If you were curious about what happened after the ball, I basically just went home, dove into my bed and dream land. The following day I woke up at around 11, so I ate brunch and told my parents about it and boy were they happy for me. My omma brought me out shopping for more clothes, shoes, bags etc and helped me with my luggage packing while my appa arranged a nice dinner as a family for me since I would have to move to the castle. By the following morning, I was all set to go to the castle. I put on grey hoodie with a neon yellow long skirt, coupled with white converse but kept my ugly makeup the same from the ball, just toning it down one level and the equally messy hair since I have to keep up this image and hopefully not die in those erted princes’ hands. With a teary faced omma and beaming appa waving at me, I bade them goodbye and got into the car.

When I reached the castle, I could not help but marvel at its beauty. The castle was definitely much bigger than my house, and much prettier too. It had fourteen narrow, round towers piercing the sky are the first you'll see of this castle and are connected by large, narrow walls made of light grey stone. Stylish windows are scattered generously around the walls in fairly symmetrical patterns, along with symmetric crenulations. A moderate gate with fancy designs on it creaked open slowly as we drove in. We had to drive on this road that was rather kept bending and twisty, allowing me to take in the view of the well-kept gardens with fragrant and colourful flowers, gorgeous trees and many bushes decorate the outside of the castle. There was a beautiful fountain in the center that was putting on a magnificent water show. Once we reached the foyer, the car came to a stop and someone rushed to open the door for me. I took a deep breath then gingerly took my first step onto the castle’s ground. “Welcome miss dasom. Her royal highness has asked me to lead you to join her for lunch in the dining room. Please follow me while the other servants will help you with your luggage.” A young dashing young man bowed to me and then used his hands to lead the way. I raised an eyebrow then followed behind him. The walk to the dining area was a long but rather silent trip since he tried to initiate a conversation but my short and curt answers stopped it. I was too busy admiring the interior of the castle that was even more beautiful than the outside to care about what he is saying. Vanilla white wallpaper were plastered on most of the walls and some pieces of art dotted the walls as well. The floor was marble, so the clinking of the guy’s shoes could be easily heard. In no time, we have reached the dining room. We stopped outside the two white doors with golden letters that said “dining room” and the guy gently knocked on the doors before pushing them open and held the door for me to enter. I turned my eyes to him and nodded my head in acknowledgement, then turned my head back to the direction where the queen was sitting with some girls already. “Annyeonghasaeyo.” I bowed and greeted, spotting the queen sitting at the head of the table who was smiling at me, the girl who slapped me in a striking red ty mini dress and matching pumps on the right smirking at me and a girl that I have never seen before in a simple grey maxi dress and black kitten heels seated on the left who just gave me
