"Annndd cut! That's a wrap. Good job everyone!" The director shouted as they finished the shooting for the reality program they were invited to.

"Kansahamida! Thank you for inviting us!!!" Taeyeon and the rest thanked the staff and the hosts of the show

"Oppa what's our next schedule?" She asked as they went into the van with their manager

"Hm...Yuri has to go to her drama set, Yoona and Sooyoung has a TV show guesting. Seohyun, Tiffany, and Hyoyeon shall go with Sunny on her radio show. Lastly Taeyeon-ah you are being called back to the company for a meeting" their manager oppa said giving them all their schedules as they drove out

"Ugh I'm really tired oppa. When is our next rest day?" Sunny asked their manager

"It's not fair. Giving us two weeks vacation only to pile up all our other  schedules and packing them all together." Yuri said pouting

"Wake me up when we get there!" Hyoyeon said before putting on her sleeping mask

"Stop complaining unnies let's just rest. Once we get out of this busy month our schedules would lighten up" Seohyun told them as she got comfortable in her chair. The others followed Hyoyeon's example and rested, all except for Taeyeon. This was the first day that they left Jiyeon at the daycare for a whole day and she was worried, usually their schedules made it easy for at least one of them to stay with her but unfortunately today was not one of those days "what if she missed us or if she cried....what if the other kids bully her...what if she doesn't have fun? Oh I wish I could just take her with me" she thought

"Oppa after my meeting I can go right?" she asked their manager

"After the meeting.....yeah according to my list the next schedule you have is tomorrow at 10am. Why? Do you have to go somewhere? I'll have the driver take you if you want"

"Ani, aniyo. No need my car is at the company anyway. I...um... I'm just meeting some friends before I go home" 

"Oh okay. Make sure to wear a disguise when you go out alright. And be careful. Now get some sleep, you will be dropped off last" their manager reminded

"Neh oppa thanks!" Taeyeon said smiling with the thought of seeing Jiyeon later

"Hyung I'm going thanks for dropping me off!!" Jiyong shouted as his manager drove away. He had asked to be dropped back to his house claiming that he was tired but in reality he was just sneaking off using another car he prepared before hand. He had to be careful because his company was watching him closely ever since he ran off last time. 

He was actually planning on going to their house to prepare a surprise for Taeyeon, it was their 22 day, 22 days ever since they got married. He didn't know whether Taeyeon cared about those kinds of things but he chose to do it still. They have already been married but has yet to have a wedding ring so he bought a pair for them earlier but didn't know how to give it to her, and now he would be able to. This was one of the reasons why he held her hand at the amusement park that day, to measure her finger's size for the ring.

He got Taeyeon's schedule from Jessica, who got it from Seohyun, so he knew that she would be home later. She even asked her in advance to be the one to pick up Jiyeon pretending that he had a schedule and would be home late. He had been preparing things in secret in order to surprise her and only hopes that she would like it.

"Hmm....what more do I need?" Jiyong asked himself as he looked at the things he prepared in their house 

"The flowers with the purple ribbon....check. Background music set on timer....check. Candles....oh shoot I can't use them, Jiyeon might touch it. Cake....check. Um....what else....oh yeah I have to hang the pictures!!" he said finally hurrying to get their pictures from his bag

"This is all of it" he said as he hung the last picture they had. "Now the food should be arriving in a while..... Now where should I put the ring.....hm...." 

Ding. Dong.

Jiyong went to get the food he ordered and set their dinner table. "The food's here and everything is set now all I need to do is to change my clothes and wait for Taeyeon, good thing I haven't worn the purple shirt she got me....I hope she likes this..." he said to himself as he went to his room, now totally forgetting about the rings in his bag

After the meeting Taeyeon left their company building using a different car. She didn't want her car to be spotted by reporters and fans so she used one of the second hand cars that the company provided for their idols, three of which went to their group, but unknown to the company she snuck in one second hand car that she herself got parking it with the others so they wouldn't suspect. She drove around for a bit just in case she still got followed before heading to the day care to pick up their daughter.

"Eomma!!!" Jiyeon shouted as she saw Taeyeon step into the room.

"Yeonnie-ah you're messy!!! What have you been doing?" she laughed asking the girl who insists to be carried despite all the paint on her clothes

"Painting eomma!!!!"she happily said showing her hands covered in different paint colors. After hugging her eomma Jiyeon rushed down to pull her to the table they used "Eomma see Jiyeon's painting!! Come!"

"Let's wash you up for a bit and change clothes first alright. Then you can show eomma your painting" Taeyeon told her as she grabbed the girl's bag from her locker in the room, good thing that the daycare allows everyone to have their own lockers for extra clothes and stuff.

"Eomma they taught us how to wash our hands!!! Watch!" Jiyeon ordered her mother as the climbed a short stool by the sink 

"Wow you're really a big girl now" Taeyeon proudly exclaimed knowing that her daughter liked to be praised as much as Jiyong, his traits are really rubbing off on her

"Now let's change your clothes~!" She said to the girl. When they've finished cleaning up Jiyeon once again dragged her to the table to show her the painting. It was a family picture of them with two stars shining in the sky. Lots of flowers were also drawn in with a big house and a pool and what looked like a swing set.

