The next morning at Jineunghyeong High School

I am walking back to my room from the club activity, when I saw a familiar figure

“I’ve been waiting for you, let’s talk” the familiar figure said and we headed at the back of the school garden

“So what do you want Chan Mi?” I ask the familiar figure

“Well, I just wanted to talk to you about Seungcheol” she said

“And what about Seungcheol?”

“I want you to never approach or even talk to Seungcheol again” she said

“And why would I do that?”

“Because I don’t want just any girl to stick around my boyfriend” she said and look at me straight in the eyes

“B-Boyfriend?” I ask

“Ne, but not officially. My Seungcheol is too shy to talk about it, but my point is he will eventually fall for me.  So before that happen I don’t want any girl to approach my Seungcheol and that’s include you”

“And what if I didn’t do it?” I said trying to fight the sadness that comes inside me

“Then you will just hurt yourself” she said and smile “You will just hurt yourself for loving someone who will never love you back”

Then she walks toward me “and as a good classmate, I don’t want you to get hurt because of your one-sided love. So if you don’t want to get hurt more, leave my Seungcheol alone” she said and left

I look at the floor while my eyes becomes blurry. I tried to stop myself from crying but my tears wouldn’t listen and continue to pour.

Yeah she’s right! How could I love someone who doesn’t love me? Seungcheol is just nice because I am his friend, he is caring because I am only his friend… the last three words repeatedly appear in my mind. ONLY HIS FRIEND and nothing more

Meanwhile in the room…

“Are you sure Shi Ah is already here in school?” Mingyu ask while trying to call Shi Ah

“Ne, she texted me a while ago that she has a club meeting this morning so she need to go to school early” Hyo Jung said

“Why didn’t she picking up her phone? What’s the use of her cellphone if your not answering it” Mingyu said in irritate tone

“She wouldn’t answer it because her phone is here” Hyo Jung said while picking up Shi Ah’s phone in her bag

“Dam! Where the hell is she?!” Mingyu said

“Good Morning Mingyu, Hyo Jung” Seungcheol said

“Morning” the two sadly greeted back

“What happen to you two?” he ask

“Shi Ah is missing. We can’t reach her ever since she went to her club room” Hyo Jung answer

“What?!”

“We try calling her but her phone is here, we called Eunjin but she said that Shi Ah already left the club room after the meeting” Mingyu said

“I will try to find her” Seungcheol said. He was about to go out when Chan Mi went inside the room

“Seungcheol” she happily said and went over to Seungcheol and wraps her arms around Seungcheol arm “What are you guys talking about?”

“Shi Ah is missing, I will go out and try to find her” Seungcheol said

“You don’t need to do that” Chan Mi said

“And why not?” Hyo Jung ask with a irritate tone in her voice

“That’s because I saw Shi Ah this morning, and I am pretty sure that she is now heading back here” Chan Mi said

Just then Shi Ah went inside the room. Hyo Jung went over her worriedly

“Are you ok? We’ve been looking everywhere for you” Hyo Jung ask

“Of course she is fine. Why? Do you expect something might bad happen to her here in school? You must be crazy, right Seungcheol” Chan Mi while clinging to Seungcheol

Seungcheol didn’t answer and just look at Shi Ah

“Don’t worry Hyo Jung, I am fine” Shi Ah said while looking at the floor

“You know what Shi Ah, if you can’t take care of yourself can you please stop being a burden to other people. You making them worried sick to you” Chan Mi said “Let’s go to our seat, huh Seungcheol” and pulls Seungcheol towards their seats

“Shi Ah, are you sure you are ok?” Hyo Jung worriedly ask

“Ne” Shi Ah simply said
