A few more days passed and the event that nearly killed Yunho was soon forgotten. Everything went back to normal. The only thing that still remains from that night is Jaejoong who has yet to awaken from his slumber.  Hyori walked down the hallway drinking her coffee as she looking down from the second floor and spotted Yunho at his desk with an expression of anger. He had requested to go back out to hunt but Hyori wouldn’t allow him. Even if there was no visible knife wound, she didn’t want to take the risk of letting him go out there unless she conclude he is completely heal both physically and mentally. She leans her elbow on the railing before recalling the conversation she had with Junsu a few days prior. It’s still hard to imagine that Yunho’s great, great grandmother had a fling with the vampire below. But this also shines some lights into the question she has regarding Jaejoong’s reason for approaching Yunho.  But it looks like after discovering the answers, it only created more complicated questions that Jaejoong might be the only one who can provide the answers.

Doing desk duty wasn’t something Yunho is happy about especially when there isn’t much paperwork to do ever since Rain was killed. Once Yunho reached that level of boredom, he will find himself wondering down to the basement level to take a look at Jaejoong. He begin to wonder what could be wrong with Jaejoong and if he will remain like this forever. All his wounds have been healed perfectly as if he was never injured. He looks like he’s sleeping with no care of the world. Just as he walked down the hallway while greeting a few people along the way, he heard two voices coming from the direction of Jaejoong’s room. As he got closer, to his surprise Park Yoochun is there with Hojoon as they engaged in a conversation. Yunho wasn’t sure what Hyori is thinking when she revealed jaejoong to Park Yoochun. For one thing wasn’t this supposed to be a kept a secret?

“You’re here again” Spoke Hojoon as he spotted Yunho not too far away

Yunho bow slightly as a greeting to Yoochun as he returns the same greeting “Still no movement?”

“Nope, he is as still as a statue...nothing has changed” spoke Hojoon with a hint of disappointment for he had hoped to exchange a few words with the vampire before him “he must have suffered a great blow to be unconscious for this long…”

Yunho can’t deny the fact that he worries for Jaejoong. Ever since that night Yunho’s feeling and perspective of Jaejoong had slowly begin to change. He finds himself no longer looking at Jaejoong as an enemy but rather a possible alley. Yoochun notice his concern expression and he couldn’t help but smirked. From all the rumors he have heard about Yunho and his hatred toward vampires, he never expected that Yunho will show such concern for a vampire. Yunho on the other hand notice the smirk from Yoochun but he ignored it thinking that it’s useless to argue with him especially when what he is thinking is correct.

“Don’t worry, our little princess will wake up” Hojoon jokily pats Yunho on the shoulder “maybe we should try a kiss and see if it will work? Should I be his prince charming?”

Yunho and Yoochun shot a glare at Hojoon who quickly apologizes for suggesting something so outrageous.

“It doesn’t matter if he wakes up now or later…everything will still proceed as planned” spoke Yoochun

“Plan?” Yunho give them a questioning look

“Hyori didn’t tell you?...we plan to move Jaejoong to a more secure area…” said Hojoon

Yunho look at them in shock, this was a clear indication that this news is completely new to him. Why wasn’t he informed of this plan? Isn’t he an elite now so shouldn’t he be part of this discussion?

“Hyori wants to move him to the second branch…it’s more secure and much bigger…the council will most likely never think of us hiding a vampire there…” said Yoochun

“So this is why Hyori told Yoochun about him? From the very beginning, she never wanted to keep him here in fear that the council will suspect something…” thought Yunho

However the thought of Jaejoong moving to a different branch did not settle well with Yunho. For one thing he will not be able to see jaejoong and check up on his condition like he is now. Not to mention that access to the second branch is limited, without permission from higher up, you won’t be able to enter the building.

“you are narrowing your brow again…” came Hojoon’s playful voice as Yunho slap his finger away

“I’m not narrowing my brow…” said Yunho with a hint of irritation before turning around and walked away. Yunho couldn’t stop thinking why Hyori had excluded him from this plan? Was she seeing him as not worthy? If so, why did she promote him?

