"Well this is it!" The blubbery man grunted as he opened the door with his elbow.
Seungcheol stared at the apartment, mouth agape. It was in such a disgusting and ancient state. But this was the only cheap apartment he could afford that was nearby his college.
"And this is for $XX a month right?" Seungcheol spoke, his voice shaky as he walked in. The oak wood floors creaked with each step he took.
The man gave him a small smile, nodding,
"Yes indeed! Just get the place a bit cleaned up and I assure you this will be a comfortable living space!" The man laughed heartily.
Seungcheol smiled back at him unsurely, he ran a finger on the dusty walls,
"I heard people always left after a month living here. And not because of the cleanliness."
The man laughed once more, almost nervously,
"You heard. Those are just rumors my boy. So- are you going to take this apartment or not?"
Seungcheol thought for a moment, it won't be so bad right? He can just clean , ask his friends to help and move his stuff from his old house here afterwards.
"Alright! We have a deal. I'll take it."
"Great! Move in whenever you'd like this week and we'll get the papers signed."
Seungcheol breathed in deeply- causing the man to choke on dust and the man patting his back to help him breathe.
This won't be so bad.. Right?

"Cheol this is the ugliest house ever."
"Agreed. You could have done better."
"Shut up that's why I asked you guys to help me," Seungcheol said, smacking the backs of his best friend's heads.
Hansol simply shrugged whilst Mingyu sneezed from the amount of dust in the air.
"Ew snot boy don't sneeze in my space," Hansol covered his nose with the cloth he held in his hand, as if Mingyu had some disease.
Mingyu wiped his nose
