Kilala.
To Save The World
CL's POV
I woke up with a weird feeling going throughout my body, like... when you close your eyes on a roller coaster when it's going
down. But the feeling wasn't scary. It... felt calming in a way. I slowly opened my eyes and looked out. I'm pretty sure I was
dreaming or something, because this place could never exist on earth. Everything was covered in a pretty red color with
white sparks, kinda like stars, randomly appearing. I noticed that everything was... flying up. Or maybe I was falling down?
My hair was flowing freely in the air and I had no ground below me... so I think I was falling. I couldn't really tell, it didn't really
feel like I was falling. It felt so calm, free, and...slow. Oh! I got the word, It was like I was floating?... No... well I was floating
though... or falling?... AISH! I looked around again and noticed a light coming from my body. I took a look and I gasp. I wasn't
wearing any clothes! But I couldn't see anything, I was... glowing?! I stretched out my arms and took a look at my hands. This
is starting to look like I was in the transformation place from the anime Shugo Chara.
Okay... WTF is going on? Where the hell am I?... All I remember is I was talking to the lady who came into unnie's room,
and then... everything went white... Mother trucker! I think i'm going insane. T^T. Maybe I collapsed because of fatigue
again. I felt like I was slowing down so I looked down. One foot at a time, I slowly landed. I did a double-NO-Triple take at
the floor... there was nothing there... It was like a glass floor. After staring at my feet for another 5 minutes, I looked up.
Everything was still floating upward.
Okay... I have to admit... this place is pretty wicked. So what the hell am I suppose to do? From a far off distance, I could
see something walking up towards me. I squinted my eyes just a little to get a better look. It was a cute, little, Lynx cub. :D
I bent down a little and patted my lap. I started to call to it using a baby voice. Yep.. baby voice. Typical when you see cute
things.
"Here lynxy lynx, come over here kitty." I smiled and waited for it to come to me. I swear to god, if animals could smile,
this one was defiantly smiling. It started to sprint towards me and soon, it did a full on dash. It jumped into my arms and I
held her up in the air, twirling in circles. I couldn't help but laugh and hug her. And suddenly it started to laugh too. I held her
out making her face me.
"Are you laughing?" I rose an eyebrow.
"Of course I am silly. What does it sound like, meowing?" it chuckled. I did a 'O_O' face and laughed.
"You can speak too. Wow this is one weird dream..." I said cuddling her in my arms petting her head.
"This isn't a dream CL." I looked at her again.
"What are you talking about? If it isn't a dream then what else is it?" I chuckled.
"Uhmmm.... thats pretty hard to explain. Hehe ^-^ " she said grabbing my hand with her paws. I stared at her for a few
seconds.
"So... what's going on?." I said getting down into a pretzel-sitting position, putting her in between my legs.
"Well, first of all, My name is Kilala. I am your chimera."
"Chimera?"
"Yep, it means that the gods have chosen me to become like... uhmmm, your very own guardian. One with
special benefits of course."
"Special benefits...?" I asked her. She laughed and put her paws on my stomach and looked up at me. I looked at her for a
moment and before I knew it, she jumped into my chest and disappeared.
My heart had a warm sensation in it. It felt really... good? Kinda like it was meant to be there. My body lifted it's self and I
began to float. I felt my glowing body start to grow some clothes. My hands started grow gloves, but it kinda looked more
like paws. My left arm had a leather band around with a little bit of fur sticking out of it. I had a tight, tan colored bikini top and
light brown short shorts made of fur. My legs were covered in what looked like fur leg warmers that were the same color as
the shorts. The leg warmers reached from below my knees, all the way to my feet, which looked like I had bear boots on, but
it wasn't scary big feet. They matched whatever I was wearing. I had cute lynx ears on the top of my head, with the little black
furs sticking out on the top. I looked behind me and saw long fury tail with a black tip at the end. It was like I was in a
berserker dress sphere form, from Final Fantasy X-2. (Yeah, I'm a nerd. I know -^o^-) My body started to turn back into it's
normal color and I slowly landed on the glass floor again.
"Hey, CL, can you hear me?" I heard Kilala's voice.
"Yeah. But, Kilala, whats going on?" I asked looking around dumbfounded.
"We transformed CL! And you look sooooooo pretty! :D" I laughed at her.
"Thanks, but why did we transform?" I turned around and started to move my tail around.
"So you can learn to use your power CL. For you, I give you the power to shape shift objects from Earth." My
eyes widened and I looked ahead of me.