A few more days passed and soon a month gone by as snow begins to fall. Jaejoong however made no attempt at opening his eyes. Usually in this situation a person will be declare dead but when the undead won’t wake up, there isn’t much explanation for it. Ever since Rain was killed, the number of vampires has decreased. Less report begin to come in as everyone at Hellsing was finally able to relax a bit. As Yunho slept in his bedroom he begins to dream and odd dream. He sees himself standing in a beautiful garden surrounded by flowers of all sorts. The sky blue with no cloud in sight as the sun beams down its beautiful and warm ray of light upon the garden. Just up ahead a small house could be seen colored in blue and white. The place was quiet and peaceful; the kind of place Yunho wouldn’t mind staying in. He begins to walk down the little pathway toward the small house up ahead. As he stood at the door steps, he couldn’t help but felt like he has seen this place before. Bites by bites, little by little, the feeling of familiarity begins to surface as if forgotten memories were returning. Just as he took a step upon the old wooden stairs the light disappear as the sky is covered in dark clouds. He turn around and there standing in the field of flower is someone staring up into the darken sky. A cool wind blew as this person’s black hair sway back and forth.

“Who are you?” Yunho call out to him

This person stop looking up as he lower his head and turn to Yunho with a smile. Yunho recognized him as Jaejoong. But why would he be here, why is he smiling at him as if this will be the last time they see each other? Just then the once beautiful flowers grew as tall as the sky before wrapping itself around jaejoong and pulled him into the ground. Yunho quickly open his eyes sweating and panting heavily. He sat up as his head hang low remembering the dream. He removed the blanket from his body before going to the bathroom and splashed water against his face. Even if it was just a dream, it felted too real. Just like before, Yunho only stood there unable to do anything as Jaejoong got swallow up by the ground below him.

“Why…why did I have such a dream? Why…why am I getting so frustrated over a mere vampire?...” he thought to himself unsure of his feelings. Ever since meeting Jaejoong, nothing seems to be going right for him. All the rules he had made for himself were quickly broken. The boundary he had set for himself from vampires was quickly forgotten. Even now he has begun to think that maybe not all vampires are as evil as he thought them to be. But Yunho knew that once he thinks this way, his ability to kill will never be the same. Has he changed without him realizing it? Yunho lifted his head to look at the mirror as he recalls his dream, the smile on Jaejoong’s face as he is completely swallowed by the ground. This recollection only made Yunho’s chest tighten.

Yunho devoted himself to his work to stop himself from thinking unnecessary thoughts. The plan to move jaejoong will still continue as usual which will take place tomorrow. As Yunho is working on some documents, he could see a few of his female workers gathering at the window.

“Look! It’s snowing!!” one of the female hunters spoke as she looks at the snow fall outside. A few more females begin to join her at the window.

Yunho sat at his desk staring at them wondering why females will get so excited over a little snow fall.

“Yunho! Come on, we’ll be late for the meeting” one of the elite call out to Yunho.

“Coming” Yunho answered him as he stood up and started to walk.

“huh? Strange…why is the snow during pink” one of the female asked as she look at the snow that have turn from pure white to pink. The color only got darker as it went from pink to red.

“What’s going on?” another female asked unsure what is going on

Yunho couldn’t help but overheard them as he walked toward them and look at the snow. To his amazement the snow is no longer white but red, almost like blood. All of Yunho’s red flags went off as he sensed something coming.

“Move out of the way!!” he shouted as he pushed the female hunters to the side as something hit the large glass window and shatters it. Loud scream echoed throughout the floor as everyone turn toward them. A body lay on the ground with blood spilling from his body. Two large puncher holes could be seen on the side of his neck. Yunho recognized his man as one of the security guard at the front gate.

