APPEARANCE —

Rose has a wavy long dark brown hair and brown eyes. She is 165 cm and weights 55 kg. She is slim but not too skinny and she does have a skin a bit tanned, due to her Latino roots. She smiles a lot, except when she is really angry and people often tell her that she has good looks.

STYLE —

Rose dresses according to her mood which is not always a good thing. She thinks she has a good sense of fashion and she also knows that she is not ugly so she doesn't care much about what people may think about the way she dresses. Generally speaking, on days that she feels happy, energetic and with good vibes, she will take more effort in her own style, she may dress more elegantly and femine and maybe even use make up (eyeliner and lipstick, she is too lazy to do more than that). However, if she feels too lazy and tired (most of the times, because she says she is always tired), she will probably take less effort in the way she dresses, wearing jeans with something comfortable like a t-shirt and a jacket. She wears boots most of the times, but other than that she uses sneakers and only high heels in special occasions.

PERSONALITY

Rose sure has an unique personality. She gets along with people easily and she is very friendly, outgoing and even funny, but she also has a fierce personality and hard temper. If people make her angry she will speak her mind to them, even sarcastically, not caring about what they might think, and she may even hit the person if that person pushes her buttons and for example speaks bad things about her friends or family. She is also very loyal and protective towards her family and friends and cares a lot about them, to the point that she would risk her own life to protect them.

She hates to see people mistreated, and she jumps into scenarios and helps people if they are in need, because she hates people that think they are superior to others. Rose, since a very young age, has been entitled as a troublemaker, somehow it seems that problems always follow her everywhere and the fact that she is a trickster doesn't help much (during her days at Hogwarts, people often told her that she resembled the famous Weasley twins, who became an inspiration to her). As problems always followed her everywhere she was always true to herself and acted brave, ready for the consequences of her actions.

Her biggest flaw is her laziness. Rose is the definition of Lazy, she won't do anything that will consume a lot of energy and always prefers easy ways to have or do what she needs, to the point that she basically uses magic for almost everything in her life and her biggest dream was to be able to make a copy of herself so she could tell her copy to do everything on her behalf. Rose can be very persuasive and manipulative when she wants and make people do things for her due to her laziness, by taking advantage of her skills, or even use them to win arguments or getting information that she needs, because she can have a good conversation and make people agree with her, even if in the end she needs to use a charming tone.

Rose can sometimes be a little bossy if she isn't in a good humour and she can also be a lot stubborn. She has a huge pride and due to that she may become competitive, to the point that she actually needs to forget to be lazy for a couple of times (only to feel exhausted later on). She isn't an optimistic person, but neither is a pessimistic one, instead she rather is a realistic one, Rose can understand the situations well and won't look neither for pink or black scenarios, but to the real ones that would work the best for the problem.

Rose doesn't consider herself as a good person since she likes to prank people, make fun of them (in a good way, not bullying them), but the truth is that she wears her heart on her sleeve and she can't turn a blind eye to people that need help, even if she doesn't think so, she actually is a good person. She may seem like a confident person all the time, but she also has self doubts and insecurities like everyone, and she is afraid that she may hurt her family and friends one day and they leave her or that she isn't smart or good enough to be taken seriously.

 

 

— EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE.

BACKGROUND 

 

In 1995, Elena Evans gave birth to a lovely girl, Rose Evans. Thomas, Rose's father, was delighted and even Rose's older brother Oliver, who was at the time only 2 years old, seemed to be happy, but at that age no one could be certain. Rose grew up filled with love from her family, she was only 3 years old during the Wizarding War, but when she was older, she was told that it was a huge deal for all the world because some kind of dictator thought he was better than other people and were killing innocent people like muggleborns and even muggles, like her mother. She wasn't aware how scared Elena and Thomas were that the Death Eaters would come after them and try to kill Elena, or even send Thomas to Azkaban with the excuse of him being a "traitor", luckily for them, there were good people to help, like the Order and a secret organization that her father used to mention, she always had a hard time to remember its' name "The Underground", however, older Rose will have to admit it, that name was cool.

