Foreword

I didn't know why I wanted to write this but most probably because tons of girls here end up going on blind dates so I think it would be cool to write about one. And I just wanted to include turkey in here since there's been a huge issue about refugees and I think it's a good way to raise social awareness. Aside that, let's welcome Jaehyung for being the first main character that is not a BTS member. Everyone should really listen to Day6. They are really something. so, firstly, I wasn't expecting a fic with this kind of message after I read the synopsis (since I was looking for a chick flicks romance), so at some point I was more fond to Taehyung x Xin Ying than Jae x IU. That was until Jae's issue. It flipped all my expectations to the fic/plot orz

Coincidentally, the fic I read before yours approached the very same issue (I don't even know if I should adress it as an "issue") yet with a more romantic and fluffy point of view. So, when _everything_ happened with realism at your fic I was kind of... astonished? i thought someone would be dead or in jail hahaha (Yet I'm not dragging down any fic. Both are really good)

As you already said in your author note about not giving up on those with this mental problems, I liked pretty much of how IU proposed herself to try to help Jae even though she probably already knew that somwthing would not end well. Sadly, it wasn't enough for Jae to handle himself. And to be honest, I wish he had a happy end like to know if he could control his anger after gone to States and etc. (again, not dragging down your fic. It is still great the way it is)

Now, let me complain about my ship XinHyung!!
Man, they could yield another fic. Like a spin off with arranged marriage and Xin freeing herself from that awful stepmother hahahaha
Oh, and talking about this woman, she probably was the one who got Jae this way with her horrible Attitude!!! if she was so hard with Xin what she could have done to Jae when he was a kid ;-;

For now, I think that's all I have to say.

Chapter 30: Ooo. I really like how the characters have so much depth in them, they are so well-developed which is probably why I feel so bad for the park siblings. honestly, I am really #teamjae, ( maybe bc I'm a hardcore stan ), bc of the well-developed 10 days they spent together, and the swordfish story is just too cute. but I Guess 10 days cannot be compared to 20 years huh? ( or more, idk ) but if only tae and jieun's past was more developed, I would probably have been on tae's side. but at least it's a happy ending for tae and jieun, I just feel really bad for the park siblings tho. poor baby jae, I wanna hug this smol chicken. anyway, it was a good read, good job author-nim. yas Singapore represent! I kept laughing bc I couldn't stop thinking about jae and his Chili crab obsession and his ntuc plastic bag tweet. ok side track I'm sorry- hoho
