BACKGROUND. 

Soojin is a daughter of a Captain ranked (in Navy) and a fashion stylist. Well I guess you can trust her fashion taste cause ever since she was young she's already exposed to clothes and dresses, but you can't underestimate her self-defense. 

She was born in Seoul, but raised in the Philippines. She was 4 when they migrated to the Philippines due to a job opportunity that was offered to her Mom. She lived with her there, leaving her Dad in Seoul, and studied until she finished primary school. When she graduated elementary, her Mother agreed to send her back to Seoul to continue her studies. When she returned to Korea, a great opportunity awaited for her. Soojin was lined to the fashion industry same as her mom. 

She was 12 when she got her first modeling offer. The modeling career went well with her and continued on until a scout from JYP Entertainment saw her. 

She was offered to become a trainee but since it's not in her plan, Soojin declined the said offer. A few months had passed and Soojin saw how glamorous the KPOP world is, and just like any other kids around the globe, she was blinded by it. And so, she went back to the JYP building and auditioned personally. Luckily, she was accepted and was trained.

Her dad did not know about her auditioning, and when he did, Soojin earned a scolding. But at the end of the day, Soojin told her dad that finally she knows what her dream is, and that's to become a performer. Her dad couldn't do anything but to support her since she's their only child.

TRAINEE YEARS: JYP Entertainment (2 years), SM Entertainment (1 year)

TRAINEE HISTORY. 

Soojin was 14 when she first auditioned for JYP. She practiced really hard to fulfill her unexpected dream and she's very thankful to JYP for giving her the chance. It wasn't hard training in JYP though, for she met a lot of friends despite her being the introvert and being a daughter of a Navy. Unluckily, she was moved to SMEnt for a special importing of trainees, she adjusted again for the sake of her training. For the whole 3 years of being a trainee (to both JYP & SM), Soojin tried all of her best to be the best. But despite those hardwork, Soojin always end up the visual. Anyway, Soojin has other things to be praised about besides her pretty face, and that's her multi-linggual talent. Thanks to her migration to the Philippines, Soojin learned how to speak both English and Filipino fluently. And now, she's also learning Japanese and Thai as a part of her training. 

PERSONALITY. 

(-) Introvert, (-) could be moody, (+) caring, (+) a good listener

You'll be surprised to see the gap of a Soojin on stage and Soojin off cam. Usually Soojin is a quiet shy girl, an introvert as they call. She would just sit in a corner with her earphones plugged in her ears and her eyes closed. Some people might also think she's weird sometimes cause of her strong mood swings, I mean the first thing she's okay then the next she'll start to act cold. But this is just the usual Soojin, her friends eventually got used to this attitude of her since Soojin's a good friend as well. She might be cold outside but she's a good listener and a caring person to her friends.

But don't be too shock if you see a different Soojin on cam, because if she's performing Soojin could be her total opposite. She's a performer who gave her all during her numbers. An introvert will suddenly become the confident girl who smiles a lot in the camera.

PERSONALITY. 

Mark's personality is already what you see on camera. He's a bright and funny guy who jokes and acts cute a lot and the second person, next to Jr., who can make Soojin smile. He is a talented guy who keeps a smile on his face. A type of guy who makes the people around him comfortable. He never fails to make everyone smile with his semi-gags and cheesy aegyos. And because of this warm personality he shows, Mark can easily capture his audience's heart, including Soojin's attention. What makes Soojin flutter more is he's the only guy who could approach her using his own ways, usually Soojin would ignore guys around her, just like what she did to Jr. the first time they met, but Mark, can easily get into her barriers. 

MEETING. 

Soojin met Jr. and Mark during her trainee days in JYP. Jr. was always her partner during couple dances and eventually became her friend. Jr. and Soojin actually have something in common, both of them are the shy at first type, Soojin's just more silent than Jr. Ironically, this is the reason why they go well with each other.

Jr. introduced Mark to Soojin, but since they have different personalities (Mark as the talkative one) they didn't talk to each other much, only if they're with some fellow trainees or Jr. alone. But Soojin find him interesting, especially his hyped personality and when he told her one time, 'you're not just pretty, you're talented' during trainee days when she heard some fellow trainees gossiping about her. So eventually, Soojin grew a crush on him, a hidden crushing to be exact.
