Welcome to my second applyfic! This applyfic will be fairytale themed & so it has fairytale themed characters! I hope you'll enjoy the story!
Honestly, I don't bite so if you comment or PM me, I'll be answering in a timely manner. I take questions (that I can give an answer to) rout this fic since there are parts that are unfinished. If you want to be pro-active & ask about the love interest plotlines or what I'm looking for in particular (if you want more detail than what is on the information sheets) then go ahead & ask!
I would like to warn people that will be applying for this applyfic: I value detail, intricacies, plot-twists & creativity in apps. I also value people reading this note so the pass is quotation that describes your character's opinion on love. I'm a bit of a difficult evaluator when it comes to applications. If you don't think that's fair or right, then I would suggest that this is not the applyfic for you. I'm not picky for no reason though. If your character is chosen, I will do my best to deliver a well-written, complex & rewarding story. So... yeah, you've been warned, I guess.

— THE BRAVE NEW WORLD.
♚ GEOGRAPHY. — this takes place in an alternate world. it's mostly old-fashioned but with some modern touches. the shape of the land is similar to Pangea; one large land-mass. because of this, the northern most & southern most parts of the super-continent are cold most of the year. the east & west coasts are nice & warm with the ones closest to the equator being tropical. the centre of the continent is land-locked so it has a drier atmosphere but is still quite warm because it's on the equator. The West Coast would comprise of North America & South America. The East Coast would be composed of East Asia & Oceania. basically, the Atlantic Ocean would cease to exist. if you have any questions about this, go ahead & message me or comment.
♚ LANGUAGES. — there are a bunch of different human languages that get mixed because everyone is on the same continent but for convenience sake, let's just say that the dominant language is English with other human languages still being spoken throughout the continent.
♚ JURISDICTION. — since the continent is so large, there can't be only one kingdom for each species. there is one "supreme ruler" of each species but there are local governments within towns (ex: there is the royal family of werewolves but then there are also smaller packs that each have an alpha).
♚ TECHNOLOGY. — there is electricity & landline phones but there are no cell phones, laptops, desktop computers or internet. I don't want electronics to be a focus of the story. messages need to be done the old-fashioned way; letters, telegrams, messenger pigeons, etc.

♚ sirens, mermaids, naiads, etc. — it is impossible to distinguish words underwater so sirens et. al. all communicate by song. they have certain songs that they need to know in order to perform magic
♚ elves — elvish (think Lord of the Rings but there is only one elvish language)
