Rated Featured Story Voting

I added the ability to vote on Rated M stories for featured story selection. The only caveat is that these stories will only be featured in Rated M pages of the site. I still cannot prominently display Rated M stories and especially not on the front page. This is the most I can do for you fans of Rated M stories to the extent of my legal constraints and liabilities.