"Power? Shape shift objects.... why do I need to learn how to do that, Kilala?" I asked tilting my head. She sighed
and explained to me.
"So that you and the other 4 girls can protect the people on earth. You see, there's someone who's creating
really scary monsters and doing really bad things. So... me and the other chimeras were sent out to find you
girls so that you could all save the planet. You and the other girls were given powers so that you can defeat the
monsters. CL, you need to learn how to use your power, so that you can defeat this person who is trying to
destroy the world and save the earth from massive damage." I thought about what she said.
"So I've been given the power to shape shift stuff so... I can help save the world. I kinda sound like a super
hero." I giggled. I refocused and started asking some questions.
"Okay, so theres 3 other girls?"
"Yep, they all have different powers too. Mmmm... actually, I think your big sister is one of them." I gasp and took a
step forward.
"Unnie is one of them?" I asked looking around.
"Uh huh. Luna is ganna be apart of the gang ^-^." she replied to me. I smiled to myself.
At least we're not going to be separated... Kilala interrupted my thoughts.
"You can feel me, right CL? I've bonded with your soul so you should be able to feel me inside you." I touched my
heart.
"Yeah. I do feel you." She laughed and said,
"Good, then i'll be right back." And as if someone threw a flash bomb, everything went white. I could feel the clothes on
my body disappear, along with the warm feeling in my heart. I opened my eyes and realized I was wearing my hospital
gown. I looked around and saw tall trees and pretty green plants everywhere. I heard birds calling to each other and frogs
echoing.
I'ma guess this is a rain forest. I thought to myself. Something was coming up from behind me so I turned around.
"Kilala!" I bent down while she jumped into my arms. I rubbed my nose against hers and she my cheek.
"WOO! Your going to be a great master!" We both laughed put out my hand to pet her head. I noticed a silver ring around
my middle finger.
"Kilala, what's this?" I asked her.
"That's the ring that will let you use your power and let us transform. Promise not to take it off okay? If you do,
then you can't use your power." She said putting her paws on my knees.
"I promise I wont take it off." I laughed. I sat down in a pretzel-style again and started to scratch her head.
I never noticed how soft her fur is... I pet her body for a few more minutes and started to wonder.
"So how do I shape shift objects?" I asked her.
"Oh yeah! Sorry, I totally forgot. ^-^" we chuckled and she ran off somewhere. She came back with a big black rock in
. She dropped it in front of me.
"Take it." she said sitting down. I took it and placed it in my hands.
"What now?"
"Close your eyes and think about the rock. Imagine it turning into any object. Start off easy first. Make a circle."
she instructed. I nodded at her and closed my eyes. I blanked out my mind and imagined the rock. It was already in an oval
shape so I thought about turning it into a circle.
"You did it CL! Look you made a circle!" she said. I opened my eyes and looked at the rock. It was a circle. It was a
perfect orb.
"OMG! That's so cool!" I gasped.
"Try to make a square now." she said jumping up and down. I closed my eyes and imagined the orb turn into a cube. For
some reason it was a little blurry to imagine. I opened my eyes and looked at the rock. It looked like a demented polygon.
-_-' Kilala laughed and said,
"Try one more time, concentrate on it."
"Easier said than done." I laughed and closed my eyes, imagining it one more time. I thought about the edges on the cube
and how smooth the faces were. I opened my eyes and looked into my hands... The rock was now a perfect cube with
smooth glassy surfaces and pointy sharp edges.
"You did it! See it wasn't that hard." she said jumping into my lap. I dropped the cube and hugged her. Man, she was
such an easy person err... animal to love. She purred and stuffed her head on my neck. I laughed and looked at her.
"You are sooooo cute!" I said tickling her tummy. She chuckled and looked up at me.
"CL, I wish we could stay here a little longer but the world is waiting for you." I sighed and rubbed her head one last
time.
"Right." I stood up and brushed off the dirt on me.
"How exactly are we ganna get back?" I asked her and she just laughed.
"Don't worry about that, i'll do that for you. But before we go CL. I have to tell you about Kiseop."
"Kiseop?" I lifted an eyebrow.
"Mhmm. He'll come and find you and the other girls. Don't freak out or anything okay? I'll be with him so you can
trust him. He won't hurt you guys. Just follow Luna. ^-^ I'll see you really soon CL. Byee~" and with that, everything
went white one more time and I heard the sound of the hospital once again.