“Everyone! To your position! We are having an emergency lock down!!” Hyori’s voice roared loudly as everyone grabbed their weapon. She pushed the emergency button as a loud siren went off throughout the entire Area. Yunho stood there over the dead body as he looks out the broken window. He could not see anything else due to the darkness and the snow fall. He took out his gun and aims it at the body on the ground before pulling the trigger as the body turn to ash. Everyone was scattered to their post which they have practiced a thousand time incase Hellsing was under attacked.

“SECURE ALL THE ENTRANCE AND BE ON YOUR GUARD!!” Hyori shouted

While everyone is busy with the possible vampire intruders, Jaejoong who was sound asleep has begun to open his eyes. More glass window is broken as Vampires begin to enter the building from all directions. Many people were killed along the way as everyone took arms and tried their best to kill all the vampires. Everyone who specialized in combat with vampires was spread throughout the building to defend those who have no combat skills.  All the elites were ordered to take the front line while the new recruitments were ordered to help evacuate others into the tightly sealed area of Hellsing. Those who reside in the basement were safe as Hyori has lock down all access to that particular floor.  No one will be able to go down there nor are they able to leave.

“! How did they get through security?!” Hyori wonders as she shot another vampire coming toward her.

Yunho was also fighting some vampires as he notice one of his team mate in trouble. He aim his gun and pull the trigger as the bullets struck the vampire and turn to ash. His team mate thanked Yunho before running off to assist others.

“Something isn’t right...why are they breaking into Hellsing?! What do they hope to gain from this? Have they finally decided to come directly to us” wonder Yunho. All of his question came down to one answer ‘Jaejoong’. There is nothing in Hellsing that vampires will find worthy enough to attack. It’s is not a coincidence that when they bring Jaejoong into the base did these vampires decided to attack.

“OI! Yunho look out!!” Came Hyori’s voice

Yunho who was spacing out in the middle of battle has let his guard down. A vampire has charged at him from behind giving him no time to dodge. Even if he was able to move out of the way, he will most likely suffer a great damage. Just as Yunho prepared for the pain, a bullet could be hear coming his way and struck the vampire as it turns into dust.

“Are you okay?!” came Hojoon’s voice as he rushed toward Yunho

“You…save my life…” Yunho let out a sigh of relief

Hyori ends up smacking Yunho on the head for letting his mind wonder when they are up against a group of vampires.

“What are you doing here Hojoon?” Hyori turn toward him.

“You don’t expect me to sit still down in that place while there is a life or death situation up here do you?” he grins before taking out his sword

“Whatever…just don’t die on me…I don’t want to lose two great employees” Hyori smiled

They were prepared to fight once again when suddenly a dark mist begins to appear. The mist came together and appears Jaejoong as he opened his eyes as a golden glow is shown and his hair has once again become blonde.

“J-Jaejoong?...” Yunho mumbled his name unconsciously with a hint of relief and shock.

Jaejoong looked at Yunho as their eyes meet before he break away and turn to face the intruders. Upon his presence all the vampires quickly halted to a stop and bow to Jaejoong as if he’s their king. Jaejoong who has just awoken from his slumber could smell the strong scent of blood. It was overwhelming and tempting to the throat. The inner demon inside him was screaming to come out, to taste the bloodshed.

“Sir Jaejoong…I’m so glad you are alright! We have been given order to come rescue you” one of the vampires spoke with honorific

“Disappear…” jaejoong mumbled uninterested in the vampires before him.

Everyone at Hellsing watched in total shock as the vampires shouted in agony and then one by one they turned into ashes before their eyes. The place was totally ruined, tables were over turn, papers, books and all kind of documents is scattered everywhere. Blood stains the papers, the floor, wall and table.

“w-what the hell just happen?...”one of the hunter asked in fear

Hojoon can’t help but feel like he had just witnessed a de ja vu. Everyone’s attention was on Jaejoong as they contemplated whether they should fire or not. They all looked at him with fears as a cold chill ran through their body.

