I'm new to AFF, and just trying out some of the cool things here...like song reviews in the blog section! :3

Anywayz...

Presenting my favorite Super Junior song, the lyrics closest to my heart, the only one that calms me down just so, so much, the one I'll always want to Random Play Dance test them on...!!!

"Why I Like You"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yay! :DDD

It's so hard to put in words just how much I love this song. The soft background music, their wonderfully meshed voices, and the lyrics-- I might as well just say everything. And honestly, that wouldn't be wrong. I do love everything about this song!!!

It's just so sweet and adorable, and it makes me so happy to even just hear the first beat. It's a huge source of second-gen nostalgia, with the style of the instrumental-- a good blend of synth, basic somewhat-muffled beat, and a classic, repeating guitar sequence-- and voices.

The main thing I really love, though, are the lyrics. They go through all the reasons they love (or like, lol) you, and the chorus repeats certain aspects. (And honestly, the chorus is SOOOO catchy. It repeats in my head when I begin to stress out, and it's really reassuring x333.)

And something that's really awesome about these lyrics is that it doesn't really mention the listener's appearance that much. It notes the listener's eyes and smile, but that's basically about it. Everything else is about the listener's personality, or something they do that makes SJ happy to be around them. To me, it's really beautiful because I can imagine myself with them doing those things. It's as if what I look like doesn't really matter to them. 

And that's pretty cute, right? Haha.
