 GOSSIP NOONA  bae yooji is certainly not the gossip noona, but everyone agrees that yooji is the strongest suspect to be gossip noona. yooji is a part of lots of group chats within the students around ongsung and she is certainly active in all of those group chats. yooji is also really fast is sharing the latest post from gossip noona to her friends and those group chats. and she also just seems like a type of person to would run such account, since everyone knows that she lowkey loves taking derp and embarassing pictures of others and even taking 'proof shots' of her sending those pics to gossip noona. hence lots of students believes that she is gossip noona. yooji herself never confirms or object those rumors, she just find it entertaining that people actually think that she is gossip noona.
 ONGSUNG'S SUZY  a label that was given to her by the students at ongsung. the 'suzy' of the title is referring to the nation's first love bae suzy. the reason why she gain the title ongsung's suzy was because her name has the similar ring to it and she also resemble suzy (a bit, or at least yooji herself felt that she looks like her). even though some of the students thought it has anything to do with that first love thing like suzy, it was actually never a reason why she is dubbed as ongsung's suzy.

APPEARANCE  yooji stands on an average height of 164 cm and weighting 49 kg. when yooji first entered her first year at ongsung, she had a short bob hair that it's edge laid just above her shoulders and her hair had bangs previously but is now too long to be considered a bang anymore and is now always styled as in a middle parting. her current hair style isn't that much different from her hair during her first year, it's just around 10 cm longer. (in short, nayeon during tt era) 
STYLE  yooji's principle in dressing up is to always look neat! so it's not a surprise for anyone to see yooji around school always with a full school uniform attire, even after she left school area she would never mess up her uniform. it will always be tucked in, blazer are mostly on, and the footwear of her choice are always the dress shoes ones. during winter, yooji could be seen wearing coats outside of her uniform when she comes and leaves school. as for regular days, her style is mostly feminine and in bright color schemes. they're mostly dresses and skirts, with shirts and long sleves. has a couple of jeans and are mostly in the lighter shaded jeans. her prefered footwear are actually white sneakers. but when she's in a rush to leave home just to go to a near by convenience store or to help her parents out at the bakery, she would just pull out a t-shirt, plaid shirt and some jeans and wear an old black converse.

BACKGROUND  bae yooji was born on december 27th 1999, to a family with a middle-class background. her early life was pretty average, especially that time around when her brother was born and most of her early life was filled with trying to shoo him away from her life by making him cry most of the days and having her parents scolding her for so and explaining her that he's her brother and she just have to learn to accept him etc., aside from that there's nothing too special about it that are worthy to be mentioned. growing up, yooji has multiple dreams as she grew up, from being a doctor to a teacher or any other dreams that kids have when they were young. and she had been fed with the same quote from her teachers on how if she wanted to reach her dream she should study hard and work hard for it as well.
 
to be frank, ever since a kid yooji really liked reading. even though books were mostly used as a weapon to her when she was younger, but ever since she learnt how to read she got all giddy and want to read all of those books with pictures on her own without having her mom reading them for her. and when she learnt how to count she felt like a genius for being able to solve 2 + 2 in a flash, and she also quite enjoyed math ever since she's a kid for some reasons. yooji seems to enjoy studying as a kid and pretty much could keep up with them. even though as she grew older, she doesn't really know what she wanted to do in the future or what kind of life career she wanted to have in the future, so she mostly studies just for the sake of her future self's success.

SCHOOL LIFE  as yooji has always been focused on her studies ever since she was young, yooji's grade has mainly been a's and a couple of b's, as she will always give big efforts on both the subjects she likes and those that she dislikes. she has claimed that her favorite subjects are economy and math and her least favorites are english and history. she was also chosen as her class' president due to her responsible nature, in which is claimed by her classmates to be the reason why they barely get into trouble thanks to her. yooji is generally well known around ongsung due to her sociable nature and for her to befriending others, even though they all know she's quite hard to get really close to. she is also known as the ongsung's suzy for the reason of her resemblance to the miss a member's bae suzy, or by some she is known as the infamous gossip noona, despite the fact that yooji is not the gossip noona. as for the first years, she is pretty much more known as bae jinyoung's noona
weekdays!

on weekdays, she would always wake up between 06.00 to 06.30 am, she would wake up earlier if she have an exam on that day, and would study again what she've studied the night before. if there's no exam, she would just wake up at 06.30 am and to do her homeworks (since yooji barely ever done her homeworks the night before)

most of the time are helping out at her parent's bakery all day if she has no plan going out to places. but usually if there's an invite by her friends to hang out, she would be more than happy to accept it. since she has nothing else better to do.
 