Jaejoong didn’t look at anyone as he kept his gaze out the broken window as if to make eye contact with someone further away who could be responsible for this surprise attack. He was about to take off after the culprit when Yunho reached over and grasped his hand tightly refusing to let go.

“Where are you going?!” Yunho asked

Jaejoong was about to answer when a guard quickly ran into the room “I just received a call, the councils are on their way here!”

Hyori quickly turn to Yunho “! This isn’t good! Yunho! Take him and go back to your apartment now! if the council finds out that we are treating a vampire, they will for sure not be silent about this? They will do all they can to take Jaejoong and interrogate him. You know how ruthless they are toward vampires” Hyori ordered

“huh? Why me?”

“Don’t ask any question, just go! ”

Yunho didn’t ask any more question as he nodded his head and dragged Jaejoong along with him as they headed toward the back stairway.

“I’ll come by your apartment later!” she shouted after him

Yunho exited the building with Jaejoong as they got into his car. They drove only a block when flashing red lights and loud sirens appear just a few blocks away. These car drove pass Yunho, he could see a symbol on the cars meaning it’s the special task force from the main branch of Hellsing. In a smaller black car, Yunho could also recognize the council members as they all headed toward the building. Yunho sigh in relief before speeding toward his apartment complex.  He glanced to his passenger side where Jaejoong sat as he gazed out the window. The blonde hair has return to normal as Jaejoong’s eyes no longer glow. Yunho return his attention to the road and sigh once more. He couldn’t believe what he is doing right now. He had vowed to kill every vampire he came across and show them no mercy. But yet here he is with a vampire at his side that he is protecting from the council.

Yunho and Jaejoong arrived at his apartment safely as he begins to pace back forth in disbelief of what just happened. This is the first time anyone was daring enough to storm into a Hellsing branch. It was a bad idea in the first place to house a vampire especially one as powerful as Jaejoong. Knowing him, he’s probably of high status so most likely those who follow him will come to his rescue thinking we have captured him. Yunho continues to stare at Jaejoong and couldn’t tear his eyes away. Jaejoong is indeed powerful and very different at the same time he is very alluring and pleasing to the eyes. He has such long lashes, luscious lips, smooth skin and such silky hair. Could someone really look this perfect when they were alive? It took everything Yunho have to tear his eyes away from Jaejoong as he quickly stood up and excused himself to the bathroom.

“This isn’t good…I’m starting to lose control again…” Thought Yunho as he splashed water upon his face to cool himself down. Within just a few seconds, his cell phone ringed as yunho quickly pick up the phone and to his relief it’s Hyori

“What’s happening now?” Yunho asked as he leans against the sink

“Not good…the place is a total mess, we have counted at least 18 people dead. The councils is furious that they are putting this entire building into a lock down until everyone has been check to make sure no one has been bitten or expose to Vampire poison” Spoke Hyori

“Could it be that they attacked because they are trying to get to Jaejoong?…”

Hyori was quiet for a moment before continuing “that might be the case considering the fact that usually when we bring in a vampire into Hellsing, it’s usually for interrogation and they never leave again…” She paused as she begins to think. Even if the vampires did try to so call rescue Jaejoong, there is no way they could have gotten pass security undetected. It’s as if someone has revealed a back door to Hellsing. Considering everyone’s loyalty to Hellsing, there shouldn’t be anyone who will betray them. But given the event that has happen, the only person who will reveal the secret is none other than Heechul. But the real question here is with Rain gone, who give out the order to rescue Jaejoong?

“Hyori…could it be that Heechul…”

“We don’t know for sure but that is the only explanation…” Hyori cut him off “I don’t know if he’s stupid or smart to attack Hellsing head on….as of now a full scale investigation has been issued….”

“Then what do you want me to do with Jaejoong?” Yunho asked

“For the time being, just keep a watchful eye on him…He may be able to answer our questions”

“What makes you think he’ll answer?” ask Yunho

“My gut feeling is telling me that he will answer…”

“You…”

“Sorry, I have to go now, for the time being, stay in your apartment. Don’t come to the office until you hear from me, right now it’s too hectic for you to arrive. The last thing we want is to reveal that we have a vampire in our grasp…”

Before Yunho could say another word, Hyori had hang up the phone. Yunho sigh as he exited the bathroom and walked down the hallway. To his surprise Jaejoong had collapsed on the floor.

