Dear Diary,

Today was my first day of school in high school. I have been to an all girls school from my elementary school all the way till my middle school. It was my first time attending a co-ed school. Having lots of boys around was awkward. I did not know how to react. I took a seat in the middle of the room closer to the windows hoping to go unnoticed. I am not your Malibu Barbie, not even her friends. I am just below average. I don’t really take care of the way I dressed and I love sports more than I love dolling myself up. I love music more than making friends. So not having many friends and being alone mostly does not bother me one bit. I dislike group work but I guess my form teacher had other plans up her sleeves. She kept grouping up the class to carry out most of the activities. And I realized I was grouped a lot with this guy named Kwon Jiyong, even with random lots. He I would consider Ken, Barbie’s boyfriend. But he’s not plasticized. Well at least I think he doesn’t look plasticized. He sat on the seat beside mine in the class, because it just happened that he was late for his first day and no one else sat on that chair! I guess the fact that I naturally push people out of the invisible dome does not change one bit.
