Last chapters recap:

Park Shin Hye was the heiress of Star Media Group and the nurtured Director of Femme Magazine, once the best woman magazine in South Korea, however since her parents passed away, she declined the position and so making it empty for 7 years. After persuaded by her cocky and ambitious second cousin - Park Shi Hoo, she decided to disguise herself as a nerdy trainee called In Ha in her own company to hide from her grandfather who cut all financial support for her. During her trainee days she met Jung Yong Hwa, her supposedly secretary who claimed to know about woman very well. His entourage were Jung Il Woo the assistant manager of HR who liked to compete with him, Kang Min Hyuk the tech wizard and Yoo Seung Hoo the social butterfly who owned the night entertainment circle. She was currently working in fashion department whose leader - Min Hyo Rin - hated her since the first time they met. Provoked by Yong Hwa's arrogance, Il Woo challenged him to change In Ha and took her to company anniversary party completely different.

---o0o---

Monday afternoon, around 3 p.m., was usually the most unproductive time for the white collars; but not for one man in Femme magazine, at least not this time. When most of his colleagues were taking a trip to the coffee shop to get some caffein shot, or lazed away in the lounge to make the knock off time come faster; he was still on his seat, it seemed that he was thinking hard about something. Sometime he would frown, smiled to himself or shook his head in dissapointment. When he gave up in thinking, he turned to his computer and typed into Google search box: "How to attract women attention".

"Arrgh Jung Yong Hwa! What are you doing? You claim to be a woman whisperer but you still need google to get a girl's attention?" He scolded himself, he prayed that none of his friend would suddenly popped in and found out about it, his reputation was on the line.

"Be Funny, be attentive, be a gentleman?" He read an article out loud, "Nope! Not going to work..." He actually had been observing his target since morning. Just like his bestfriend Il Woo said, the girl was extremely shy. She rarely made eye contact with people so being funny would be hard to do, she was always working inside the office so it would be hard to ask question to her without being obvious, be a gentleman? the last time she ever talked to him was about NOT being a gentleman towards her. Yong Hwa ruffled his own hair in frustation and decided to called it a day. He turned off his computer and walked out of the buidling.

The Korean restaurant "Sunflower" was still bustling with guests when he got there, he looked at the middle aged woman who was serving the guest and smile proudly. A guest asked for another side dish, but since his mother was too busy to heard the customer, he responded instead. He went to the kitchen and took kkakdugi - radish kimchi - from the storage and put it on a plate then immediately served it to the customer. The guest's wife was particularly fond with the handsome waiter in a suit. He ended up helping in the restaurant until it closed its business. Once the last guest left the restaurant and he locked the restaurant, he collapsed on one of the chair, feeling exhausted but happy with the business. Minutes later, his mother got out from the kitchen bringing a large tray full of food, rice, kimchi jjigae, and lots of side dishes. His mouth were watering already.

"Yaah! Heokshi... my mom is the best boss!" He said pleasantly as he helped her mother putting the tray on top of the table. They sat facing each other and immediately scooped in all the food.

"What a busy day! Thank God you're here... I was a bit overwhelmed." Kim Mi Kyung said while tasting a mouthful of the kimchi stew.

"You should get another person to help you around. What if Kwang Ja is ill or decided to resign?" Yong Hwa said in concern, his mother looked especially tired today. "You can't always count on Soo Jung, she will get a job soon or start her clothing business." he looked around for the said girl, "Speaking of which, where is that brat?"

"She took a designing class, a short one..." His mother answered while looking at the table, "Ah! I forgot your drink." She was getting ready to get up from the table when Yong Hwa put his hand on hers.

"Forget that! I can take it myself." He said, "Just sit still and eat! You haven't sat down since lunch time, did you?"

Kim Mi Kyung looked at her son, touched. She sat back and focused eating. Yong Hwa followed suit but then he remembered something, he stared at his mother squinting his eyes.

"Omma! How did you meet Appa?" He asked curiously.

Kim Mi Kyung froze instantly and looked at her son, she was taken aback with the question as it was not a question that her son would likely asked. "Wae?" she asked.

