I'm not saying this as hate but it is a slightly narrow minded opinion to think people who seem different can't be friends, and personal music styles and company styles are different and most artist don't even do music they personally like! I am excited to see what they will do to mesh the various styles. In music you have to be open minded or you really aren't appreciating music

I was a little disapointed at the beginning too (and I'm still) because... I'm sorry but I'm not fond of Shinee (I love the 5 members so much but not their songs so...) and I was like... Where the f***k is Infinite V please ? But now, I think I understand and love that a little more.
First they are friends, you can't say you don't understand why because like... we don't know them! We only know what they show and I feel like Woohyun and Key have more in common than what we think. They work well together I guess (in every show where they were together), supporting each other because both of them are not really easy to deal with. And how come two very differents people can't be friends ? On the contrary, opposites attract (is that even english ? lol)
Then, I'm like you, I don't know how it will sound because their voices realy don't fit each other so I'm realy scared because it could just be a total mistake for the both of them. But they are Woohyun and Key so I'm sure they can do something fantastic because they are two nice boy with big hearts whose want to give us love and good music so I guess they can't totaly fail.
Morever, we love them and even if I'm painfuly scared about that album coming, I'll stand by them both because they just worth it no matter what they do.
I hope we will love it though and that I helped you to love it a little more... I am excited but I fell bad in the same time because I'm just scared for them, scared to be disapointed or even for their reputation. But, remember, a lot of fans weren't really happy for infinite H and sunggyu going solo and finally...it was awesome! maybe it will finish like that too: Hope so!
Still, I fully understand you and I hope you won't hate it too much :) courage! (by the way, the fic you began to write about that is really good for the moment, I love it!)

I'm the one who anticipating their debut. Well, yeah. If we see from their music background, they're totally on a different side. But it makes them unique. Haha... Sorry if there are people who don't agree with this.
One thing that I remember the first time I know the colab news is "She's Back". The song that becomes one of Infinite's hit songs was originally prepared for SHINee. I know it's totally unrelated but I just want to tell my opinion. Kkk... Let's just see their progress. March 10 is getting nearer... :)

About the song and genre of the two guys mixing together I get that it could be weird.
But when two people are friends it does not matter what background they come from, let alone the genre they preform.

Just wait for the song, it could be surprising. In a good way or bad way, of course, but we cannot judge before hearing what they are preparing for us. As far as I'm concerned, I hate Infinite, it's a boysband that I really dislike. I don't like ShinEE either, perhaps three songs only. However, I am impatient about it. It makes me curious ! It's like Amy Winehouse singing with Tony Bennett : this is totally improbable, they don't fit together at all ! and yet the song is just amazing ! That's why I look forward to seeing this duo. Don't you agree ? ^^
