Kiseop's POV
"Your kidding... right?" Eli asked starring at me.
"Nope." I said emphasizing the 'P'. I kicked my feet up onto the table and leaned back into my chair.
"I want you to be apart of the team Eli. I think you'd be a great asset."
"But... I thought that you... well...." he scratched his head.
"Uhhh...we were enemies for such a long-"
"Exactly! We WERE enemies. But now that I've spent at least a week in this room with you... I think you've
become a changed man." I snapped my fingers and nodded.
Eli laughed and took another bite of his apple.
"What makes you think that Kiseop?" I took a deep sigh and put my arms over my head.
"Hmm, well.... You act a lot nicer than you did before you came here." I said.
"That's because every time you caught up to me, you either tried to capture me or destroy me."
"And that's because every time I met YOU, your either stealing something or killing someone."
"Hmm... point taken." Eli nodded.
"What exactly did you want me to do again?" he asked.
"Train the girls." I told him.
"But...they're all fit."
"Well obviously pabo." I chuckled.
"I ment train them in martial arts. Teach them how to fight." he gave me and 'O' face and nodded.
"You should eat more food. I think your starting to get brain damage Eli."
He grunted at me and finished his apple. I let out a laugh and sighed.
"Come on, Lets go get some sun. Staying in this room for so long is suffocating me." I said getting up.
"You mean I can finally leave this room?" he said in excitement.
"Did you want to stay here?" I asked. He quickly jumped off the table and started to stretch.
"Man that feels so much better. My was starting to get numb." he said rubbing his .
"Yours isn't the only one." I said rubbing my own tushie. we laughed at each other and finished up our stretching.
"Come on, we've got a lot of work to do today." I opened the door and we walked upstairs. Luna was working in the
kitchen and Nadia, CL, and Tasia were working on decorating the place.
"Oh, you guys finally came up." Tasia said while taping some streamers on the wall.
"Geez, it's about time. Get your over here and help me out Kiseop!" Luna said looking at the uncooked food on
the table.
"I enter the room for 2 seconds and you already put me to work." I frowned. Luna just shrugged it off and waved me
over.
"Aish, just give me a minute." I told her.
"Can you guys get some more decorations?" Tasia asked Nadia and CL. They nodded and started to leave the room.
"Kiseop, I sent the guys out so they won't be coming home for a couple of hours." Nadia said before leaving.
"Perfect. Still gives me time to wrap his present." I nodded and folded my arms.
"What did you get him?" she asked.
"It's no fun if I tell you now is it?" I said putting my hands on my hips.
"Pfft. Fine." she let out a giggle and went back to getting the decorations.
"What's all this for?" Eli asked. I swirled around and folded my arms again.
"This, is a birthday party, which you," I pointed a finger at him.
"are going to be helping out in."
"Whose birthday is it?" he asked.
"AJ's." He's already knows who everyone is, since each of us took turns watching over him.
"But before we start anything, CL!~" I chimed.
"Yeah?" she came back into the room with a box full of goodies.
"Will you find him something to wear from my closet?" I asked her.
"What's wrong with what I have now?" he asked me. I gave him a look from head to toe and snorted.
"Who goes to a party in bandages and sweatpants?" he looked at himself and had a moment of realization. CL put the
box down and walked over.
"Ooo....uhm yeah... Let's get you cleaned up too. No offence but... spending a week without a shower, it can
really do something." she scrunched her nose.
"It's... uh... actually been longer than a week." he coughed. Everyone stopped what they were doing and looked at him.
"Well damn. O_O My point exactly. Come on, you must feel like crap." she grabbed his hand and they both went
upstairs. I had a feeling he was more comfortable around CL, so I let him spend more time with her than anyone else so far.
Besides me at least. I had to keep him under surveillance, even with everyone watching them. Ever since he woke up, those
two instantly clicked and became pretty good friends. I'm no match maker, but I could tell that he had a crush on our little CL.
Oh, Eli... you've probably never had a girlfriend before. I nodded my head and chuckled to myself.Today is going to be a
gooood day.
"Oppa, if you keep standing there, dinner is never going to get finished." Luna said throwing a wooden spoon at me.
"Okay! Okay! I'm comin! Sheesh." I laughed.