 

After the War ended and everything calmed down, Thomas and Elena could finally breathe and from that point on, they started living in a quiet place around in the muggle town, since Elena insisted that she wanted their children to be aware of the muggle world. As they grow up, they weren't allowed to use magic in the house, which was easy for Oliver, he was always a good and obedient kid, but to Rose that was a problem. She would use her magic without her mother knowing and if she was caught, she would blame her brother (it worked for a while until they found that she was doing that on purpose). Elena wanted her kids to attend muggle school, but both Thomas and the kids knew that they had powers and wanted to go to a school where they could learn more about magic, so Elena had to let them go, however, in their house, while she was there, once again they weren't allowed to use magic. And thanks to that, during Rose's childhood, she found her favourite muggle object in the world, a magic black box that the muggle people called TV, it became her new obsession.

 

One day Rose received a letter to attend Hogwarts, part of her was thrilled thinking like "I can finally use magic whenever I want", but then another part of her was like "But it's school... and Books". Eventually she went to Hogwarts (after all, her inside constant fights) and when the sorted hat placed her into a house, she was shocked to find that she would be a Gryffindor, her brother always told her that he was sure she was a Slytherin due to her personality, but who is she to contradict the Sorting Hat? She looked over the Great Hall, to see opened brother, who was sitting at the Ravenclaw table, and she smirked to him.

 

Her years in Hogwarts went smoothly, she met a lot of people and apparently she became popular among them. She would be the type of girl that would be chilled and walk around, instead of studying during her free times, in her head that would be the same as punishment, so she would never understand how her brother could do that so easily. She was rather carefree and what she enjoyed the most was pranking people and she got to detention a couple of times, Headmistress MacGonagall would even call her a troublemaker and say that instead of helping her house earning points, she helped them loosing points. She was even compared to the famous Weasley twins and she even started to look up to George Weasley (later in life she was able to meet him). Also, a big part of her time, she would be teasing and playfully bullying her older brother, because she thought that he was boring and actually needed some joy in his life, and she would be that joy. Rose wouldn't stand when people would bully other people for fun and she would stand up for them and the easier way to make them stop would be using magic on them to humiliate them, her favourite punishment would be using spells to make the boys' pants fall or make a little wind to make the girls' skirt lift, of course she would end up in detention.

 

She best friended a girl named Zoe, a muggleborn from Hufflepuff, who was funny to tease since she was a shy girl who people easily would take advantage of, and she also became friends with a boy named William, a pureblood from Slytherin. Zoe was bullied by a group of girls and Rose stood up for her, becoming friends quickly and being around all the time. In the case of the Slytherin boy, at the beginning their personalities would clash a lot, but when Rose found that people were outcasting him and ignoring him because his father was in Azkaban (Death Eater) and his mother hated him due to his resemblance to his father, her heart broke and she decided she wanted to get to know him better.

As the years passed by she would be always compared to her older brother who was a prefect (and head boy) and the top of his year, but Will always told her not to feel pressure or change who she was, however it wouldn't be that bad if she actually put more effort into her grades. He tried to help her, but she either fell asleep or she wouldn't understand a thing. Will and Zoe became like part of her family, and she even introduced them to her own family. During Christmas break, since Will would be alone in Hogwarts, he would spend the time in the Evans' house and he was truly happy because he felt that somehow they were like his family too.

 

Somehow during her school time, Rose made her mind and told her friends that she wished to become an Auror because that was a cool job to do, but both Will and her brother Oliver told her that she would have to study a lot, and after whining a lot, stubborn Rose wouldn't risk her pride and promised to study more, which was a miracle as she started to put more effort in her study sessions with Zoe and Will. Along her journey, a lot of boys started to get interested in her, at the beginning Rose liked the attention she was receiving, but after a while she felt that it was draining her already little energy, so she decided to put a plan into action. Plan A: Make them get interest into shy Zoe - it was likely to be working, but it was also draining her energy, so she gave up. Plan B: "Say I have a boyfriend" - That would be easy, she thought, she was good looking so it wouldn't be weird, but when she started to say that excuse people started to ask her who her boyfriend is, and due to her lack of energy she pointed to Will and afterwards everyone was talking. She eventually apologized to William for making him uncomfortable, but to her surprise, he was willing to be her fake boyfriend, if that would make her happy, so people wouldn't steal her energy. When people were looking at them, they actually acted as if they were dating as they held hands and even shared a couple of kisses to fool them. But after a while of faking Rose actually developed feelings for him and she cursed herself a lot because of that, yet her pride was at risk. Eventually she gathered courage and asked if Will fancied anyone and he said yes, which surprised her, likewise, when he asked her back, she replied just like him, that she fancied someone, so they decided to end their fake relationship so each one would be free. Rose always wondered who that person was and even though she was sad about that, she wasn't brave enough to confess to him, and decided to let him go.