"Eomma this is you and appa and Jiyeon!" the girl said pointing to the drawings in the center. Two adults holding a little girl in the middle.

"what's this Jiyeon-ah?" Taeyeon asked curious at what they were both holding at their other hands 

"Mik-mic-microphones!! Because Jiyeon's eomma and appa are singers!!!!" Jiyeon answered 

"And the starssh are Jiyeon's eomma and appa as well, only they are far away in the ssky" she said pointing to the two stars which were Minji and Jin Woo for her

Taeyeon knowing that the girl was becoming sad asked her about the picture once more to distract her "is this our house Jiyeonnie? Wow you are good at painting!"

"Neh eomma itsh our house with the pool and appa's swing and the flowers at the garden!!" Her mention of her appa's "swing" made Taeyeon chuckle aish oppa how childish, making your daughter believe that idea

"Come and bring your painting. Let's say goodbye to teacher befor we go okay. So that we can show that to appa later at home" Taeyeon said picking up Jiyeon's things and putting it her bag. 

"We're home Jiyeon-ah!!" Taeyeon said holding the girl's hand as they went into the house. But she was surprised as she the light. Sweet music was flowing around the house and some bear stickers were stuck in the floor forming a path to the dining room. 

"Ji-oppa~~! Oppa~~! Are you home??!" She shouted as she followed the bear path. She stopped as she saw what was in the dining room. Lots of their pictures were hanging from the chandelier in the middle, and a lot more are stuck on the walls. Pictures of them in the house, in the garden, by the pool, playing at the park, the amusement park pictures were also there. She can't help but smile seeing them all. And on the table food was prepared with a cute bear-shaped chocolate cake with two lighted number 2 candles on top. 

From behind her Jiyong's voice suddenly came. Turning around she was greeted by her husband in a purple shirt and a bouquet of her favorite flowers.

"Um....happy 22 days Taeyeon. I don't know if you like this stuff but well....umm...ah...here!" he said giving her the flowers 

"Wow thanks oppa, I really appreciate your effort in remembering despite your busy schedule." Taeyeon said to him feeling touched by his surprise 

"I....um....I actually practiced my lines earlier but....er....I-I kinda forgot. And I also wanted to do the surprise in a restaurant but I know you prefer to stay at home than go out." He sheepishly said while scratching the back of his neck in embarrassment. He did indeed practice what he wanted to say but forgot because of his nerves

"Don't be silly oppa. You don't need any lines. You can tell me anything you want. And thank you for taking my preference into account despite this being a surprise you planned" she said a little expectantly because from his words she deduced that he had been thinking a lot about this day.

"Argh just say it Kwon Jiyong it's not like your confessing or anything just thank her!!" He thought in his head while taking a deep breath to calm himself.

"Um...Taeyeon-ah this last few days have been wonderful for me. You have answered my wish of having a family. You let me experience how it is to be a husband and a father. I know I'm lacking and am a burden to you as you always have to scold me when I make a mess or spoil Jiyeon too much, but still I'm thankful that although both of us were unprepared for this situation we managed to live through our first 22 days us husband and wife and as parents. All this is because you have been caring and patient teaching me how to be a good father to our daughter despite the fact that you are also in the process of learning  how to be a parent"

"Oh Ji, please don't give me all the credits. Without you I won't even know how to handle my time and the pressure of my work. If I were alone with Jiyeon, you know that I would totally leave my career without any second thoughts, but because you are with me I can live my dream as a mother and still follow my passion as a singer" she replied her eyes already glistening with unshed tears

"Taeyeon-ah, when I proposed to you last time and when we got married it was all in a rush, we  had no time to plan, no time to think, and definitely no time to prepare ourselves for a life that we both promised to live together. But you Kim Taeyeon deserve better than that so this time I promise you, when the time comes that we can reveal ourselves as husband and wife, that we can proudly introduce to the world our daughter Jiyeon....when the time comes that our fans let us live our lives as we want it to, no more scandals, no more haters, no more bashers....when the time comes that we finally develop our feelings for each other....when that time comes Kim Taeyeon I promise you that I will give you the grandest and the most beautiful wedding that you deserve. Because you, Taeyeon-ah, you only deserve the best." Jiyong ended breathing deeply as he realized the that in some way he did indirectly confess his feelings to his wife. 

He couldn't look at her in the eyes preferring to stare at the floor as he waited for her response. 

"Oppa....." she said but Jiyong didn't raise his head

"Ji-oppa...." she tried again but his eyes were still downcast

"Kwon Jiyong look at me" Taeyeon ordered but Jiyong still kept staring at the floor so she held the sides of his face to make him look at her

"Oppa, during our short time as husband and wife have you ever heard me whine about not having a large wedding? Have you ever heard me say that I feel burdened or weary from this kind of life? The hiding and all the secrets from my close friends who are like sisters to me? No, you haven't. Do you know why? It's because despite all the circumstances and the hardships, having a family is also my dream and you Jiyong-oppa is part of that dream come true by being my husband. Yes we were unprepared, yes our wedding was in a rush, but those were desperate times for the both of us and we both decided to go through with this set up so please don't worry yourself about it too much. And you say that I only deserve the best? Wasn't it you Mr. Kwon who always claimed that you are the best?" she said smiling to him so sweetly that before he could stop himself he kissed her. 

