There's an amazing Taiwanese drama recently called "Just You" and Aaron Yan stars in it (he's in Fahrenheit). He's a pretty good actor and the story line is pretty cute.

There's also one with f(x)'s Victoria and Fahrenheit's Calvin called Ai Qing Chuang Jin Men. It's got more drama if you like those kinds of dramas. It's pretty interesting though.

There's also Vanness Wu, JJ Lin, Danson Tang (he hasn't released anything in the past few years though), A-Mei, Nicholas Teo, A-Lin, Coke Lee, Bii, Vic Zhou, Pets Ceng, and (if you're into rock) Dong Cheng Wei.
If you're into slow songs Della Ding is pretty good too.

Oh~ You could also try searching for Wilber Pan. He's a singer too.

Is T-Pop acceptable? Lol. Fu Xinbo is a really good singer. On the tpop side you could listen to S.H.E , farenheit, and Anthony Neely. But I like S.H.E cause they're my lady jam XD. As for actors and dramas you could try searching for Jerry Yan, Vaness Wu and Mike He. Though if you're not bias on looks you could watch Jerry Yan's "Down With Love".

I like Khalil Fong and Jay chou, and yeah I'm not sure as well if they are a chinese singers or not.for group Mayday is quite good.
for dramas, i don't have any idea.

I like Jae Choi and Leehom Wang. They might be Taiwanese singers tho... I'm not actually sure :/
