A little too careless;
In which Jinki questions his ability of being the leader of SHINee.Something was wrong with their leader and Jonghyun, Key, Minho and Taemin knows it.
The way his smiles towards the camera were becoming too bright, too blinding. Or the way he laughed a little too loudly at a joke someone cracked during their breaks. They didn't miss the way his shoulders would slump once the cameras were off and they certainly had notice the increasing number of mistakes (despite his originally clumsy self) that had occured on stage stemming from the member.
But no one had said anything about it. No one had brought up the topic because this was Jinki they were talking about. Someone who could make Ronald MacDonald look like the Christmas scrooge in comparison. Who always had a ready smile despite the situation.
So everyone had figured whatever was bothering their hyung would be solved in no time and that it wasn't anything serious.
Until one day when Key discovered something while Jinki was out.
"Hey guys." Key stepped out of their shared bedroom on the living room, head bent over a piece of paper, eyebrows scrunched together.
Three heads swirled towards his direction. Minho and Taemin stopped their video soccer match and scooted over becuase there was just something in Key's tone that signaled that something was clearly wrong. "Watchu got there, Key?" Jonghyun strode towards his bandmate before taking the paper from Key's hands, head tilted to the side as he squinted at the words.
"Something I found while cleaning Onew-hyung's stuff.", came the mumbled response.
Taemin and Minho crowded around Jonghyun and craned their necks as all three fought to read the scrawled handwriting simultaneously.
----
"...Telephone numbers?" Jonghyun finally spoke, waving the piece of paper in the air. "What's the big deal? So Onew-hyung is sociable. We all know that."
Key rolled his eyes. "Look at whose numbers are down, genius. Specifically."
Jonghyun directed his attention to the small piece of paper again. "Leeteuk-hyung, Taeyeon-noona, Yoochun-hyung.." he listed. He looked up again, face twisted in more confusion than before. "So Onew-hyung is close to our sunbaes who are older? It figures since he's the oldest among us and needs more mature opinions at times, though I doubt----- what?" Jonghyun shrank back defensively when he saw the look that was etched on Key's face.
Minho somehow managed to grab the slip of paper.
Key finally let out an exasperated sigh and turned away. "God Jjong, those are members. Onew-hyung, he----"
"Milk Club."
Minho looked up.
A/N: No jongyu chapter, sorry! >.< I've decided to cut the story short if i want to avoid rushed work. I might write a seperate one-shot for it though once this is over. :D Once again, comments are looved! <3 (:
p.s: If anyone doesn't know, the Milk Club is a club created by Leeteuk for depressed/stressed idols to gather so that they can have support and have someone to discuss their problems with. Google it up to find out more. (;
