I hate how helpless I feel. 

That feelings when you can't do anything to ease everything. 

That feelings that so frustrating when you can't talk. 

That feelings when crying is the only solution for it. 

That feelings when you wanted to be angry but you don't know who you want to be mad to. 

It's a rollercoaster of emotions and I am so helpless. I can't do anything. All I can do is look with my both eyes, sigh from the deepest of my heart and cry with every ounce of my emotional trance. 

I just can't help it. 

I'm just so helpless.
