Eating Disorder???

Hi.. i think i need professional help now.

I dont have the appetite to eat, almost all the time. The thought "I need to eat," stresses me out, which lessens the appetite even more. When I look for food I can eat in like a menu(usually for deliveries) or think about what I should cook, it makes me nauseous. The moment I eat, after a few minutes, i would sometimes vomit. That stresses me EVEN more knowing my stomach is empty and i have ulcer.

Does anyone know any doctor who can help..? Or had gone through the same phase and can tell me what to do?

Most of the time I think I really have anxiety. If I just have a choice I also won't eat. I find eating as a heavy chore. I face my plate for almost an hour and struggle to empty it. My family always teases me about it. Maybe I also have some problem in the head, maybe I'm really just a slow eater.

I'm sorry to hear you're going through this, but I am glad you know there is something wrong and that you're seeking more knowledge.

Definitely seek professional help. Tell your family doctor and get a recommendation for a therapist specializing in disordered eating. They will know how to treat you and help you get to the root cause of your anxieties. You can hopefully find a therapist by Googling 'therapists near me'

Sure I do sometimes feel that way. Just thinking of what foodshoukd I cook and eat for the next hours? And getting bored repeating the same routine day and night as if I'm just doing it to survive the day but really is making you sick.

You're right unnie. You need professional help to see what's wrong ang what's causing you to become like this. I came to a situation where I have no appetite to eat any kind of food especially meat though it is really my favorite but my craving is suddenly replaced with uncomfortable feeling to eat fatty foods. Maybe it's the digestive system or the emotions that cause are body not to function properly with foods. Does that even make sense? I'm not sure if it's the same on what you feel though.
I hope you'll feel better and healthier :)