or occasionally, does her homework before waiting to do it the day that it should be submitted. 
 
or at times if she's not helping out her parents, she'll just lock herself up in her room and do whatever things that came to her mind.

yooji is her parent's bakery's #1 promoter. she would buy her own parent's bakery's bread and would give them to her friends or classmates or fellow club members or even teachers and would promote the shop to them and tell them to come over to their shop.

she has a lot of sns accounts, but mostly she just made them and decided to not use it that much afterwards. but the one that she still uses frequently are twitter and instagram and occasionally uses snapcahat as well, and all account are under the same username @by_yooji.

when she was in her second year in middle school, she joined a kpop idol look alike contest on facebook just for fun, and she entered the contest as a suzy look alike. she actually had forgotten all about that, but somehow someone from ongsung student found out about it (probably some creep that scroll through her timeline to that extend) and share it to gossip noona.

yooji isn't really the type to save people's number on her phone using cute nicknames. if she's not close to that person or just an acquaintance she'll save it under their full name, if she's friends with that person she'll save it under their given name, if she's really close to them she'll save it with an additional -ie or -ah, and if that person is ong sungwoo she'll save it under ong-gly, as in ong + ugly.

she would casually join group chats that she was invited to, even if she doesn't even know any single body in that chat room. because apparently to her, it's way more fun and easier to get to know the kids around school through chat rooms instead of directly speaking with each other.

her only reason in joining the school radio is because it's activity takes place during school hours and not after school. even though that was her only motivation to begin with, she finds the school radio quite enjoyable.

reading novel is more than a hobby for her, is already like a part of her life. always packs the recent novel that she's reading at school, despite not able to read it during school hours. mostly would read them while eating and waiting for the academy to start. the average time for her to finish a novel is a round 3 to 4 days. doesn't actually have any prefered genre, as long as she finds some interesting books at the bookstore, she'll just go and buys them.

honestly, to yooji the handsomest kid are mostly from her brother's class, yoo seonho, park jihoon, lai guanlin, and her brother himself. and some of the other handsomest kid in her opinion are yoon yongbin, kwon hyunbin and even though she lowkey doesn't want to admit it ong sungwoo.

was the one who started the idea for the whole student council members to go and hangout during the weekends at the beginning. since when they all first became one organization, some of them didn't know each other and was kind off awkward and all and then she was just jokingly whispered to minhyun that it would've been fun if they all could do something together out of school hour for bonding purpose, and jonghyun over heard it and was all like "that's a great idea! we should really do that twice every month!"

some ongsung students believe the two don't go along that well, since they say that they barely ever seen them together and even when they come and leave school they rarely ever seen together. but the fact is, they really got a long with each other, well, now that is.
 
when they were still young and innocent kids, yooji pretty much hated him during his early lifes. and she was not afraid to show it, from taking away his toys to oftenly nudge him here and there if he gets too close to her parents. she used to hated him so much because he apparently took her parents and all of the attention that goes along with it. yooji even asked them to send him back to wherever their parents found them. 
 
but they're all good now and barely ever fight with each other because they find it kind of useless in doing so. they mostly rarely fight because they never throw their responsibilities to one another (because we all know that that is the main reason why siblings love to fight)
 
yooji doesn't really go all protective over her brother, since he's a guy and he could always take care of himself. but the only time she will ever be protective over her brother is when he will have a girlfriend, and she wants to be the judge whether or not they're good enough for him or not. frankly, so far the only one that are good enough for him is park jihoon and lee daehwi, and they're both dudes.

it's still a mystery to some people around ongsung on how bae yooji and ong sungwoo has this so called hate-friend relationship.
 
the two actually first met each other during their first year, they were classmates and were forced to interact with one another because they will be in the same class, for possibly three straight years together.
 
the two oddly became close to each other and truth to be told, sungwoo is the closest male friend she has ever had in her life. it was all that teasing and making fun of each other kind of relationship.
 
but at one point in their first year, they were chatting each other and decided to play truth or dare. yooji dared sungwoo to asked a girl out, and he took that dare and asked her out. yooji was laughing it off and asked if he was serious and he simply replied as, "yeah, why not" and then the two eventually dated.
 
when other students found out about them they were all triple question marks and "the hell just happened??", "when did they even got close to each other???" and such. 
 