CL's POV
"Alrighty, lets see what Kiseop hides in his closet..." I opened the double doors and to my amazement, his closet was a
lot bigger than mine... A LOT bigger. The lights automatically and his huge collection was revealed.
"My god, this man sure knows how to dress." I said gawking at his wall full of shoes.
"You said it..." Eli said behind me. He had a huge glass table full of accessories and more walking space than I had in my
old apartment.
"Okay, let find something nice for you to wear." I said turning my head around. He nodded and we started searching
Kiseop's wardrobe.
"Hmm... something nice and simple... nice and simple..." I said to myself why flipping through his casual clothes.
"Hey CL, how about this?" I turned around and saw Eli holding a bedazzled silver tuxedo over himself. I covered my
mouth with my hands and tried to keep myself from laughing. Of course that didnt work and I let a giggle out but I didn't want
Kiseop to ban me from his room. This place was more amusing than a circus. I grabbed a pair of sunglasses and put them
on Eli.
"There, now you look like a y disco ball." we looked at each other for a second and burst out in legit ROFL.
"OMG, I-I can't breath! HAHAHA!" I sat on the floor holding my stomach while Eli was laying there, trying to keep it
together.
"YAH! WHAT ARE YOU TWO UP TOO?" we heard Kiseop scream from the kitchen.
"NOTHING! IT'S NOTHING!" I shouted back.
"Okay, lets find something before he actually comes up here." I said helping Eli up from the floor. He held his ribs and
groaned.
"Does it still hurt?" I asked.
"Don't worry, it's nothing. I've been through worse." he chuckled to himself. I furrowed my eyebrows and frowned. He
looked up at me and caught my expression.
"What?"
"I don't get how you would want to work for someone who practicaly leave you for dead." I told him. He looked into
my eyes and looked down.
"It's... complicated." he sighed. Just exactly what has he been through? I asked myself.
"Promise you'll tell me about it sometime, araso?" I said holding up my pinky. He looked at it with a confused look like
he didn't know what to do.
"You don't even know what a pinky promise is?" I said looking at him shocked. He nodded at me still confused. I
sighed and grabbed his hand.
"A pinky promise is a physical contract you make with someone when you promise them something. Break the
promise and you get stabbed with a thousand needles." I wrapped my pinky around his.
"So do you promise to tell me about it sometime?" I asked him. He looked at our hands for a second and nodded.
"Good." I made our thumbs kiss and our contract was sealed. He let out a small smile from his lips and kept looking at our
hands. He must have missed out on a alot as a kid if he didn't know what a pinky promise was.
"Hey! Hurry up! We still have a lot of decorating!" Nadia screamed from downstairs.
"Okay! We're almost done!" I shouted back. We ended up finding him a pair of white skinny jeans and a dark blue flannel. I
of course gave him a pair of clean boxers and socks to go with it.
"We're ganna have to go shopping to get you some clothes soon. Kiseop isn't going to share his closet with
you forever." I told him.
"We can go tomorrow, in the meantime, this will have to do." he nodded. I lead him to my bathroom and handed him a
towel and an toothbrush that Kiseop gave me when we came. I still wanted to use my old one since it was still pretty new.
"You can shower in here from now on. Just don't leave the floor all wet." I told him.
"You don't mind sharing a bathroom?" he asked.
"Are you kidding me? I've been sharing a bathroom all my life." I laughed.
"It makes me feel better when I get to share anyway." I sighed.
"Come down when your all done, kay?" he nodded his head and I headed out the door.
"Hey, CL?"
"Yeah?" I turned around.
"Thanks.... for everything. I don't think i've laughed in a long time... it kind of felt nice. " he looked up at me and let
out a little smile that looked like it was from the heart. I looked at him for a second and sighed. I really don't know why he
gave up his childhood to work in a gang.
"Don't worry about it Oppa, you're apart of the family now." Lets just hope Kevin doesn't let all hell break loose.
Tasia's POV
"Alright everyone! We've got 5 minutes before they comes home!" Kiseop clapped. We formed a line in the living
room.
"Is everything ready?!" he asked.
"Sir! Yes! Sir!" we all said in union.
"Cake?"
"Check!"
"Finished decorations?"
"Check!"
