Personality: Hailey is like a mixture of her family's personalities with her own flavors as well. She has her father's assurance, always willing and trying to be positive and giving herself the courage to face each day with a smile, despite whatever comes her way. She has her mother's kindheartedness, always willing to help out others, despite if she doesn't like the person, as she believes in karma, and good comes to those who least expect it. She's intelligent like her eldest brother, Harold, but not as smart, but she likes having the knowledge of things as it makes her feel helpful, but also where she would know how to handle certain situations and get her out of it. Like her second older brother, Hanson, she's really easy-going, as she likes to go with the flow and doesn't make much of a fuss out of anything, since she hates to be difficult and waste time. As for her other brother, Hadden, she's somewhat of a troublemaker, as these two are always partner in crimes and since being closer in age have always done things together.
Hailey is strong-willed, and hates showing her weak side to others, so this makes her a bit stubborn as she doesn't like to back down from a fight, challenge, or a dare, and always goes head straight on, and so why she gets into a bit of trouble and mischief. She's not a girly girl or an extreme tomboy, she's in the middle, but just knows how to fight and defend herself than the average girl, but doesn't have the body mass and strength that a male naturally has. Although she's tough and strong, she is a klutz at times, and many people, especially her brothers, are surprised that she can be so accidental prone at times. Hailey also like to observe her surrounding and others, as she likes to make use of being familiar with places and people, so she's cautious a bit, but will put on a friendly and genuine smile. All in all, Hailey is just a girl next door, having her ups and downs like others, but hers is just experienced through her own self. She has brothers who annoyed her to no end, but still love them nevertheless, and parents that put rules on her, and restrict her from things at times because she's a girl, and naturally rebel saying it's not fair, but still love her parents, too. At the end of the day, she makes sure that she ends it with a smile, so that when she wakes up, it's at least a good start to start out her day.
Background – Hailey is full Korean and was born in Canada, her and her siblings are first generation Korean-Canadians. At the age of 14 moved to San Diego, California because of parents' teaching positions. She would visit Canada every now and then for friends' birthdays and special ocassion events. Her family is high-middle class social status, and she doesn't flaunt her status, neither does she beg her parents to buy her this and that. Hailey has always been a studious student, making sure she alway done well so that she'll have an education that could help her out with whatever she would come across, but at times she likes to relieve stress by just being a bit troublesome, since she can't always be good and perfect. Because of her parents' being university professors, she was left in the care of her brothers majority of the time, and grew really close with them, as another parental figure, and could always go to them whenever she was troubled or just felt like talking.

How did you get into NH MEDIA?: She was transferred after her previous entertainment, M-Boat, decided to transfer her over to another company after being with them for 2 years, separating her from her cousin, Daniel, who was also transferred over to another company, Monkey Funch. That's how she ended up at NH Media and luckily she was able to fit in with the others, despite some mishaps here and there.