"Nothing! I just got curious all of the sudden." He avoided her eyes and pretended to look for the non existent bean sprout in his stew.

Kim Mi Kyung sighed and stared at the ceiling, "Hhmm! I didn't like him at first because he was fireman. I thought it was a dangerous job and I didn't want my future husband to have that kind of job." Yong Hwa scoffed sadly at the irony, since his dad was actually killed in a duty. "But he kept on coming to your grandfather's restaurant. He was very nice and would asked how I've been, noticing every single thing about me like when I cut my hair, or had a knife cut wound." She reminisced

Yong Hwa smiled looking at his mom who looked like she fell in love all over again, "So you like it when he gave his attention to you?" he concluded.

"Of course, I was very shy when I was young... and no boys ever treated me the way he did. Then again, maybe because he was five years older than me. He was more mature than those country boys at my school. Ah! He was from Seoul too... that's why we moved here after we got married." She said while scooping another mouthful of rice.

"So when did you realize that you liked him?" Yong Hwa was still unconvinced that the trick would work on the shy trainee.

"One day he stopped coming at the restaurant, for like a week or so. I cried when I thought I would never see him again." Kim Mi Kyung smiled shyly, Yong Hwa smirked, teasing the shy mom. "It turned out that he had an assignment back in Seoul, so when he came back... I scolded him." she added.

"Omma!!" Yong Hwa puzzled with woman's behaviour.

Kim Mi Kyung laughed at her teenage self, "I know, it was childish of me... but it sealed the deal as he saw right through me, why I got mad and hit him. After that we were kind of inseparable. Well, unless he was working." She put her utensils down. "I'm gonna grab that water anyway, wait here." She ran back to the kitchen.

It was too late for Yong Hwa to held her down as he was too preocuppied with his mother story. "Attention... be attentive... make her get use to me until she misses me when I'm not around." He mumbled to himself; moments later he snapped his finger, "I'm gonna stick to her like a glue!" He smiled victoriously, prematurely feeling victorious.

---o0o---

Yong Hwa strutted along the creative floor, trying to look cool which was working for several trainees who was assigned in that floor. He went straight to the fashion department to execute his plan for "Operation In Ha-shi", that's how he called it, but when he got there, he was left dissapointed as the area was as empty as cemetery. He looked everywhere for a sign of the employee of that department to no success. So he went back to 15th floor and went straight to HR. He settled himself onto the visitor seat of the assistant manager who by now looked at him suspiciously.

"Why are you here?" he asked while examining his bestfriend's dissapointed face.

"Where is she?" Yong Hwa asked trying to look indifferent.

"Who?" Il Woo was puzzled

"That girl... the trainee... what did you say her name was?" still trying hard not to look care.

Il Woo frowned for a moment but then he scoffed knowingly, "Hah! Don't pretend that you don't know her name, I figured you'd be clinging her resume all weekend long." he said.

Yong Hwa pouted at his remark, "Damn! He knew me too well." He thought. "Geurae! Her name is Park In Ha! Where is she right now?" He barked.

Il Woo let out a laugh, "How should I know? She's not working under me right now. Why? Did you find out how to get to know her?"Yong Hwa shrugged to look mysterious. "There's a photo shoot today for next month edition. You should try there, I think the whole department went there." Il Woo was back concentrating to his work, "You might as well helped them if you have that much of a free time."  he added when he sensed that Yong Hwa was already at the door.

"Arrasso, Chairman Jung!" Yong Hwa quipped.

He immediately went to the 10th floor of the building, where a number of studios were located. The studios were used by all magazine under Star Media group that required photo shoot, sometimes it was also rented out for poster shooting of dramas or movies, so meeting a celebrity or famous person in that floor was not a rare chance. But today, the floor seemed empty except for the one at the very end of the hallway, the largest studio. A number of models were changing their clothes into the ones that had been determined during the review meeting, a photographer and a stylist were working with a model, while a number of assistants were ready to touched up the model to get the perfect photos. Lights were on and off several times indicating that a photo had been taken. Occasionally the photographer would look at the screen at the back of the room to see the result of the photo that he took.