but they didn't really lasted long, it even seem that they only lasted around a month or two. since yooji isn't really the type of person that could openly express her feelings and is mostly throwing names and slight insult as her form of 'affection' and sungwoo just went along with her, they just felt that it's not really like a relationship and is just like what they are before. so, they then broke up.
 
even though afterwards they still acted the same with each other, sungwoo feels like yooji held some grudge towards him. in a way that she doesn't act that much the same as before, with her scolding him and insults felt more to the serious side than the joke side. 
 
to sungwoo, yooji is actually the hate side of their hate-friend relationship, and he's the friend one. even though he thinks that she still has a thing for him, and probably the reason why she's the 'hate'.

thruth to be told, the guy that yooji actually has a slight crush during the early days in her first year had always been kang daniel, instead of the guy she dated slash daniel's best friend sungwoo.
 
since the reason why she choose to befriend sungwoo in the beginning was also because he is friends with daniel, even though eventually she got to know daniel and got closer to him without any help from sungwoo. but after a while her slight crush on him slowly disappears as she started to had feelings for sungwoo when she dated him.
 
daniel was the first person to say "i knew this combination wouldn't last" when sungwoo and yooji broke up, and eventually earned a sharp blade glare from both yooji and sungwoo. 
 
daniel and yooji are quite close, in a way that they're classmates and would converse with each other a lot. yooji frankly enjoys having a conversation with daniel, even though they don't really have that much in common, he would still make sure the conversation kept going on.
 
one of the strongest reason why they're even friends is that they can count one another if they ever need back up to diss ong sungwoo. but lately, it has been more of daniel teasing her about sungwoo, even though yooji kept telling him that she's over him already.

from the beginning, yooji had always find most of the guys in the student council as pretty chill and quiet. even the group chat they have within them are almost too formal at the beginning. but since they are all in the same organization, they all ended up getting closer to each other and the group chat within them became out of topic as the time goes by.
 
yooji is the closest with minhyun out of the other student council members, but jonghyun is the one member that she look up to the most as he is their president.
 
the other guys are all on board on the minhyun-yooji ship, and they kept teasing the two of them if they are seen conversing with each other or even when just one of them is looking for the other.

"well it hasn't always been great, it's not always all happiness and sunshine, sometimes the exams are way harder than my expectations, and there's been some conflict here and there, and also ong sungwoo," yooji then leans forward the table, crossing her hands on the table, "overally i had a great time at this school," she said, as woojin writes her anwer down "just write the part where i say that i had a great time here, no need to write those unnecessary things i said earlier"

"i've entered many math competition in the past, and i've gotten some fairly good results, even though i haven't won first before," she said, heaving a sigh afterwards "i think winning second on math competitions are the only notable achievements i could think of, but i don't really want to go in depth of that, because i would be so annoyed at myself if i remembered on how i could forgot those formulas!"

"anything aside the time i decided to date ong sungwoo," she said as soon as woojin finished his question. he gave her a skeptical look, "no, but really! all things that has happened at ongsung has been a really great memory for me, and the only flaw of it all is when i decided to date ong sungwoo, period!" the skeptic expression never left woojin's face, but he decides to write it all down anyways.

PERSONALITY  minhyun could came off as a tad bit of a cold person when people first lay their eyes on him, on how he seems to kept resting an expressionless face with that dashing visual of his. but when people get to know him, minhyun is a really caring and also considerate person, even though he would prefer to inderectly showcase his consideration. isn't afraid to help anyone in need, whether they're a friend or a stranger. he's that one friend you would want to go to when you just want someone to hear you out and listen to your stories without complaints, the friend that gives you solutions when you're facing problems. someone that you could trust and rely on.
 
FIRST IMPRESSION  the first thing that came to her mind when she saw him was that he looked like a rather cold person, but seemingly wouldn't be that hard to get closer to.

this is the first time i've even talked to him wth are you even saying

yooji had seen minhyun multiple times ever since the first day at ongsung high, but it has always been seeing him here at school area and he was also at the same bus as her everyday, but she was never really curious about him or anything.
 
at one day however, after the academy was over, yooji went out rather late due to leaving behind her notebook the first time and had to run back to get it. she knew that she would probably going to miss the bus, but she still tried going to the bus stop to catch the next bus that would probably be there in like one more hour.
 
but as she got there she saw him there, sitting on the bench at the bus stop with an earphone on his right ear and arms crossed infront of his chest, and his head slightly leaning downwards, he appears to be sleeping. yooji just awkwardly sat beside him, trying to not wake him up or anything.
 
but as she sat down, he suddenly raised his head up and suddenly turn his head towards yooji, which kind of surprised her that he was obviously wasn't even asleep earlier since he doesn't seem like someone who just woke up. 
 
