So recently Ricchan and Annin got attacked by a guy with a wire saw. Both had injuries to their hands and possibly Ricchan sustained an injury to the head but here's AKSs official statement

"At the handshake event of 33rd and 35th singles today, one fan with a sharp object attacked Iriyama Anna, Kawaei Rina and one staff.

They sustained injuries to the hands.

At this moment they are being treated at a hospital and the injuries are not life-threatening.

We are very sorry about the distress this has caused and we will update their diagnosis when we hear more.

Kawaei and Iriyama were in the same lane when they were attacked.

The assailant was in line when he suddenly launched the attack.”
