Background: 
Rain is her father's only daughter. Rain's mother died from an accident. She had grown up in the big city ever since she was a girl. She was brought up with her father's love alone and sometimes he's too protective of her that she gets sick of it. Growing up, Rain was a cheerful child and she is always seen laughing and enjoying herself while playing with her father. Despite growing up with soccer and mud, it is safe to say that her father brought her up well and Rain grew to become a fine girl. At school, Rain works herself hard to achieve good marks and balance herself out with the sports and clubs she joins. In school, she is of the normal circle and sometimes would consider herself as the teacher's pet. While at home, she and her father takes care of the house chores which they both devide the work equally. Her father taught her the piano and he even encouraged her to sing to her favourite songs while he plays them.

At times, Rain also expressed herself through writing lyrics where she and her father would go through and they would play it together. Becoming an entertainer wasn't part of her life-long plan since all she decided on was to find a good man like her father and get married as soon as possible. Her father who had some connections heard that SM Ent was opening an audition for trainees and he told his daughter to give it a try. Rain declined, saying that she wasn't fit for an idol's life, but it was her father's constant nagging of wanting to meet real kpop idols since her father is a big fan on TVXQ and thought that maybe he could see them personally. Dragged to audition by her father, Rain's least expectation was to get chosen as a trainee under SM Ent. 

Personalities:
Rain who had to grow up without her mother learnt to be independent. As she became an adolescence, Rain wanted to burden her father lesser and lesser that until one point, she didn't even depend on her father's help, and neither did she depended on anyone else. Rain didn't want to trouble anyone and just think that she could do everything by herself. This girl is also an excellent cook. Yes, her personality keep on revolving around the fact that her mother is absent that she had to dlearn and do the household chores on her own. Her culinary skills improved from time to time until she was able to cook so well that her father joked about the fact that they should open a restaurant together and she would do all the cooking since it's very good and that their restaurant would be on full-house 24/7.

She probably inherited the athletic genes from her late mother that Rain could excel well in sports. Most of the times, when she could not express her feelings through music and composing, Rain would go for a run or a swim. She would be few of those whose names are feared and talked about when sports competition or tournaments are held. But all in all, this girl has quite the negative side to her. She is at all times is indecisive. Rain could not make up her mind most of the times when she was told to make a choice. Sometimes, when her father asks her to make a decision, it would always take up minutes to hours for her to actually give him an answer. And it was just to choose the place to eat for a father-daughter outing on the weekends.

Rain has most piercings on her left ear with stars tattoo on the back of her neck that she got with her father on their holiday in Japan. Rain also has a scar on her knee when she fell on her 5th birthday. Rain would always keep her hair long if she could and braids her hair when she would do any exercises.

Trainee life:
The schedule of a trainee's life is a little hectic since there are a lot of things to learn and do. It seems a little hard for her since she had to learn how to dance and rap because she's mostly good with her vocals. But having the athletic trait, she thought of it as an exercise instead of a dance routine. The instructors were nice and patient enough to teach her on dancing. Plus other seniors would sometimes offer to help the trainees. The other trainees are nice to Rain and would comfort her sometimes when she actually cried since she missed her father so much. Rain could not visit her father due to her practices and she would be really stressed out. But, she took it all in since she saw and remembered her father's proud face when she made it through the auditions and was accepted to become a trainee under SM Ent.

I actually wanted to put her dancing skills to not really good, but seeing as the back up position requires 'dancer', then I guess she could dance a little.
