That room suddenly felt suffocating. The intense air filled the room as if it was the soft breeze. Two eyes looking at each other as if a war was going to happen anytime. There was no tenderness, softness anymore.

You looked at him. He looked at you. It was like a staring battle. But the distance between you and him, was about one and half meter. “so you’re here. Hiding.”

“I am not hiding.” He asnwered back but his eyes won’t leave you.

You stepped forward until your distance with him only three steps apart. You slapped him out of frustration. Tears threatened to fall, but you forced yourself to not show to him that you’re weak. I can’t cry.

 He stood still, not even defending himself. “you really… gonna be like this?” You asked him. He drifted his eyes to you after the slap that made him looked down for a while. “yah Jeon Jungkook.”

“are you avoiding me?” like usual, he won’t answer you. “I asked you if you’re avoiding me.”

You felt helpless. Whatever you asked, he never answered. What was really going on between us? Is it love? Is it friendship? Or is it just a strong attraction that one day will fade just like the wind? And now, the news of him having something with one of the Red Velvet member already spread around the whole city.

The tears that were playing around finally fell. You punched him in his chest. “tell me what’s really happening now.” Again you punched him, “tell me you’re doing this as a way to recover everything” this time you punched him many times and at the same time crying, but he just as the same. “Tell me you’ll come back to me at all costs!”

Why everything seemed so hard? Why was it so hard for us to be together? Why was it difficult for us to be happy? You didn’t hope for something big from him. you didn’t want him to everyday be with you, it’s just enough that you knew that he would be at your side at any circumstances.

But, everything was so blurred. You didn’t even know what he was thinking, what did he want, what did he feel for you. You had no idea. This morning was the worst moorning ever in your life. A break up notice from him.

He pushed your hands away from his chest and his eyes were not on you anymore. That time, you realized; everything was over now and you couldn’t depend on him anymore. Just forget him now Jihyeon.

“I thought that I’d made it clear this morning. That letter I gave to you through Jimin hyung was the answer to everything. The ‘something’ between us, I’ve made it so clear and direct.”

From the sight of your black Converse High shoes, you looked at him. You wiped all the tears on your cheeks. You your hair to the back and sighed. “okay great.” If that’s what he wanted, I couldn’t do anything more. I couldn’t stop him. He’s being honest, I couldn’t even stop that.

“me too, received that message very well. That’s it. Good bye.”

You turned back and left Jungkook with thousand feelings lumped in your chest.
