education — Rino was home-schooled up until middle school when he finally entered public school. He graduated with honors, and attends university. Currently, Rino is in the final year of university, and he will graduate with a degree in Biochemistry. 

overall personality — Rino, the eldest brother who always seems so dignified. The brother who does no evil and the boy whom elders think very highly of. *wrong answer buzzer* errrr. 
Sure Rino has that facade to him, but whats beneath the skin is what's more important. He's been around long enough to know how to trick or step around his parents. He knows how to come out on top and it absolutely blows his siblings' minds because it's like he can do no wrong. He's a master of lies and quite frankly, he gets a kick out of working the people around him.
He's not...evil, but he doesn't like being told what to do. Rino is an adrenaline junkie. He likes getting in and out of trouble, and messing around in places he shouldn't be. It's a wonder how people don't rat him out to his parents, but who knows. Rino also has his charms, so that's probably why he does get out of sticky situations. 

background — Rino was a year old when his baby brother q was born. That was fine, since q was a daddy's boy. Rino was a total and complete mommy's boy. He had three years to hogg up all her love and attention before Devon was adopted. Now that, that's where the story gets a little rough for Rino. He was opened to a new sibling, he was even nice and patient with her. All he wanted to do was make her feel welcomed since that's what his mom wanted. However, the more she isolated Rino, the more resentment he grew toward his new sister. It wasn't on purpose, but this toddler wanted his mother more than anything, and now that an outsider was taking up all her time, he...didn't know what to do about it. Luckily, Delancee was intuitive enough to sense this from her son. She made sure she spent time with him, and the more children Delancee had or adopted, the less and less she had time for him, it was a natural thing and Rino relaized that as he grew. His relationship with his mother strained over the years but he doesn't really blame anyone for it. Instead, he's put his attention elsewhere. Living on the edge, since it's the only thing that makes him feel alive these days. As a young adult he finds his age is to blame for all the situations he finds himself in, but one day or another, it'll all blow up in his face if he doesn't get a hold of himself.

— Witchling ; this is a nickname given to her by Rino, mostly because of her interest in witchcraft (she's not a witch but she watches videos and has read up on witches). Also, she's been compared to look like sabrina the teenage witch. 
— Dee stylized as Dei ; It's the most common nickname for her, a shortened version of her birthname.  
— Fawn ; or, little fawn. it's a nickname given to her by her family and friends. Dei is always so sweet and has a vulnerable look to her that reminds them of a baby deer. However, don't be fooled because when you've got older brothers, you know how to defend yourself.

education — Dei attended private school until high school, when she started home-schooling. Currently, she's a second year in university. She will graduate with an associates of art, and will continue her education to obtain a Bachelors Degree of Applied Arts.

overall personality — To sum it up, Dei is kind, welcoming, sweet, unjudgmental. She's ready to help when you need her most, and she's got a good read on people's cues. She's a believer of the lord, jesus christ and finds solace in church. She understands that everybody is different, and never forces her beliefs on others. She speaks with delicacy, and her aura really brightens the room. Dei isn't somebody you see sad, or bothered by anything, and that has mostly to do with her motto, "Smile, it intimidates those who wish to destroy you." She isn't one to cause trouble either, but she knows how to defend herself in a fight, if pushed to do so.

background — Dei is a few months younger than Devon. A lot of their life has been spent together because of that. While Devon was trying to adjust to life with the family, it helped to have Dei by Devon's side. Between the two, Dei acts like the older one, it's something that Devon is so, so thankful for. They have a dynamic that can't be replaced. 
Dei is the golden child, despite her eldest brother claiming to be the golden child. Dei's never been in trouble, has the grades, and never disobeys her parents wishes where as Quirino...well, let's just say she tries to keep her distance from him. The two of them have a deal. Dei won't be forced to tell on him so long as he keeps his business away from her. It's worked out this long, so...who knows. If she does end up seeing or knowing about something bad Rino has done, she'd have no choice but to tell her parents given the fact that it's in her nature to do so. Since her family means so much to her, that'd be her biggest regret and in order to avoid that, she spends little to no time with Rino, to save him from herself. There's no doubt though she loves him to the ends of the earth, same as her other siblings.

education — Quadry has been in public school. He graduated last year, and is taking a gap year to decide whether or not university is his next step. 

overall personality — Quadry is more on the quiet side. He enjoys solitude, but that doesn't mean he doesn't have any friends, because the friends he does have mean everything to him. Quadry is the type of person who wears his heart out on his sleeve, when he falls, he falls long and hard. It's sometimes easier to manipulate him when you're a member of his inner circle, so as somebody who is still growing, and finding himself he does some questionable things. It helps him, that he has absolutely no shame. He can laugh or make jokes about himself, and have a full auditorium laugh at him, and still laugh along. He is passionate toward the things he loves, and shows a determination to complete what he starts. 
Quadry can be a little hot-headed when it comes to getting his way. He thinks that because he spends so much time on making his grades, and being a "good kid", that he deserves his freedoms. Of course, his parents allow that, but they do tend to cap him when they don't think he should be doing certain things, or hanging out with certain people. 
Since graduating though, he's been taking life into his own hands. He's been trying everything offered to him, and living life like he should. 
 