When the elevator door opened, Yong Hwa saw the girl that he had been looking all morning. She was carrying coffee cups and a plastic bag, struggling to get them in balanced. He immediately chased her down in the hallway.

"Hello! Excuse me, Miss!?" He called. The girl jerked as if she heard his calling, she turned her back and widened her eyes in shock. She immediately bowed her head and ran to the end of the hallway. Yong Hwa surprised with her reaction, "Wait!" he called again, but the girl already went inside the studio. Yong Hwa frowned, "What the...?" he asked out loud and walked faster to catch up to her.

Once he was in the studio, the girl was already gone and because it was dark inside the studio it was hard for him to find her. He looked around and found Min Hyo Rin, supervising the photoshoot. She was observing the model who was posing with a leather pants and leopard tank tops, sometimes she would frown and whispered something to her assistant. The assistant would then talked to the stylist and photographer to fix something. Yong Hwa walked towards her direction and stood beside her.

"So, what's the theme for this month?" Yong Hwa asked, "Safari?"

Min Hyo Rin looked at him with a curious look. "Wild night in Town." She said briefly.

"Oooh! y!!" Yong Hwa said in a erted tone that gain a murderous stare from the Editor. Yong Hwa grinned mischievously at her. She turned her attention back to the photo shoot. "Who will be the cover girl?"

"Lee Ha Nui." she answered.

Yong Hwa gasped pretending to be shocked, "Did you called in the fire department, yet? We could not get the diva without preparing for the worst!" he said sarcastically.

"She's the it girl right now, South Korean supermodel... so what, if she's a Diva? As long as she could boost our sales." She answered, she called her assistant again and instructed something to her.

"Did creative director Park gave that idea to you?" Yong Hwa asked with a knowing smile, she intentionally ignored him. Yong Hwa scoffed while turning his head left and right scanning for any sign of In Ha which make him looked like a worm on fire. When she could no longer withstand his behaviour, she gave him another fierce glare. Yong Hwa froze at it, "Do you need a help with anything?" he tried to cover his embarrassment.

"Go sit in the back!" she pointed her finger to the seat where the screen was located, "Don't move and don't talk." she added without looking at him.

He pouted, "I'm not a five years old, you know!"

"Then don't act like one." She replied coldly.

Yong Hwa made a face behind her back but did as he told anyway, he sat behind the screen looking at the pictures and actually liking it. The model was now a different one and she wore a leather mini skirt with another animal printed tops, obviously he did not know what kind of animal nor top it was. He was still observing the photoshoot when he saw her: In Ha walked from behind the curtains to the snack table and arranged it, she was moving swiftly even though she was doing it alone.

"In Ha-shi!?? Where were you?" a girl called her, she immediately put the snack and walked towards the girl. "I told you to get the snacks, not to go to Busan!" she added. In Ha bowed apologetically, Yong Hwa frowned at the banter. "Stand over there and wait for Kim Hee Ja until she finishes changing, take care of the wardrobe!" She instructed again.

In Ha went to the direction pointed by the girl to what seemed to be the dressing area, a few minutes later she was out with a handful of clothing that had just been worn. She was still tending the clothes when a guy called her because there was no sugar on the snack table, so she had to go to the pantry to get one. Yong Hwa looked around and saw several assistants were chatting leisurely with the model's manager and a man was playing with his phone just right beside him. He looked at the man with a firm stare, hoping that he would get the hint, to no success. After a few minutes, Yong Hwa rolled his eyes, got up from the seat and make for the pantry.

He saw In Ha scrambled to find a sugar, opened every counter and made loud noises. He knew that the editor would soon came and barked at her if she did not stop making noises. So he opened the counter nearest to him, took out a container filled with bags of sugar. He stretched his arm without making any sound, knowing that In Ha would notice him eventually. Not a moment too soon, she turned around with panic face and saw Yong Hwa, her face turned even paler. But when she saw the container, she grabbed them.

"Kamsahamnida! Kamsamhamnida!" She bowed to him several times and ran back to the studio.

"Wait!" He called, but she was already gone. "Wow! This is the second time she ignored me! That's a record!" Yong Hwa commented in confusion.