 

After finishing her Hogwarts years, and let's be clear that even Headmistress MacGonagol was surprised by how much Rose had grown as a person, it was time to decide her future. Her brother, of course, was in the Ministry and she would soon become an Auror, or at least that's what she thought. When she realized she had to do a lot of physical work and that would require a lot of energy, Rose realized that it wouldn't work and in the peak of adrenaline and impulsiveness, she applied for the Ministry, in an interview for the Law Enforcement department, but of course she knew that she wasn't great in grades to be there. However, little did she know that they actually liked her, especially her way with words and persuasive nature that would be good in the work that would be following her which would be helping them hiding the Wizarding Word from muggles. It was a great job for her, she would work (whenever possible using magic to do her work), she could nap (somehow she did a lot of breaks and naps, but people never yelled at her because she was good in her job) and after doing her job she can have fun around or she can lazily be at her home resting and watching TV without thinking that her life would be in danger, it was a good life.

THE INITIATIVE
 

The day of the incident was Rose's nightmare, she was working at her desk, her quill writing for her while she was taking a nap, when her brother emerged in panic into her office. "I was just resting my eyes!" Rose said, but after realizing it was her brother she glared at him for waking her up. Oliver told her about the incident and Rose's blood filled her entire face "THOSE IDIOTS!" Rose started walking around in her office super angry and took her wand determined to go after them "Am I a joke to them? Oh, they will learn never to angry Rose Evans, I will teach them a lesson!". Oliver held his sister hoping that she would calm down and after a couple of seconds she felt tired and stopped, sitting back in her chair. After realizing that a couple of idiots had just ruined the work she had done for years, she hit her head on the desk and thought that she needed to do something because it was too big to be covered up.

 

After Ministry Granger announced her plans Rose sighed, thinking that she needed a new plan, she had been enjoying her carefree life for too long and after discussing with Will and Zoe, she realized that muggles and wizards together wouldn't be that bad, no more secrets, her mother didn't have to hold their secret anymore, everyone would be free, but at the same time muggles could decide to hunt them down again or wizards could try to go crazy and hunt muggles. After her thoughts started to drain her energy, she sighed, and after a lot of thinking, once again she decided to be impulsive. She went to her job and after seeing a flyer of the Initiative, she put her best smile and thought "That's it Rose, if you can't use your skills to hide us anymore, let's use your charms to expose us for the best way possible!". Little did she know that the Initiative would be a great challenge for her and she would find herself whining that she wants her old job back because this one would be too demanding.

- Her favourite muggle object is the TV and she is obsessed with watching series and movies so much that she learned spells to help her switch channels and see whatever she wanted there (from any movie or any show);

- She uses magic most of the time as she is too lazy to do things by herself;

- Rose doesn't like when people say that she is less smarter compared to her brother, she says that she is "street smart" but people sometimes don't take her seriously;

- Unlike everyone that praises Harry Potter for being the kid who did everything and is the saviour, she says that he may have done a lot, but he wasn't alone and people should stop putting him on a pedestal because he had help from his friends;

- When she was in Hogwarts people asked her to join the Quidditch team, but she was too lazy for that;

FAMOUS LAST WORDS — Hi!! I hope you like this girl, she sounds like a lazy storm haha. I decided to leave the love interest open so you can have fun planning, but in case you needed ideas of boys for her I left William kind of open so he could be an option just in case. She would definitely like someone who would challenge her and take her out of her comfort zone. I hope I was also able to create my own version of an Alex Russo in Harry Potter series without being too lame or too a too closed character, but if you have a suggestion of something I should change, I'm all for it! I had a lot of fun making Rose, especially because she was a joy to plan and not that heavy character, so I hope she can also bring some light and joy to the story if she gets chosen! Thank you Dani and it's the final chapter of the trilogy, I can't wait for it!!!