“Yah! Jaejoong! Are you okay?!” he picked Jaejoong up on his arm and notice he has once again slipped into slumber. Yunho let out a heavy sigh debating if they are doing the right thing of keeping this vampire so close to them. What if everything up till now was perfectly planned and he is the spy? Hellsing will be ruin if he or the others were to trust this vampire in his arm.

Jaejoong found himself opening his eyes to find a darken surrounding clouded in thick fog. With no path in front of him, he begins to walk forward as he look around but see nothing but darkness.

“where am I?…” Jaejoong wonder

A familiar presence could be felt as he begins to feel sick to his stomach. The more the presence is felt, the more fearful it became. Jaejoong could feel his body shaking in fear

“H-he’s here?!...” thought Jaejoong

Just then footsteps could be heard coming from behind. Jaejoong turn slowly turn around as a large shadowy figure approached him. Jaejoong could see the red eyes glowing in the dark. These eyes alone were enough to freeze his body.

“I-Impossible…” he mumbled in disbelief as this figure got closer and closer

Jaejoong tried to move his body but it was no use, staring into those red eyes has numbed his body. No matter what he does, his body refuses to listen. His feet remain glued to the ground as his eyes remain on the approaching figure.

“H-h-how a-are you…”

This person reached his hand toward Jaejoong and cupped his soft cheek in his rough large hand. Upon this person’s touch, a shiver traveled throughout Jaejoong’s body.

This person lean forward until his lips touched Jaejoong’s ear

“It won’t be long now Jaejoong …once I return, I’ll come for you. Hopefully by that time you will get read of this weakness for the human race…if not…” the figure pull back “I’ll kill them all…”

Jaejoong immediately opened his eyes as he begins to gasp for air. He quickly sat up sweating like the summer heat. Remembering those red eyes made him felt sick as he jumps out of the bed and rushes to the nearby bathroom. He leaned over the toilet and started to puke.

“you finally awake?” came Yunho’s voice as he leans by the doorway looking down at Jaejoong who is sitting on the hard cold bathroom floor with his head hang low and his arm on the toilet. Upon Yunho’s voice, Jaejoong turns his attention to him with eyes filled with fear. It was something unusual for Yunho to see, in his view, Jaejoong was a tough person who isn’t afraid of anything and is overly confident of himself.

“What’s wrong?” Yunho soften his voice noticing something is amiss with Jaejoong.

Jaejoong didn’t answer Yunho; the only thing running through his mind is what he had dreamt of and the person who whispered into his ear. Yunho only took a step when a loud growling noise echoed throughout the bathroom.

Jaejoong smiled “got anything to eat?”

Yunho look at him in disbelief before sighing “I’m done making dinner but I doubt it anything a vampire like you will like to eat…”

After a moment of collecting himself, Jaejoong finally stood up and followed Yunho into the kitchen.

“How did I get here?” he asked before taking a seat at the dining table

Yunho placed a freshly cooked food in front of Jaejoong “you don’t remember?”

Jaejoong looked at Yunho confuse “the last thing I remember was fighting with Rain ….everything after that is a blur”

Yunho look at Jaejoong a bit taken back wondering why Jaejoong did not remember waking up in the middle of the attack back at Hellsing and wiping out all the vampires in one blow.  Could he have been in a trance and not realize what he did?

As Yunho’s mind begin to wonder, Jaejoong could see the trouble look on his face. He grinned before leaning forward and planted an unexpected kiss upon Yunho’s lip snapping him back from his thoughts.

“YOU!!!” Yunho stepped back in anger

Jaejoong sat back down with a satisfy grin “rather than eating human food, your life essence is more tasty” he his lips.

