. Stage after stage, song after song, Vixx rocked it. The fans were shouting their names louder and louder and many awards had their names labeled on it. They were on the top of the world or at least that’s how they felt; proud of what they were doing and how happy their starlights were. It took them so much hard work and sweat, all of them worked so hard to get where they are now, but the one who is killing his way through was their leader N.

During all this time, HakYeon was putting extra effort to lead his team to victory. He can’t remember the last time when he got one peaceful night of sleep or enough food in his system. He was the first to wake up and the last to go to bed; he stayed for hours in the dance practice room discussing choreographies with the choreographer after everyone has left, he attended late meetings with the mangers to see their upcoming plans and schedules, he pushed everyone and motivated them to do their best, he kept recording his parts for longer hours because he thought that he wasn’t good enough comparing to the others and that it won’t be fair to make the song sound uneven when the others are doing better and that he needs to level up. It was taking him a lot of effort, Leo noticed how much energy it was stolen from N’s body and how much he was suffering, for the others however, they were quite impressed with their leader thinking that he is doing all what he can for them and for the team’s sake. “But for how long is he going to keep it up like this?” Ravi asked Ken one night while having dinner without the leader, again.

“I don’t know but he is going to get himself into a lot of pain if he keeps it up this way”

And that’s when Leo joined “I’ll talk to him … for real this time”

Everybody agreed that it was about time to see what was bothering their leader, and help him through it, they are ready to help him if he just asked them and opened up to them.

It was Saturday and Vixx were more than happy when they had the weekend off for the first time in weeks. They enjoyed their morning sleep and only woke up very late toward 12am. Ken woke up due to the noise he heard in the kitchen. It was TaekWoon making breakfast. Ken got out slowly from his bed and with his eyes half closed; he walked following the noise to find TaekWoon near the stove making toasts and eggs.

“Morning Hyung!” he greeted

Leo smiled at him and asked him to sit down “It will be ready in few minutes why don’t you go wake Wonsik, Hongbin and Hyuk?”

“What about HakYeon Hyung?”

“He came late last night, around 4am in the morning, let him sleep I’ll wake him up later”

JaeHwan agreed and went looking for his team mates. Wonsik was almost dead, it took JaeHwan around 15 minutes to wake him up; he grabbed his arms and legs and threatened to pour a bucket of water on top of his head if he didn’t wake up immediately. Wonsik groaned and whined a lot before he got off the bed and on his way out to the bathroom, JaeHwan hit him with a pillow on his back “That’s for making it hard for me to suffer so hard to wake you”. Ravi, with his eyes closed, gave his Hyung a small laugh before exiting the room. Next, it was Hyuk and Hongbin’s room. The two maknaes stayed up late last night playing and fooling around but it was easy to get them up than to wake Wonsik.

On his way back, JaeHwan stopped by TaekWoon and HakYeon’s room. Even though he knew that TaekWoon told him that he will get HakYeon later by himself, he opened the door slowly and pocked his head trying to get a quick glance at his sleeping Hyung but he couldn’t see anything. The room was dark and only the few white blankets covering HakYeon’s body stood up. Ken slowly shut the door, leaving what seemed to be a sleeping HakYeon get more rest.

Hours have passed since they got their breakfast, now they are all sitting the living room watching TV. They were planning to go out but the weather played his magical trick leaving them all trapped inside the dorms while it rained heavily outside.  “Where is N Hyung?” Hyuk spoke up after a long time of silence as they were watching a movie

“Still sleeping” answered Ken

“But its Almost 4pm” commented Ravi

Hongbin’s eyes filled with concern looked up to Leo who was sitting behind him on the couch while he and Hyuk were sitting on the ground. Leo was concerned as well, he automatically looked at the door of their room behind him in the hall way “I’ll go check” he said cutting his way through the two Maknaes on the ground.

Leo opened the door slowly; he switched the lights on and got closer to N’s bed. N was covered under his blanket, his face hid underneath it. Leo carefully called his name “HakYeon-ah!! You need to wake up now its getting late” but there was no response from the tanned guy. “HakYeon-ah?”

Leo pulled the blanket off N’s face. His eyes were closed, mouth half open, hands hugging himself and his breaths were slow deep and heavy. “Hey are you ok?” Leo asked with a shaking voice but the older didn’t move an inch. Leo pulled off the blanket until he reached N’s waist, he was shocked to see HakYeon swimming in his sweat. He reached his hand on top of his forehead only to get confused and nervous at the same time “HakYeon you’re burning up … what happened?” Again, there was no answer. Leo grabbed N’s shoulder and shook it a bit “Hey wake up let’s get you cleaned up” … “N-ah?” He shook his wimp body harder “N-AH?” he tapped on his cheeks “HakYeon? … Look at me, open your eyes” he pulled his sweaty hair away from his face and squeezed his cheeks “Cha HakYeon?” With all his force, he tried to put N on a sitting position but he was not conscious and his head kept falling in front of him in order to settle on TaekWoon’s shoulder. TaekWoon pulled him away from him and shook him again but this time he shook him harder and yelled louder “YA CHA HAKYEON”

Leo’s last yell for his friend reached the other member’s ears, they all dropped what they were doing and head to Leo and N’s room. Ravi was the first to arrive, he was totally confused when he sow Leo holding N by his shoulders shaking him so hard. Hyuk and Hongbin didn’t even move, they only were watching “What’s going on?” Ken asked, but Leo ignored him “HYUNG WHAT’S GOING ON?” he asked once again with a more tensed voice.
