Personality:

Hyunsoo is rather blunt and really stubborn. He has no real sense of humor since he can't be funny or tell a good joke to save his life and he's also a slightly bit conceited and doesn't take jokes about him lightly so it's a miracle he even got chosen for Loen's group. He is really lazy and nonchalant and while Hyunsoo really fights for his dreams he can't bring himself to work/learn/try something, if he's not interested to begin with. However, while he's trying to be friendly in general he also takes pride in himself and his keyboarding and he'll chase anyone down who says that keyboarding is girly.Daisuke isn't a person who's easy to get along with. He's hot-headed and doesn't take jokes about him lightly. If someone throws an accusation at his head that isn't true in his opinion he'll probably get really angry about that and is ready to fight. And if somebody would attack his band mates, family or friends (verbally or physically, it doesn't matter) he would protect them with everything he has since he‘s even more furious if his friends or family get bashed by antis then if he himself would be the victim.

But Hyunsoo also understands that team work and the reputation of the group is important and he knows when he has to pull himself together. Hyunsoo is not good at talking about feelings, he always gets awkward when it comes to these conversations. Even his hugs and skinship is awkward and he doesn't know what to say in emotional or sentimental moments and therefore gets embarrassed easily. He doesn‘t like people that invade his privaticy. But on the other hand, he's constantly prying and meddling in his friends business, since he himself feels very protective of them. Hyunsoo is also softer and more emotional than he actually looks - just because he's and bad at expressing himself, it doesn't have to be cold on the inside. After all, which other guy would cry because of the movie 'The lion king'? He also likes cute things a bit too much. No other guy would watch such fluffy, diabetes-inducingly sweet romantic dramas like him. And I haven't even started with the cringe-worthy shoujo mangas yet, his band mates are constantly making fun of him about that.

His Past/Background:

Hyunsoo grew up in Busan in an normal middle class family. When he was ten his parents divorced after a lot of arguing and he stayed with his mom there while his dad went to Seoul where his new girlfriend lived. His dad was actually the one who wanted to end the marriage, his mom still liked him. Hyunsoo thinks that she actually never go over the break up. He felt kind of lonely since his dad was away and his mom didn't seemed to enjoy herself that much anymore. His parents always gifted him with lots of money, his father had a good job and his mom didn't wanted him to like his dad more, so she spend a lot of money on him, too. But other than money his mom didn't give him much, their relationship was rather cold and more like aquaintances that share a flat instead of a family. His dad sensed that something was wrong and got the guardianship over him.

With fifteen Hyunsoo moved to Seoul to his dad and his dad's new girlfriend with the little step-brother. But even though his dad and his dad's girlfriend seemed to care a lot about him he felt like he didn't belong into Seoul the first few years. He wasn't too outgoing and didn't get along with his classmates. Albeit Hyunsoo was good-looking, he was never really popular since he didn't even try to get along with others. Hyunsoo wasn't good at school, except for sport and biology. He tried to be good but five minutes after he learned something he already forgets everything again. He also got easily distracted by other things and was often doodling anime characters and cute cats in his folders. Hyunsoo was scolded a lot and would always be embarrassed about that but he couldn't help it. 2013 he got casted by a LOEN scout for his looks and because he had nothing better to do he accepted the offered trainee contract. However, he couldn't sing nor rap and his dancing was totally horrible so when they were choosing the trainees for a rock band the coaches just gave him a keyboard and told him to try his best.

Likes:

Snow (because he likes the sound it makes when he's stepping on it with boots. He also thinks it looks nice when it falls from the sky)

Smoking (it calms him down)

DOTA (he thinks it's the best computer game)

Fruits (he could eat fruits only for the rest of his life. Others are addicted to chocolate, he's addicted to fruits. His favorites are oranges, apples and strawberries)

Coffee (without coffee he wouldn't even gather his strenght to go to his shedules)

Cactus (maybe it's because these are the only plants that could survive under his care but he somehow likes them. He also has his own cactus which he named 'Kasimir'.

Their Relaionship Now: Friends - Zico had a bad hangover and can't remember what happened but Jaehyo is telling him that Hyunoo got him back to the dorm. Some days later Zico drives to him to thank him formally. They talk for a while and they befriend. They spend a lot of time with each other and Hyunsoo starts crushing on him. First he lives in denial and gets awkward around Zico, refusing to see him more than necessary. Then he observes him secretly, gets flustered and embarassed a lot and searches for signs of Zico possibly loving him back or being gay at all. Hyunsoo doesn't talk about the events in the bar.
How they met: Hyunsoo found Zico totally drunk in the afternoon in a bar. First he thought that it was not his business but when he saw how Zico could barely hold himself up he decided to phone his friend Jaehyo to come and pick him up if he wanted the band to stay scandal-free. But Jaehyo didn't have any time and told Hyunsoo to bring him back to Block B's dorm himself. In the end he did but all the way Zico told him bad, cheesy pick up lines and tried to kiss him in his drunk state.

Name: Jessica is often labeled as the 'ice princess', which isn't really true. She's just a bit introvert and shy around strangers but she isn't really cold or arrogant. Instead she's rather nice and approachable, forgives easily and is actually a friendly person. She's a bit lazy when it comes to dancing but she's in general pretty hardworking and optimistic. Around friends she gets really bubbly and is often the person who initiates things and has a lot of ideas. She's also a bit of a crazy ert. Jessica has a certain charm about her that pulls him in.

Friend's Personality :Gain is more of a quiet but observant person. She's the type of girl that can be quiet and have an unreadable expression on her face and still looks confident. She's also very understanding and gives great advises. She's a bit distant towards strangers but gets friendly and charismatic once you know her. Gain is quite smart and if she's commenting on something her words are always sharp and humorous. She isn't the traditional funny but she often talks sarcastically and she knows how to counter mean remarks.

How they met: They went to the same school.
Why they are rivals: Junsaeng always wanted to be an idol. He could compose and sing well but he wasn't good looking. So when he found that his former class mate that wasn't interested in music at all, suddenly got into Loen he felt really annoyed and hurt.
Rival's personality : Junsaeng is a person that tries to meet everyone's expectations. He's extremely well-mannered, very reliable and comes off as the friendly boy next door and he is pretty smart and hardworking. However, Yunsaeng is humble, hasn't that high self esteem and thinks of him as ordinary. He is generally very thoughtful. He tends to bottle up problems and blames others for his problems and things he couldn't archieve. He isn't too outgoing and tends to be a bit shy around girls.