“oh really?! In that case you can taste the life essence of this bullet” Yunho pointed the gun at Jaejoong

“s-sorry! I’ll behave…” Jaejoong half smiled before he started eating the food in front of him

As Jaejoong ate with a smile on his face, Yunho is left to wonder about Jaejoong. There is this mysterious air floating about around Jaejoong and no matter what kind of explanation Yunho came up with, none of it made any sense. For one thing, if Rain is a sire, how could Jaejoong kill him so easily? A mere vampire will never be able to kill its sire. But the most important question here is why did Jaejoong protect Yunho none the less spare his life? Base on how powerful jaejoong is he could easily kill Yunho in one blow.

“arugh! The more I think about it the more frustrating it’s going to be, I’m going to go take a shower” said Yunho as he stood up and left the room.

Jaejoong watched as Yunho enters the bathroom with one of his eyebrow rose wondering if Yunho had finally lost his mind. He turns his attention back to the front where a calendar is visible, to his surprise he had slept for a whole month. He had never slept this long before; Jaejoong figures he must have use up a lot of strength fighting Rain.  If not that then most likely it was the after effect of biting Rain. The reason why it was labeled as Taboo is because a vampire bite is deadly to other vampire. In order to keep the peace among the race, it was forbidden for a vampire to bite another. If you choose to commit the taboo…you are basically putting your life on the line because death can go both ways. Suddenly Jaejoong felt sick once again as he rushed to the kitchen sink and puke out all the food he had just ate. He can feel his body weakening as his vision begin to blur.

“This…isn’t good…my body is rejecting the food…I have slept for a month without feeding…if I don’t drink any blood soon, my body will give out” thought Jaejoong.

At this moment Yunho exited the bathroom as steams begin to escape the tiny room. He wiped his damp hair with his gray towel as he enters the kitchen. To his surprise Jaejoong is no longer at the dining table with only half the food eaten.

“Jaejoong?” he calls out but received no answer “that guy didn’t run off did he?!”

Yunho started to panic as he tosses his towel to the side and was about to rush out to chase after Jaejoong when he suddenly heard a noise coming from the other side of the kitchen counter where the sink stood. As Yunho made his way there, he is taken aback once again when he notice Jaejoong lying on the ground with an expression of pain.

“Jaejoong!” shouted Yunho as rushed to Jaejoong’s side and lifted him up. He took note of how Jaejoong’s body is shaking and his complexion has gotten paler “what’s wrong?! Are you okay?!”

“I’m…I’m okay…I…I just need to rest” Jaejoong forced a smile

“you don’t look okay…” snap Yunho

With all the strength Jaejoong has left, he forced himself to stand up “I’ll just go rest ups a bit, I’ll be fine in a couple of hours…” smile Jaejoong

Yunho reached over and grabbed Jaejoong by the shoulder and forced him to turn around.

“Don’t pretend you are okay when you are not!! You can’t lie to me Jaejoong, just look at you, you look like you’re about to die…”

“hehe…you are funny Yunho…I’m already dead in case you have forgotten…”

Yunho however was not finding this funny or a joking matter. At this point Yunho figure out what is happening. Vampire feed on blood to live, without drinking blood for a long period of time, their body will start to deteriorate. Giving Jaejoong’s situation, he had slept for a month without drinking a drop of blood.

“you…need blood don’t you?” Yunho asked

Jaejoong’s body stiffens before he grins “o-of course not…I just need to rest some more…I did use up a lot of energy fighting Rain …”

He turn around and startled to walk away “I’m going to use your big comfy bed to sleep so don’t disturb me unless you want to do naughty thing”

Jaejoong ignored Yunho’s trouble expression before entering the bedroom and slams the door shut. Once he is out of Yunho’s view he leaned his body against the door as support. Jaejoong begin to shake once again as he is breathing heavily. He slides his body to the ground and look at his hand. His skin is starting to crack as an indication that his body is starting to break down. He no longer has the strength to regenerate his body.