"Presents?..." We all pulled out our boxes from behind our backs. (Except Eli)
"Check!"
"Alright! We're all set! Are you guys ready to PARTY?!" he asked us.
"YEAHHHH!" we cheered and jumped around. We did some last minute finishing touches and got a call from Hoon saying
they were heading into the house.
"Everyone gather around!" I shouted. We all huddled up in the living room again and I told everyone the game plan.
"Okay, so this is how it's going to go down. Luna and Kiseop, you hold the cake and light it up when they walk
in. Nadia, CL, and I are going to pop the streamers and Eli... you can hit the lights. No offence but if Kevin see's
you out of the room..." I made a weird shape with my mouth but he just let out a laugh and nodded.
"It's alright. I understand." I don't know why Kevin hates him so much... he seems like such a nice guy. I tsked to myself.
I'll make him understand, besides I can totally tell CL and Eli have a little thing going on. If Kevin suddenly decks it out
with Eli.. aww man I don't even wanna think about it. My thoughts were interrupted by the sound of the guys roaring laughter
in the driveway.
"Alright everyone! This is it! To your battle stations! Go! Go! Go!" Kiseop whispered/shouted. We all scattered into
place and waited for them to come in. AJ opened the door and they walked in.
Hoon and Kevin quickly closed the door and we handed them some streamers.
"Huh? Why is it so dark in here?" AJ asked. Eli flipped on the lights and we jumped out.
"SURPRISE!~" we all said together. We poped the streamers and Kiseop started to light the candles. Eli turned off the
lights again and we all surrounded AJ.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU~ HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU~ HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR AJ~ HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO
YOUUU~!"
"Aww you guys... you didn't have to go this far." he said. We could all tell that he was actually really happy about it
though. His smile spread across his face like a little girl with her teddy bear.
"Just blow your your candles birthday boy!" Hoon said wrapping his arm around him. He looked at us all sincerely for a
moment and closed his eyes to make a wish. When he opened them he blew out the candles and Eli the lights
again.
"WOOOO! PARTY TIME!!" Kevin and Hoon cheered.
"Alright, before we start anything, there's an announcement I need to make." Kiseop said. They put down the cake
and we all gathered around the kitchen counter.
"To some of you, this wouldn't be a surprise but, I've decided to add a new member to the family." He leaned
against the counter.
"Bwoh? Who?" Kevin asked in complete shock. Stupid Kevin... even AJ already knows about this. CL went to go grab Eli
and Kevin just sat there wide-eyed and completely hysterical.
"B-b-but, but-" he stuttered.
"Yes, Kevin. Our new family member is no other than Kim Ellison." Kiseop walked around the counter and put his arm
around Eli.
"He'll be working as our marshal arts director."
"But hyung-"
"Kevin, sometimes you just have to forgive and forget." Nadia said.
"Yeah, he's really not a bad guy." Luna added.
"How am I suppose to believe that?!" He exploded.
"Kevin! Calm down. What's done, had been done. You can't change it!" I stood in front of him and made him look me
in the eye.
"I know that you don't like him, but you can't judge a book by it's cover."
"Tasia! You don't know what his guy has done!"
"The past is the past Kevin. Like Nadia said, sometimes you just have to forgive and forget..."
"But, Tasia..." He said looking straight into my eyes. I could tell that he was hurt from us ganging up on him. Aw man... This
isn't the kind of face I wanted to see... He looked up at everyone else.
"You guys all knew about this already... didn't you?" We all put our heads down. It's true. He was the last one to know.
"Either way, he's not going to leave Kevin. I'm sorry but your just going to have to accept him." Kiseop said. Kevin
looked at the floor for a while and then started to walk towards Eli. Little CL stepped in front of Eli to protect him. It was kind
of useless though. Kevin and Eli still towered over her. Kevin looked at Eli dead in the eye and they faced each other for a
while. Kevin sighed and pointed at him.
"Your apart of this family now, so don't screw us over. Araso?" Everyone looked at him in shock. Acceptance so
easily?! Eli nodded and stuck his hand out. Kevin grabbed it and they had a long firm handshake. And in an instant, Kevin
turned back into his dorky self. He pulled Eli into a hug started to cheer.
"WOO! Now we have more reason to celebrate!" He said throwing an arm into the air.