He went back to the studio and saw that In Ha was handling more clothes to be put back on the storage, he wondered whether she was the only person responsible for it. He followed her to the storage area where the wardrobe that were going to be used for the photoshoot were stored. There was a mound of wardrobe on top of a large table, In Ha sat in front of it with her back against the door taking them one by one and straightened it, making sure that there was no damage or wrinkle. It looked like she would be there until late at night just to take care of that.

"Do you need a help?" he asked.

In Ha jolted in surprise of the sudden voice and turned her back, she widened her eyes when she saw him. Yong Hwa squinted suspiciously, it was the third time she acted that way when he spoke to her.

"No Sir! I'm fine... please leave." She said nervously, she turned her back and looked at the jacket on her lap.

"I'm pretty good at doing this thing, you know!" Yong Hwa teased, he walked in and sat on the chair beside her. She instinctively jumped out of her seat.

"It's okay, it's my job... I'm sure you are very busy. Please don't mind me." she said while tearing down the wardrobe mountain, Yong Hwa was not sure whether she really was looking for something or just pretending.

"Why do you do that?" he stood up and looked at her.

"Do what?" She asked looking back at him in a nervous stare.

"Are you afraid of me?" he asked.

"No Sir! I'm sorry, I need to go. They are calling me." She ran back to the studio without hearing his response. Yong Hwa scoffed in disbelieve, that's 3-0 for In Ha.

He decided to wait for her in the storage area as he thought that she would have to come back sooner or later. On the 15th minutes of waiting, he heard voices just outside the area. A girl was discussing something in panic tone with her friends.

"Oh No!! Ottoke? I spilled coffee on Lee Ha Nui's coat?" she said, Yong Hwa tried to peek at the speaker but was afraid that they would notice him there.

"Ah! Pabo! What did you do?" Her friend scolded, there was a moment of silence before she continued, "Just put it back where you found them, don't let anybody know you did it. arasso?"

Yong Hwa raised both of his eyebrows, he was not the most righteous person in the company but he certainly did not tolerate an act of cowardice nor irresponsibility. He shook his head in disbelief but did not do anything. He wanted to get out and caught the two girls but he did not want to leave his 'post'.

After awhile he was getting bored of waiting when suddenly his phone rang."Secretary Jung, where are you and why aren't you in your post?" said a familiar stern voice.

Yong Hwa grimaced due to mental pain, "Yes creative director Park, how may I help you?", he hoped his voice did not sound too annoyed.

"Come to my office in five minutes." He said and disconnected right away. Yong Hwa heaved a deep sigh and made a face towards the innocent cellphone. He got up from his seat and walked towards the studio. He had to be hurry if he wanted to be on the 14th floor in five minutes.

But when he was back in the studio, there was a strange atmosphere went on. Nobody was moving as if they were being conjured by a magic spell, they had a horrified look on their face while looking at the same direction. The whole studio was in silence except for the sound of a woman cursing like a sailor.

"You f&*(&(*^*(&!! How can a s*** like you be working in here?" the woman had a raspy voice which was kind of y if she didn't . "Do you know how much this coat cost?"

Yong Hwa was intrigued, instead of walking straight to the elevator he went to find out what the commotion was all about. He saw a very beautiful woman still in her modelling wardrobe, holding a beige trenchcoat. The coat had a brown coffee stain that was noticeable even from where he was standing. He took a look at the person she was talking to and was surprised to see In Ha, bowing her head several times, taking in all the insults like a sponge.

"I'm sorry, Ha Nui-shi. I put them on the chair by the snack bar, I just noticed now that it had stain on it." She said timidly. Yong Hwa looked around and saw that no one was willing to stood up for her. He was about to walked towards them when suddenly Min Hyo Rin footsteps echoed in the studio.

She marched in like a soldier in high heels until she was in front of the woman. "What seems to be the problem, Lee Ha Nui-shi?" she asked

"Look at this?! Look at what your employee did to my coat!!!" she wagged the coat in front of the Editor's nose. Yong Hwa knew Hyo Rin would hate the gesture. She grabbed the coat and examined it.