background — Quadry was born to Giulia Benningfeild (14) and Mark Hammond (16). The two teens had been over the moon about the situation, but their parents...well, they had other plans. They knew that neither teen had what it took to raise a child, when them, themselves were children. They knew that the best plan was to put the baby up for adption. Giulia and Mark fought their parents, and went through with having the baby. They had everything planned out to the T, but when the baby finally came, things proved harder than they assumed. They tried to give the baby a life, for two years until the dynamic just didn't work. They couldn't manage work and school. Mark was forced to drop out of school to work full time, and Giulia tried to focus on school and the baby, but they still didn't have a life worth being proud of. Giulia wanted more time with Mark, and Mark wanted to a life where he could treasure both his child and baby mother. It was an unideal situation at the time, and they came to terms that the baby would be happier with a family that didn't have to struggle each and every day to make ends meet. All the stress was too much for the baby to deal with. 
They put the baby up in the foster system in hopes to get the baby a family that would last. Within the year, the child was adopted by a lovely family of six. Skeptical at first were Giulia and Mark, but when they found out they had previously adopted and had children who could attest to the love and stability in the family, how could they say no? 
With new siblings and parents that would be ale to support him, sanz the struggle, Quadry thrived. He found things he loved, and people who would accept him for him. He has no ill-will toward his birth parents but he doesn't find a need to reach out to them either. He advocated for adoption and pro-choice happily, and openly thanks to his own situation.

education — Zellie attends public school. As of now, she plans to attend university, but plans can change. 

overall personality — Quetzel likes to test waters with everybody. If she can get under your skin, it's a win in her book. She thinks she can get away with things because she...can. Her parents don't really scold her or discipline her; sure they tell her, they talk a lot, and she gets it but...it's just way more fun to cause trouble. Somehow, her family knows this about her too, so they trust that she won't take it too far, to the point of no return. They say it's a phase, and they're probably right. 
Quetzel is a force to be reckoned with; she's tough and isn't afraid to rough people up. In fact, she's been suspended more than once (for good reasons, I promise) for defending her friends from bullies. Funny enough, she also prefers listening to classical rock, which her friends for, but she don't give no s. Let 'em laugh.

background — On October 24, 2003, Paris Martell was ually abused by her boyfriend. It resulted in her pregnancy and on July 8th, 2004, her child was born and put up for adoption. After Paris found out that she was pregnant, she knew that she couldn't subject her child to that kind of abuse. If he'd done it once, there was a chance he'd do it again, and Paris was stronger than that. She made sure he didn't find out and left his in Detroit, while she lived a life in Orlando through her pregnancy. She started looking for people to adopt her child as early as four months into her pregnancy, it was a good plan since she didn't actually find a family until her seventh month. She was however, worried that the family wouldn't make it to her before her due date due to their own personal reasons, so she flew to California and stayed with them for the rest of the duration of her pregnancy. They offered to pay for her medical bills and Paris had a home birth in their family home. She was so grateful to the Harlows.
It was definitely a different type of adoption that the Harlow's were unfamiliar with, but in order to honor her, they gave Zellie, her birth mother's name. 
Zellie, has a good relationship with her birth mother, despite knowing Delancee is her mother on paper. There is no feud, it only means that she has two mothers, and a father who love her very much. She learned from a young age that every family is different, and she liked being different. Quetzel spends weekends with her biological parents, thanks to Delancee and Quinten's openness.

education — Darr is home schooled, though she's thinking of switching to a public school by the time she turns sixteen. She wants to go to university to become a neonatal nurse.

overall personality — Despite being deaf, Darr still has a bubbly personality. She's funny and hella witty! You wouldn't believe the things she comes up with. She takes after Quad with how smart and intelligent she is too. She's in the top percentile in her class and participates in after school activities when she can. People find it difficult to communicate with her, but she assures them she can understand them. She's also very kind and welcoming much like her sister, Dei. 
She does often get annoyed or angered when people assume she can't understand because she can't hear. Well, newsflash, she has eyes. She can see your lips moving, she can read lips and she knows what you're saying. What she's not all that good with is speaking at a volume that's acceptable. She's hard-working, and she's working on that. She's accomplished a lot for her age so, don't give her sh*t about not being able to do these simple things that revolve around her deafness, like...you try it if it's so easy. 

background — Darr was born on March 24th, 2005  at 32 weeks old, after having been told that Delancee had to have an emergency c-section because the babies umbilical cord was wrapped around her neck. She was taken immediately, after bieng born and that scared the crap out of both Delancee and Quinten. Her vitals were taken and tests were run on her. They tried to reassure the parents that though thier daughter wasn't critical, they were doing everything they could for her since some tests had come back unsatisfactory. Within a few hours, Dharma was returned to them, with the news that their daughter had what was called, Auditory neuropathy spectrum disorder. 
Though the news was something they didn't want to hear, the family made sure that everything was well-prepared for Dharma and that she was taken care of. Dharma had to stay in the hospital since she was pre-mature, and she stayed for six weeks before she was able to come home. Day-in and Day-out was spent trying to find specialists for Dharma. It was definitely hard, but with each day, the family gained more knowledge over the disorder and got better at helping Dharma through it. 
Dharma was lively despite her disability, and thrived at each situation that was thrown at her with the help of her family.
