· unnecessary pride. hates working on his weaknesses cus he hates reminding himself he Has Any & look at him now....cant even make his own damn spice mix

· grew up in a green tea farm, but his aunt ran a small soft serve ice cream shop in town known for its green tea flavor!!!!

· when he was 9 he Begged his aunt to teach him how to make it. and from there he started taking interest in cooking and watched his mom cook too

· by the time he was in middle school he was regularly helping his family make food for the boseong tea festival held every may, was known in town for making a mean bowl of cha soba

· it became obvious that he had a Thing for cooking so his parents sent him off to yuhwa for high school !!

· the whole town collects money to send him a monthly allowance ^______^

· 2 older brothers, 1 younger sister. his younger older brother and younger sister work at the farm, oldest works in advertising in seoul

 

LIFESTYLE 

· vegetable rs! joined it in his freshman year in high school.

· probably takes a spice research class and he ing hates it but he cant blame anyone because he was so busy trying to get the best class for smth like "tea history 110: east asia" that he didnt properly plan out anything else and by the time he's already set up the rest of his schedule, spice research was the only class left that fit in. and it takes up (2) classes since it also has a lab.

· also takes plating 100 and agricultural geography 113.

 

TRIVIA 

· favorite food is soymilk noodle soup. (콩국수)

· but tends to make ochazuke out of convenience.

· thinks sweetened tea is an abomination. if u make ur green tea properly u dont need that added sugar, idc

· no, he is not vegetarian, he just likes veggies

· Some Friend, kang doheon (fc: woojin??? to honor the death of wanna one) / they're both in vegetable rs, aka the club that got their land stolen away by blue sea years back lol...... not exactly Best Friends but they talk and hang out cus they shared a lot of classes in high school too

gentle aroma. my son worked a lot with Tea so he knows 82948023984 recipes that incorporate it and that knowledge extends into making pleasant scents in his food in general. good at creating mild flavors. & uses edible flowers too!!! but because he's so used to that he's mediocre at cooking with food a lot of rich and/or intense flavors so he tends to stick with more herbacious east asian cuisine instead of south & sea cuisine. + at complicated spices, better at using the natural sweet flavors of veggies and other ingredients.

 

wants to start a restaurant dedicated to green tea infused dishes and hopefully make enough money to donate a lot of $$$ to his hometown so his family farm doesnt have to rely on government subsidies

 

he was a farm boy so blue sea field is in good hands

 

prolly doesnt need anything except a personal cabinet to keep all his different kettles and teapots!!!