She looked at In Ha, "Apologize!" she said coldy, Yong Hwa stunned by her action, she did not even investigate yet unfairly accused her.

In Ha looked at her surprised, "I'm sorry." she gave a deep bow.

Lee Ha Nui scoffed, "This is a burberry coat! What kind of idiot would think that sorry is enough?"

Min Hyo Rin did not back down, "We'll give you any jacket you want from our collection. Come meet me to pick it up yourself. I think we have one just like that." she said without any expression and then she turned to In Ha, "We'll dry cleaned the coat, that will be cut from your paycheck!" she added and left the scene immediately.

Yong Hwa could feel his anger raised, he could not believe that Min Hyo Rin would do something so cruel to a trainee. He was even more furious when he saw Lee Ha Nui smiled with the outcome, of course she hated losing a burberry jacket but getting a new one was a great settlement. Yong Hwa cursed himself for not knowing the two girls who were talking outside the storage area just now. He wanted to confront Min Hyo Rin on the matter, but his phone rang again and when he saw the dreaded name on the caller ID, he shook his head and ran to the elevator.

It was almost six when he finished the task from Creative Director Park, he sent the documents by email and turned off his computer. He stretched both of his arms and stood up to go home. In the elevator, he was about to pressed 'G' but he recalled something and eventually pressed 10 instead.

The studio floor was completely deserted, the whole floor was empty and silent but the lights were still on indicating that somewhere in that floor, activity was still on going.

"Sseolma!?" Yong Hwa said out loud, he walked to the largest studio. It was dark when he opened the door but he saw light in the corner of the studio, the storage area. He heard noises and a girl talking inside it. "Il Woo would have already ran away if this were happened to him." He thought, silently laughed at his own joke. The nearer he was to the area, the more familiar the voice was.

"Waaahh!! What a day!!" Shin Hye shouted, thinking that she was alone in the room, she was still tidying up the wardrobe from the photoshoot. Luckily there were only a few left for her to tend. "That secretary Jung really make me nervous. I hid in the back when he talked to Editor Min and only went out after he was gone but he came in here?! What is wrong with him? Why did he even go here?" she asked to herself while rolling a belt.

She was working since the photoshoot ended a few hours ago and did not felt scared at all, but suddenly she felt something strange, she could feel a presence from the corner of her eye and gave her the creeps. She slowly turned her head towards the door and saw Yong Hwa stood there without any sound.

She jolted, "Kkamjjakiya!!" she cried clutching her poor heart.

"O! Did I scared you? You scare me when I hear voices in this empty floor." He smiled innocently, he took a seat beside her. Shin Hye was still trying to control her heartbeat while she rushed to finish her task. "I'm Jung Yong Hwa, the director's secretary." He extended his right hand for a hand shake.

Shin Hye took a glance but did not reach for it, "I know, Sir." She said coldly, she stood up took a big box filled of scarf and tried to move it to another spot.

Yong Hwa stared at his rejected palm and clenched it, "Here let me help you." He reached the box intending to help her, giving up was not in his dictionary.

"No! I can handle it myself." She held on tightly to the box.

"Oh No, I insist!" He pulled the box away, they ended up playing tug of war with the box and eventually the box fell to the floor and scarves were scattered out of it.

Shin Hye exhaled in desperation, "Arrgrh!! I don't need this right now... What is your problem??" She exclaimed, her hand on her forehead, her face was utterly exhausted. "Did you not hear what I said in the basement? Ignored me! Why do you keep appearing in front of me?" she could feel tears starting to welled up on her eyes.

"Wha?" He scoffed in disbelief, "I just want to help you!" he said defensively.

"I DON'T need your help!" She shouted while shaking her entire body as if having a convulsion. "The only way you would be helping me is by ignoring me!! Please! Move along! Leave me alone!!" she begged. He could feel that she was being sincere and desperate, so he stood up but squatted again to pick up the scarves from the floor. "Leave it!!" She shouted. Yong Hwa jumped instinctively and walked slowly to the door to look cool eventhough he was feeling hurt by the rejection. The anger subsided when he heard sobbing sound from the room. He looked back thinking that he should apologize but decided otherwise and immediately went out of the building feeling guilty.

