Aaron Eu —Since his name was already Europian-like he didn't need to change his name. However his last was hard to pronounce. So what his mother said was to just put it as Eu, making it sound like Lew.

Eun Aaron— Eun Aaron is his orginal name; there isn't really that much of a difference in his other name except his last name.