His kiss was unhurried, careful like she was a piece of glass and he was afraid to break her, it was sweet and soft, full of emotion. Taeyeon knew that she should push him away. It was too early, too fast. Yes they were married but they still have more to learn about each other, shouldn't they take it slow? But her heart won over her mind. 

Their kiss only lasted for seconds but as Jiyong stepped closer and held Taeyeon's face in his hands while her's dropped from his face to his shoulders they felt like the world stopped turning around them and nothing else mattered, not the reality they hide from, not their friends and their families who they kept their secret lives from, and not even little Jiyeon who was cutely covering her eyes as she was taught to do so by her Minjin eomma when she sees two adults give a kiss. To both of them with their eyes closed the seconds felt like it lasted for ages as they felt their hearts beat in sync.

It was Jiyong who broke of the kiss first. Both of them were out of breath, panting. With flushed faces silence enveloped them and only their breathing could be heard.

"Well that was um....." he said awkwardly. He didn't even know how to finish his sentence because the feeling was really knew for him. It wasn't his first kiss but it felt like the most amazing kiss he's ever had. Feeling giddy like a teenager who just had his first kiss Jiyong face was lit up with glee.

"um.....sudden?" Taeyeon answered finishing his sentence for him. She was blushing hard, the truth was that it was the best kiss she's ever experieced and she didn't even know why her heart was beating so much. She really wanted to say that it was amazing but she was too shy to admit it.

"hmm....not sudden....maybe... um...new?" he said finally stepping back to let her have her private space "let's uh....let's cut the cake..." he said changing the subject as both of them were still blushing red without anything to say to each other

"Er....sure."she answered before calling for the attention of their daughter who busied herself taking the bear stickers from the floor and sticking them unto her bag "Jiyeon-ah would you like to blow appa and eomma's cake?"

"Neh eomma!!!" she said excitedly as she went to her appa to be carried to the table where the cake was

"Hana deul set!!!" Jiyong and Taeyeon counted in unison as the three of them blew the candles out

"Yey cake cake cake! Eomma can Jiyeon have cake??" Jiyeon asked her mother

"Okay but only one slice understand? So that your teeth won't ache" Taeyeon answered and as her eyes met Jiyong's over their daughter's head all she could say was "later..." 

"Later...." Jiyong acknowledged understanding that whatever happened between them they would talk about it later.

"Hey oppa, you were proposing earlier right? Boasting of giving me a grand wedding or something...." Taeyeon asked a hesitantly as they finished their meal and settled down for their nightly ritual of watching movies once Jiyeon is asleep

"Er....yeah?" He replied a little unsure of what his answer should be

"Hm....so where's my ring?" she asked him showing her still empty fingers "...how can you claim to give me a grand wedding when you haven't even given me a wedding ring to show for our first one?" she said teasingly in truth she already found the box earlier when it fell out as she took his bag to his room.

Without answering Jiyong jumped up from his seat and rushed out to the kitchen looking for the box that he was sure he prepared

"Where is it, where is it. Shoot. Where did I put that ring!" He exclaimed to himself frantically searching through the side tables and the drawers forgetting where he put it. He even checked inside the bouquet just in case but he still couldn't find it. He bowed apologetically when he went back to Taeyeon 

"Mianhe Taeyeon-ah. I did get us rings....but I forgot where I put it....um....wait here for a bit arraseo!" He said as he grabbed his jacket from the rack near the front door. Taking his car keys he shouted back "I'll-i'll get us a new one! Wait here!!" 

"Oppa no need, wait!!! It's late already!"she said following him 

"But the rings....." 

"I already have mine....do I have to keep yours too?" She laughed showing him the rings that she used as a pendant. "If you buy another pair then what should we do with this?" she asked playfully

"You found them!!!" he answered in shock "aish! So that was why you were asking me for rings, very funny Tae, very funny" he said as he returned his jacket and keys to their places "but why wear it as a necklace?"

"You know how crazy our fans are. If they saw us wearing the same thing they immediately conclude our relationship so you can wear the ring on your finger and I will wear mine on my neck as a pendant" she explained taking off the nacklace to give him his ring

"Hey, since we didn't get to exchange rings during our wedding shall we try it now. We did already make our vows earlier, and since you plan to wear that around your neck I can at least put it on for you" he suggested 

So they exchanged the rings. Taeyeon putting in on Jiyong's finger while Jiyong locked Taeyeon's necklace from the back, he actually wanted to do it while facing her but he was afraid that he'd be too nervous to actually lock it in place.

"You know this makes me feel like we're finally really married" he said showing her his new ring "....now all we need is for the groom to kiss his bride and that ends the wedding don't you think?" he asked cheekily 

"Sure if we are in a wedding but in case you forgot Mr. Groom....you already got your kiss from your lovely bride" she wittily replied

"Touché" he smiled