"you're going to wait for the next bus?" he asked. yooji was pretty confused and all, but still nods as a reply, "of course, i'm not going by foot you know"
 
"is it far or anything?" he continued, and yooji just chose to ignore his question "it's dangerous to be out at night, you know" minhyun commented as yooji decided to stay silent.
 
after half an hour the two just sat in complete silent with yooji who kept ignoring minhyun's attempt to start a conversation. "you know, i want to go to seven eleven for a while, wanna come along?" minhyun said, before he stood up from his seat, "i'll pay for you if you want anything" and so, yooji agreed to go with him.
 
and after a while waiting, the next bus finally arrived, and as expected there were barely any other passenger beside them and a middle-aged man upfront. and for a while, she was rather thankful that minhyun was there, since the man were giving her weird stares as she walked in and took her seat.
 
yooji actually wanted to call minhyun over to sit beside her, since the man really just freaks her out. but minhyun already recieved the signal even before she send it to him. she whispered a thank you to him after he settled down on his seat. minhyun gave her a slight smile, "told you it was dangerous"
afterwards, the two would always be seated next to each other at the bus and actually tries to get to know each other. and got close with each other, even though they don't really interact with each other that much at school. 
 
they became close friends eventually, with yooji getting used to his caring side as nothing special and that's just how he is. but minhyun himself seem to be the one who take his own care and attention towards her seriously.
 
when yooji and sungwoo started dating it was kind of weird for him, it's like he knew that yooji and sungwoo are close but he just didn't want the two of them to be together. even though he knew they were dating just because of truth or dare, he was truly worried if she eventually falls for sungwoo for real and end up hurting herself.
 
and his worries became true. she've told him that she think that she's starting to fall for ong sungwoo multiple times and that she hoped that he'll eventually feel the same way even though they might not seem like a couple. 
 
on the day sungwoo and yooji broke up, minhyun kept asking her whether she's fine or not and she kept assuring him that she's fine with it all. but after the academy and on the bus he once again asked her if she was really okay, and she eventually gave up and droplets of tears are starting to fall down her eyes.
 
it was just them at the back row of the bus, sitting side by side, yooji letting all of her tears and feelings running down in silence, and minhyun caressing her back for comfort.

as they started their second year at ongsung and both became members of the student council, they both got closer for some reason. as in previously, the only time they ever hang out together was during their first encounter with each other and it was at seven eleven, and waiting for a bus and now they would oftenly go hang out together just the two of them.
 
whenever the student council members decided to go somehwere together, yooji and minhyun would mostly spent more time together rather than actually paying attention to what the others are doing. which was the beginning of the two being dubbed as the resident couple.
 
they acted that way, there's no reason for them to get mad if the others called them so. with the two of them are in a situation where they're both acting and treating one another as if they're some couple but don't want to admit that they have feelings for one another.
 
minhyun, who is worried that she might still have feelings for sungwoo deep down in her heart but doesn't want to admit. 
 
and yooji, who sees the same pattern as her previous relationship, from starting off by being close friends to having feelings and worries that will end up in tears.

during their first official interaction, minhyun actually saw yooji running back to the academy and he recognize her as the kid that usually boards the same bus as her. since he knew that she would eventually missed the bus if she didn't hurry up. when he was about to reach the bus stop, the bus was there but he decided that there's no way he can let a girl board a bus alone at 10 pm, so he waited for her at the bench.

jinyoung usually waits for yooji at the bus stop near their house to pick her up from there. but ever since minhyun happened and all, jinyoung stopped doing so and minhyun would be the one who walked her from the bus stop to her house.

pretending to be a couple is something that they often do, but only when they need to board the bus after the academy. since they figure there would probably be a lot of suspicious people at night, hence the reason.

during that regular hangout between the student council members, the others kept talking whether they already have a date or not. none of them actually directly asked either of them about their dates, until donghyun decided to ask yooji about her date.
 
"speaking of prom dates, yesterday i got a pretty surprising text message that i never expected to recieve," she took a deep breathe before heaving a long sigh "ong sungwoo asked me to prom"
 
and it didn't fail to form a very awkward feeling around everyone there, because they were trying to push minhyun to ask her to prom that moment, but ends up with her telling them that her ex asked her to prom.
 
"i haven't replied to him yet tho, so technically i still don't have a date yet" she said, setting her sight on minhyun. 
 
and none of them decided to bring up the prom topic afterwards, but the two of them kept stealing glances from each other.
