BACKGROUND + Yoo Ri was born into a family of four. Ever since she was a child, Yoo Ri has been creative and playful among children her age. Her schooling years began from kindergarten then she was sent to an international school. Geography, Mathematics, History; you name it, she aces it. The thing about Yoo Ri is that she thinks that being lacking in the sports field, she covers it up by achieving academically. She was well away accepted into the SNU under Engineering course; just like her father. Yoo Ri is self-funded and doesn't rely on scholarships because she believes that there are other people out there who deserves it better and needs it more than she does. Graduating with a first class degree, Yoo Ri could have worked at any firm with her achievements, but Yoo Ri decided that Engineering wasn't really her thing.

She has always liked decorating her home, surfing for new furniture, learning colour pallets. So, of course, she should have studied Interior Designing. But, ever since she was a child, Yoo Ri's life was already set for her. What she studies, where she studies, how she would study. Even her social life is monitored. Who she is friends with, how much time she spends with them, or even which boy she likes. When she was younger, everything seemed fine; she didn't have to decide on anything and just do as she is told. But as Yoo Ri grew up, she found that, hey, I'm an adult, why can't I decide for myself? Yoo Ri decided to confront her parents about it. She told them that she has been doing what they've wanted her to do ever since she was a small girl. Now, she is old enough, not-so-mature but that is how she would learn.

She proposed to them that she would go back to college, get her self a scolarship, find an apartment, try living independently without her parents help. Her parents were very reluctant of her life choices. Yoo Ri promised that if things come to worse, she would eventually come crawling back home and finally find a job with the companies her father would approve of. Renting a studio apartment right in the same building as coffee shop owner Kim Minseok, Yoo Ri enrolled herself to a local college while she juggles life between her part time job at the coffee shop below, blogging on designing and when she was well away into her final year of study, Yoo Ri offered free interior designing services. Words spread out like wild fire; the upcoming female interior designer who designed one of Kim Minseok's most visited coffee shop, that girl who decorated the Blue House offices, the college student who won the hearts of other interior designers. 

**Yoori graduated with flying colour and was one of the most sought after young designer. She worked for a public company a year and after she has gained enough experience and connections on her own, Yoori set up her very own private company which is registered under her own name and Yoori is well away into designing houses. Indeed, she started small, but from the clients whom trusted her wiht her work, Yoori was called out for designing more often than she expected. Without her realizing it, she was designing places for well-known celebrities like Lee Hyori, Bi, and even Hyun Bin. Yoori has become quite a famous figure even at a young age. She's currently working on a project for Jang Donggun's villa. 

PERSONALITY + Yoo Ri is mostly seen as a calm person, no matter inside and out. During stressful conditions, one could depend on her logic and her decisions. Yoo Ri sticks to the priciple which is one should not rush into things and that calmness is better than rushing. Yoo Ri is also the kind of person who loves to have a good laugh. Studying over and over again, it could give you a huge amount of stress. She decides that she's only living once, so she might as well enjoy the things around her. 

Observant is also her thing. Yoo Ri stays quiet at the side while her are eyes watching, ears listening, lips tight, she picks up those tiny details that people don't really notice. Other than that, being thrifty is also her virtue. Despite being showered with anything and everything she could get, Yoo Ri learnt that not everyone is as lucky as her, and she has also learnt a lot when she lived alone. The fear of not having enough money to feed herself and pay for the rent was even worse than her fear of not locking the door at night. Yoo Ri thinks that saving is good and saving is important.   

Although she appears calm, chilled out and even laughing on strange occasions, believe her when she say it, she is obviously, painfully, drastically an oblivious person. One could tell her that according to a study by Chopin: birds can swim and fishes can fly, and she would believe it. It's absurd sometimes how she never got conned for anything. But people like her close friends, brother and even father who tells her silly things, she would believe them. Yoo Ri is also an emotional person. If you were to cry watching The Fault in Our Stars, then no one would've blamed you. But if you cry watching Casper at the age of 20, then you are dubbed as an emotional adult; and that is exactly who Yoo Ri is.

Being rich, you could have at least expected her to be elegant, feminine, soft-spoken, but please, don't stereotype this lady. She is who she is and no one can stop her. One thing about Yoo Ri is that she is weird. Well, that is what the children called her at school. Having a high IQ doesn't really put you on the top of popularity pyramid. Yoo Ri would have her moments of 'genius jokes' that no one would laugh at and they would just ignore her after that. Eventually, she learnt that not everyone appreciates her jokes, and she keeps it to herself. **It's not a funny thing really, because no one understands Yoori. People would call her weird to a point that Yoori would eventually lose all her self confidence and that is really not a good thing

heo yoo ri

was born on september 14, 1987 from a korean father and a korean mother in busan, south korea. Currently 27 years old, she grew up in seoul thus making her fluent in korean. Standing at 169cm for 54kg, Yoo ri is notably known for looking like SUNG SIN or even sometimes HA MIRAE. She currently works as an INTERIOR DESIGNER for HYR PT. LTD company.