---o0o---

Yong Hwa strolled along the pavement that lead to his mother's restaurant, he felt ty because of his failure that day. When he remembered how the supposedly shy In Ha rejected and chased him away, he kicked the pebble on the pavement instead. He did not understand where his plan went wrong, he was just trying to help but she kept pushing him away.

"Arrgh! Meolla! She doesn't look that cute anymore!!" He shouted, "Aaahhh!!!" He cried when he felt something heavy fell on his back. He looked over his shoulder and saw his baby sister was already on his back, smiling cutely while wrapping her arms around his neck. "You scared the begeezus out of me!!" He yelled at her. Her grin grew wider. "Did you just got home?" he started to walk towards the restaurant.

Soo Jung put her chin on his shoulder, "Uh huh! I went to look for a material in a warehouse." she said.

"Did you go alone! Do you know how dangerous that is for a woman to go to a factory??" He scolded her, he might not be the gentlest of man but he knew women did not supposed to go to such places alone.

"Aniya! I went with Ha Neul, he had a day off." she wagged her legs to annoy her brother, "Ahh! There were a lot of good materials and accessories there, Oppa. It would be nice to have a boyfriend that could buy me all that stuff."

His sister's statement got him thinking, "Do you like it when a guy give you gifts?" he asked testing the water.

"Of course!! Who wouldn't like gifts?" she said matter-of-factly.

"Even when you don't really know him?" he probed.

"Hmm... that would be creepy, wouldn't it?" she made a ridiculous face, it's her strange habit when she was thinking hard. "But I guess if the gifts are in line with my interest or my hobby, I would accept it."

Yong Hwa jeered at her remark, "That's because you're such a materialistic girl!"

"Mwo!?" she shouted, she pulled her Oppa's hair until he said sorry and continued by covering his eyes with her hands.

"Ya Ya Ya! Bichoso? You'll the one who will get hurt if I fell down!" he yelled, she immediately let go of his eyes. They arrived safely to the restaurant much to his surprise and directly went to the kitchen to help their mother. As he washed the dishes, Yong Hwa got another idea of how to get close to In Ha.

---o0o---

Shin Hye awoken by the loud bang on her door, she lazily opened her eyes and got up to opened the door. Son Ye Jin was in front of her door, all dressed up and carrying a bag pack.

"Ya!! Are you still sleeping?" She scolded, "You're the one who asked me to accompany you on your location scout!" she followed Shin Hye in and saw the younger girl plopped back onto the bed. "Are we not going or what?"

"We are!!! Just give me five minutes... my soul has not assembled." She muffled. She had one tiring week, after the photoshoot in the beginning of the week, it just got worst. The work load had gotten bigger and everybody seemed to depended on her, or enslaved would be a better word. She was running around all over the place and would sometime forget her lunch. At the end of everyday she threw herself onto the bed without even taking a shower. She originally wanted to go to one of the location that she found during her research and asked Son Ye Jin to come with her; but with all the fatigue she had, she wished she could just pulled the blanket back and pass out.

"Aish! Jinja! I woke at five and prepare the picnic basket just for you. Such a shame I have to throw it all." Ye Jin tried to tempted her with her famous cooking skill.

"What? Kimbab? Egg Roll? Rice ball?" Shin Hye jerked at the sound of food. She saw Ye Jin with her temptations smile. "Arasso! Give me 15 minutes!" She immediately grabbed a towel and went into the bathroom.

True to her words, they were off for the journey for less than half an hour. They went straight to the train station as they would need about two hours of journey to get to Nami Island. They were having so much fun as it was their first trip together after they were separated in Paris. Shin Hye brought her DSLR and commemorated the journey by taking a picture of Ye Jin's picnic basket as their tradition. The first batch was gone during their first train ride. They had to took three different train ride, a taxi and a ferry ride to get to the island, it was tiring but Shin Hye had a lot of fun as it was her first time in so many years that she traveled to Nami Island.

When they arrived, it was almost noon so Shin Hye immediately went to the spots that she found on her research. It was still in the beginning of autumn, so the trees still looked fresh gree