"Guys! C-Can't breath!" CL said squirming in between them. They both quickly let go and tried to apologize. CL fell on the
floor gasping for air.
"AHH! IT BURNSS!" she covered her nose and got teary eyed.
"Kevin oppa! Just how much cologne did you put on today?!" she asked. Kevin looked at her shocked and sniffed
his own shirt. He had the same reaction as her and covered his nose.
"Mianhe. Guess I got carried away. I'll go change my shirt right now." He got up and started coughing.
"My god. Did you let me walk around all day like this?" he asked. AJ and Hoon tried to hold their laughter back but it
was obvious they knew about it.
"Aish! Thats the last time I ever go out with you two! Man... how embarrassing." he said walking upstairs. Eli bent
down next to CL who was now covering her face.
"Gwenchana?" he asked.
"Oppa, is my nose bleeding?" she said lifting up her head. We all had a moment of silence and then burst out in laughter.
"I'm serious! Guys! My nose feels like it's on fire! IS IT BLEEDING?!" she said crawling up to us. Eli fell over on the
floor and was about to cry from laughing so hard. Kiseop, AJ and Hoon also did the same. Luna grabbed a napkin from the
table and covered CL's face with it.
"Your not bleeding. But that runny nose of yours is starting to make you look like a goblin."
"Unnie!"
AJ and Hoon finally fell over and started to laugh even more.
"You guys! This isn't funny!" she said slapping their knees.
"Sorry but.... Luna was telling the truth." AJ said.
"You look like a snot goblin." CL looked at him wide eyed.
"Oppa... take it back. I do NOT look like a goblin." she threatened him.
"And if he doesn't, are you going to burst a snot bubble on him." Hoon said hiding behind him. She jumped up an
started chasing them.
"YOU GUYS ARE SO DEAD!" she started screaming. AJ and Hoon started running from her but it was no use. Though she
was small, she ran almost as fast as I did. She caught them in an instant and practically started torturing them.
"AHHH! We're sorry CL! Please stop! We're sorry!!!!" They screamed out. All of us started laughing at the scene.
"IT DOESN'T MATTER! YOUR ALL GOING TO PAY!" She let go of them and started chasing us around.
"Hey! Wait a Minute! We didn't say anythingthing! It was all them!" I said pointing at the boys.
"Tonight...... YOU. ALL. DIE.! MWUAHAHAHHAHAAHHAHA!" she said in an evil voice. We all burst out laughing and
Kevin came back down stairs.
"Did I... miss something? O_O" he said looking at us.
"OHH! HYUNG! Arn't you the start of all this?!" AJ said pointing to Kevin.
"Your right.. he is the start of all this!" CL said giving him a fierce look.
"WHOA! WHOA! WHOA! Just exactly what did I miss?!?!!?" Kevin said putting his hands up in the air. CL slowly
approached him and he started running.
"I-I'm innocent! I swear!" We all started to ROFL while we watched them run around.
"All right guys, lets calm down before someone gets caked." Kiseop said. AJ grabbed a piece of his cake and
smeared it all over Kiseop's face.
"Too late." He laughed at him.
"Ooooooooooooooooooooooo." We all said in unison. Kiseop slowly wiped the cake off his face and pointed at AJ.
"Oh ho ho... You he... you are SOOOOO dead." he said while picking up a piece of cake. AJ backed away from him but
that didn't stop Kiseop from getting him. AJ wiped the cake away from his eyes and looked up at Kiseop.
"You happy now?" he asked him. Kiseop laughed nodded.
"Yep."
They stared each other down intensely for a minute and then Kevin and Hoon looked at each other.
"FOOOOODFIIIGGHHHTTT!" they screamed in unison. Before I knew it, cake was flying all over the place and everybody
was laughing and having fun. Eli and CL were chasing each other with cake in their hands and Luna and Kiseop were
ganging up on AJ. This kitchen was starting to look like a hot mess, but what a beautiful sight this is...
"Oh Tasssjaaa," Kevin said behind me. He caked my face and made a run for it.
"KEEEEEEEEEVVVVVVIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNN!" I screamed after him and grabbed a good chunk of cake for myself. God, I
love this house. With that, I chased after him and followed after everyone.
I was having a good time.