PERSONALITY + Once you see him, you know it's Kim Jongdae and you cannot make a mistake about that. Because he would haunt you with his joke for the rest of your life. Nah, he is probably funny, but not creepy. Jongdae created a name with his jokes, his ability to cause laughter without effort, the power to bring tears and stomach ache. No, he is not a plague or a disease, it's called the Chen syndrome. Even his affections are shown in the weirdest of jokes, but still, you'll love his humour. A glimpse of his normal life - and self - Jongdae is actually a caring person. He likes to take care of others and he dislikes it when he isn't able to do anything when he knew he could. There were times when he's so angry that he saw an old lady being mistreated, he conducted a special 10-minute roleplay just to send a message to the public.

Jongdae, secretly, is insecure about himself. He would always wonder if he's good enough, if the people are happy, if he's doing the right thing. He would always try the very best of himself until to a point where he would tire himself out and the only thing mattered was, was it good enough? Did everyone laugh? Jongdae is even a perfectionist, who wants everything to be perfect, who cannot see a flaw, who gets angry at himself over small mistakes. If it takes about a minute for a person to finish folding a shirt, it would take him up to 3 to 4 minutes because it has to be in perfect squares. Yes, we can all safely say that he's borderline OCD. 

You see him joke, you see him laugh, but really, he's a possessive little brat when it comes to what is his. Jongdae is not a big fan of sharing, especially people. He gets unhappy when his mother send him a picture of her and their dog out at the park. He gets unhappy when his bestfriend drank more than a half of his root beer. Imagine Jongdae in a relationship? He would surely be overly protective and would not be all too happy if his girlfriend gets too close to any other guy, even if it's a dog  

RELATIONSHIP + Yoo Ri happens to be the joke of the year when they meet for the first time and she doesn't know who Kim Jongdae is. Yoo Ri would attend Jongdae's shows and cry herself to a stomach ache when he starts performing. He would even fit in a few jokes about her and the crowd would go wild, searching to the girl he calls 'Yoo-bama'. Jongdae loves to shop, oh he is very generous indeed. When they go out shopping, it would be Yoo Ri who stops him from swiping that black credit card just to purchase Yoo Ri a few dresses she never tried in the first place.

He is the only guy apart from Jackson, her brother and father who laughs at her genius joke and weird moments. He would tell her to keep on talking, to explain to him what it means and Yoo Ri is more than happy to comply. The perks of being one's own boss is that Yoo Ri goes to work at any time, goes on break at any time and have vacations at odd times. She would pay him surprise visits at his workplace, go on a impromptu trip with him and even sleep over at his place sometimes. No, not like that, get your heads out of the gutter. Ever since Yoo Ri would tell him about her house broken in, Jongdae would insist that she stays over at his place. 

Now, it's time to meet the parents. Among the three family members, Yoo Ri would not expect that her father would like Jongdae. And she would expect that her brother to be less interrogative and more accepting. Min Woo just needs some time to warm up to Jongdae, because eventually, who wouldn't love Kim Jongdae  orci ac, sagittis pellentesque felis.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE MATCH-MADE? + Relationships or marriage never really caught up with me until my mother decided to set me on a blind date with one of my elder brother's colleague, and it failed. So another came, and a few others; all failures. They're either too self-conceited to listen to my stories, too awkward to even start up a conversation, too stiff to appear like a couple, too romantic that I still shiver at the thought of it, too serious that my jokes were turned down with work talks and there was even one that was too old. It was my employer, Boss Kim, who told me about the wonderful magic a certain matchmaker lady called Bae Yena could cast where she brings powerful couples together. WHAT IS YOUR IDEAL MAN LIKE? + I'd like a guy with a little mix of David's sass, father's work devotion, mother's caring attitude, brother's protectiveness and Ahn Na's confidence. I know it might sound like he's perfect, but every human has his/her flaw. As I have my own, and he would have his own, I hope we could imrpove and support each other on that point. He should be able to make me laugh when I cry a river, and I could make him proud of me when I did a job well done

WHAT IS YOUR PERFECT FIRST DATE? + Something memorable. Okay, call me weird, but I'd like to test my date if he's able to accept my 'genius joke' moment. I would appreciate it if he's the kind of guy who would bring me just a single rose instead of a bouquet, tiny restaurants instead of fancy dinner, first meeting that does not involve any conversations that include work, past relationships and money. The guy doesn't have to impress me with his wealth, but with his personality.
