Momo and Sana had what you would call a Flirtationship. Friends that claim they aren't in a relationship but would do things that you would do if you were in a relationship. Kiss, hold hands, may or may not have ual incounters with one another. 

That all changed one day when Momo decided they should end their flirtationship and remain "just friends" when she found out they were both going to be on the same survival show together.
