A/N: Hello all, so, I would just like to say, thank you for reading my story ^^ I would also like to apologise for how this chapter is extremely short. This is a filler so I can't give too much away. also, throughout all my chapters there are small hints as to how the story may end. In this chapter there was some parts that mention the hospital and stuff and I don't know whether it would be sensitive to any readers so I'm just going to mention it here. Once again, sorry for the short chapter. I will try to make the next chapter longer as an apology. As always, hope you are doing good ^_^

The sirens of the ambulance could be heard in the silent streets. Not a single life form could be seen in the dark abyss. Out came 2 paramedics carrying a red headed male on a stretcher and shortly after a brunette followed behind and stepped into the back of the ambulance with the red head laying calmly on the stretcher as if he was just sleeping. The ambulance arrived at the airport 5 minutes later and they moved the red headed out of the ambulance and into the hospital.

It had been 2 hours since N collapsed and 2 hours of Ken waiting for him to awake from his slumber.

It was a typical day, taking photos in the morning and editing them afterwards. Typical would actually be a understatement, N and Ken had actually be pulling all-nighters due to the first deadline coming up. The project was split into 4 parts. Nature, people, transport and a topic of their own choice. It was currently the 3 month of the project and the first deadline was to produce a collage of natures beauty. Though this was only the first part of this topic and much more was coming up. N and Ken wanted to make this piece perfect hence why they had stayed up all night in the past 6 days. And just before they finished, N had collapsed. Ken had no idea as to why N had suddenly collapsed. When N fell without warning Ken went into mass panic. Not knowing what to do he quickly called for an ambulance. 

It was day 3 since N was hospitalised and 3 days since Ken lived alone in the lonely apartment. Ken knowing N, he had to finish the collage before he woke up and knew that even when N wakes up Ken wouldn't allow his fellow friend to work because he couldn't risk his friend fainting again. It was currently 1pm, and Ken's phone rang, it was a call from the hospital how N had awoken. Ken quickly finished off his edits and saved the work before rushing to the hospital to see his friend.

When Ken arrived, he saw his friend happily sat on the hospital bed.

'Hello Ken.' N smiled like nothing happened.

'Hello is not what you should be saying N, explain.'

N laughed nervously.

'I was hoping that this wouldn't happen and that I didn't need to explain it to you. But now that its happened and happened in front of you, I really can't keep hiding it from you. You see, I have this illness which affects how my heart works, and it causes my blood pressure to be lower than an average person. And all this time, I've been taking medication to help maintain the correct blood pressure. And yeah, my doctor, you know him too, Seokjin, told me not to work too much and I should rest even if I don't seem to be tired.' N explained.

Ken lightly hit N on the head in a way to say 'you should have told me you idiot'

It had been 1 week since N returned home from hospital and Ken made sure that N didn't overwork himself again. 

The door bell of the apartment was heard and N went to open the door. At the door stood 2 people.

'Is Ken here?' The blonde asked.

'Ken, someone is at the door for you.' N shouted.

Ken came running to the door, and in the doorway stood Hyuk and Hongbin.