“heh…to think I’ll die of starvation….” Jaejoong chuckled to himself.

Suddenly the door he was leaning against burst open sending Jaejoong to the floor with a surprise look on his face. He turns around and standing in the door way is Yunho who did not look one bit happy.

“I see…” Jaejoong sigh “…i’m sorry I didn’t realize it sooner….” He blushed “…just promise that you will be gentle okay…I haven’t done it in a while so…it…have…gotten a bit tighter…”

This only made Yunho angrier as he reached over and grabbed Jaejoong by his arm forcing him to stand. Yunho pull down the collar of his shirt to reveal his bare neck.

“Hyori is going to kill me if you die, so I’m only allowing you to do this once! And you better not turn me into one of you freak…I’m only offering my blood”

Jaejoong looks at Yunho a bit dumbfounded and unsure how to react. Just looking at Yunho’s bare neck stirs up his emotions and the strong urges to sink his teeth into the flesh. But no matter how much he desire blood, he will rather die than drink Yunho’s blood.

“Well?! Go ahead before I change my mind” Yunho close his eyes to prepare for the pain.

Jaejoong hesitated before pushing Yunho back “w-what are you saying?...” he smile nervously “…I…I don’t need blood…I’m fine…I told you I only need to rest…”

“Stop lying!!! You know better than I do that your body is giving out!! Now hurry up and drink my blood” snap Yunho

His outburst startled Jaejoong as he lower his gaze “why?...why are you doing this?”

“why?...didn’t I just told you? Hyori asked me to look after you. If you die, I’ll be in deep …let’s just say we need you alive…you have become a reliable source of information so don’t go getting strange idea that I want to save you”

Jaejoong can’t help but felt a sharp pain in his chest “aww…that actually hurt more than my body breaking down…”

“Huh?”

Jaejoong look at Yunho sadly as he forced another smile “don’t worry about me Yunho …I’ll be fine…just let me sleep”

Jaejoong turn to the bed and climbed “can you just let me be for a bit…make sure to make some good breakfast when I wake up…I like my eggs sunny side up and my toast…”

To Jaejoong’s surprise Yunho had also climbed onto the bed and looms over him.

“enough lies Jaejoong, why won’t you take my blood? Is it not good enough for you huh?!”

“eh?! O-of course not! Your blood is probably very tasty but I don’t need any…”

“bull!!” Yunho snapped “just hurry up and take some already!”

At this point Jaejoong was startling to lose his patient as well. He wants to die quietly and here Yunho is offering his blood without even considering the fact that he could die.

“CAN’T YOU JUST LET ME BE!! I TOLD YOU I DON’T NEED YOUR BLOOD!” Jaejoong snapped

“What?!...”

“If you really want someone to drink your blood, go find some other vampire to do so because I’m not going to drink your blood no matter what you say!”

“Why are you so damn stubborn?” Curse Yunho as he reached over and tried to get Jaejoong to bite him.

They both end up struggling with each other until Yunho pin Jaejoong’s arms above his head and held onto them tightly. Jaejoong tried to break free but without any strength, he won’t be able to do anything.

“Why are you making this so damn hard!?” asked Yunho

“It’s you who is making this hard!? You think just drinking a pint of your blood will make me better? Well you are wrong, right now I can drink the blood of 10 people and that will only bring me back to half of my strength!”

Yunho look at Jaejoong a bit startle “stop talking nonsense and just drink my blood like a good boy!”

“No! Never!! I rather die than drink your blood!!”

“Why?! Why are you refusing my blood? Why are you choosing death over life?!”

Jaejoong bit his lips to prevent himself from telling Yunho the truth. The memory of his past flashed before his eyes as an image of a young girl smiling at him surfaced. Yunho on the other hand was finding this method useless. They are only wasting time fighting and struggling with each other like this. If he wants Jaejoong to live, then he will have to do something drastic. Without any hesitation Yunho walked into the kitchen and came back into the bedroom with a small knife in hand.
