He had cracked the code. Kyungsoo was sitting in his bedroom with every single letter and glass figure that J had sent him. Putting everything together he had finally cracked the code on who J was. From the number on the door to the messages from j-jong223.

 He let out a shaky breath as he got up. He placed everything back on the shelf where he usually kept it before he walked out of his room. Out of his hallway, out of his apartment and all the way over to Jongins apartment.

He knocked on the others door, no nerves inside of him. Soon after the door opened and Jongin stepped outside. “Kyungsoo! Hi! What’s up?” he smiled, gosh that smile was beautiful. Kyungsoos eyes widend and he shook the thought out of his mind. “May I come in? I need to talk to you.” Kyungsoo asked, looking up at his neighbour. “Oh of course! Do come in.” Jongin smiled and let the other inside before closing the door behind them, locking the cold outside.

The two walked into Jongins livingroom before sitting down on Jongins couch. “You wanted to talk to me?” Jongin asked, trying his best to hide the grin on his face. “Yes. You see for the past month I have recived these packages if I can call them that. They have these glass figures and this little note inside with either a poem or quote or something like that. I couldn’t belive how dumb I was by not taking the hints but I have to ask you…” Kyungsoo said before taking a deep breath. “Where you the one giving them to me? Are you J?” Kyungsoo asked, his wide eyes wider than ever.

Jongin left out a soft chuckle and leaned his head back against the couch. “I was starting to wonder ifyou would ever get it.” Jongin said before sitting back up straight, turning his body to Kyungsoo. “It’s true Kyungsoo. I’m J. Your neighbour and biggest fan.” Jongin confessed. Kyungsoos eyes widend. He had figured it out but to hear it from Jongin himself was overwhelming. “But why? Why reach me in such an unsual way?” Kyungsoo asked, curiously.

Jongin looked deep into the others eyes before grabbing his hand and lacing their fingers together. “Because I knew about your social anxiety and the last thing I wanted was to stress you. And because…well…I like you. A lot.” Jongin said, making kyungsoos eyes widen once again. “You..like me?” Kyungsoo asked, heartbeat racing and cheeks turning redder and redder. “Yeah. I really like you Kyungsoo. I thought you would be able to solve my little puzzle but I guess it took some time huh?” Jongin chuckled and ruffled the others hair. Kyungsoo chuckled shyly and nodded.

 “So. What do you say? Be my boyfriend?” Jongin asked out of the blue, caressing kyungsoos cheek. Kyungsoos looked up at Jongin with bright red cheeks and nodded, his usual shy self slowly creeping back. Jongin grinned and grabbed Kyungsoos cheeks with both hands before he leaned forward and connected their lips in a quick kiss, sealing the deal. “It’s official. You’re my boyfriend now.” Jongin smiled.
