Well, i suppose i'll make this a frequent thing to share stuffs i've been listening...so that i won't have to drag the post longerrrrr and end up attracting more anger for my piece of mind in my own blog. i learnt that it's easy to be likable, it can be hard to be honest but it can also be easy...but you can never be both likable and honest at the same time...unless...you're just boring.

ehhh....ok, nuff said.

These are some stuffs i've been listening uhh...the past couple days?

I'll just share vids of the ones i like...or not...if i decide to make exceptions...

not gonna include super popular big names if i don't like the song...since i've no passion to get into dramatic warmode with their fans...so pls understand n don't be too disappointed if i don't include your opparunnir yeah...:p

1. Lovelyz(Wow) and Gugudan(A Girl Like Me).

So...i'm not a fan of both groups...i don't really follow lovelyz and as for gugudan i'm pretty damn sure i won't come to like them...but i'm always open to be surprised and proven wrong so i went on trying their new songs. I didn't like Lovelyz song...it was kinda annoying...except for the chorus that sound diff from the rest of the song which i see in comments seem to resemble their past song...reminds me of how i hate ZE:A Five's The Day We Broke Up bcuz it's like Aftermath 2.0 and Aftermath was like some Dal Shabet song 2.0....ugh...i hate brave bros mostly...though i'm aware many idol composers might have similar traits of plagiarizing their own song...haa.

But after listening to Gugudan new song...suddenly i'm finding Lovelyz song better than before. errr...yeah i've went around n see general response on gugudan's song are more positive but...i'm not a parrot so i need not parrot same sentiment when i don't mean it right?

okay that's it. i still don't really like both...so...no sharing here sorry.

2. High4 - Love Line

Now i'm surprised i like this. It seems lately i'm trying to be more open to try boygroup songs. i never really bothered high4 until produce 101 Choi Eunbin & Kim Woojeong release a collaboration - duet cover of High4 song with IU...and i eagerly went try it since i like the dynamics between Eunbin n Woojeong who were rivals in the show for one mission(they're both in Miss A Bad Girl Good Girl rivaling teams for the debut song mission...Woojeong was in the topdog team n Eunbin in underdog team...the topdog team was arrogant n annoyed me n i was rooting for the awesome underdog team...but Woojeong was alrite...i like her cuz she's kinda the rebel in her team...she didn't want to do the song n dreaded when she was chosen...and she's also annoyed at the whole center thingy since she didn't understand what's so great about the center position-the center in her team was some pledis girl. i think she's only saved from being made villain by mnet editing cuz mnet already decided to neglect happyface girls right from the start when their intro perf wasn't even shown at all...)

Aaaanyway, back to the song...it's supposedly just an average song...but it has an easy listening feel that flows nicely and i can listen to it on repeat so i guess it's pretty good? i read in the comments that one member is leaving the group after this song...that he initially told the company he wanted to quit but they negotiated with him to do another final song-which is this song, n concert/show with the group before he actually leave....so fans already know about this....whaat...i'm impressed by how well a member departure is handled for once. if i am their fan...i'd feel touched n respected that i get a proper farewell...even if it's sad...i don't remember seeing that in any other group yet....

The only thing that bothered me(and actually the first thing that stuck in my head) was...'i love you like how fat kid loves cake'....whaat...ok i need fat kids who don't love cake to go sue dude who wrote that line. lol. it's cute n probly just done in good fun...but i can't help side-eye all these stereotypes/prejudice on fat ppl...like how i'm always annoyed at how movies/dramas here would portray fat ppl as some eating monster...i remember a scene in a movie...where the slim pretty heroine girl drinks a classy glass of orange juice while her fat friend drinks a couple jugs of coconut juice...it was done for comedic purpose probly but still...tacky.

Still, whenever i hear that line....i picture some fat kids eating cake cutely...even though i sound nitpicky here...but i can still enjoy the line n song...since it's not like the song is fixated on it. it's just me who got stuck there.

The song won't go to my top fav list...but it's a nice listen when i'm barely getting new good stuffs for my ears.

3. Imfact - Please Be My First Love

Okay this is an exception i'm talking bout. i don't really like this song or the group that much but i'm still sharing the vid here. They're from Star Empire so i wanted to support them....if just cuz i like their seniors...but...their concepts are all random and jarring the past few releases, i've no problem with versatility but their releases just give me random vibe i guess it's cuz they're still rookie n it's important to carve an identity first before going versatile...n none of the releases which i like...not a fan of their voices either...i guess the song is not that bad....at least better than that....feel so good or whatever they released earlier that just screams typical kpop boygroup-and unsurprising...i see a lot of ppl raving over it...ok.

I'm just upset to see SE trying so much with this group when SoReal(or their origial name before debut...Impact haa) didn't even get one freaking comeback after their debut after all the years of being in dungeon...it's like SE dunno what to do with talent when they have some...i was so upset bcuz i thought Jangmoon would've had a better second chance after A'ST1 disbanded. And not to mention the rest of SoReal had some mad vocals too. they could've made it big...without even having to be idol....n just promoted as vocal group. it was a shame how they're handled and ended just like that. now i want the Korean members of A'ST1 to get back together as a new vocal group since they're all really strong vocalists too. and i don't think Tomo n Haiming want to be singer anymore since they're doing different stuffs now while the other three still doing music.

4. Rania-What You Do cover

Not new stuff...but I love it whenever they cover this song!!! i was so won over the first time when all original members sang it...here, probly during Style era...cuz there's no Jooyi n Joy. Riko sound so dropdead fabulous but Xia's power vocals stood out too. Di was good and should've more parts...somehow Saem always sound terrified and super unconfident when singing...anyway, this only make me miss Riko so much T^T...

5. Voisper - I like you cover

A moment of silence to thank exo fans for not barging in bringing in their oppars to the video. (or maybe it's bcuz the title's in Korean n so not detected yet since it's always the international fans that are super annoying in video comments)...i remember when they went to Weather Forecast video just to say their oppar is better and that the original singer look creepy n blabla...i'm like ready to deliver biatchslaps...n then they went asking why i'm mad...like seriously??? you went to their video....trashtalk them n ask why ppl mad. that's typical kpop fans for ya.

Anyway, there's no legit reason to bring in your oppar anyway, since this song is originally by MY oppar, Weather Forecast who are not creepy n are super attractive n handsome bcuz of how talented they're to compose all their awesome songs.

And back to this cover...it solidify my opinion that Voisper...ain't that good to be a solid vocal group yet...this song ain't even require much to sound awesome...they sound....just alright...could've been much better...if only SoReal....if only Star Empire...if only my Weather Forecast oppars would reunite ><....T^T...

6. Jo Moon Geun Band - Same Place, Only One, Say Something...

i translated my fav song from their new album ^^...

the lyrics are almost as good as my fav lyrics Broccoli You Too's Cruel April...i love the feel...n i can relate minus the drink alcohol part lol...but cruel april still tops.

And i have to say one thing i like about JMGband changing company to pascal ent...now i could see more of them bcuz of their vlive broadcasts. did some cuttings of my fav songs out of the ones they perform.

This one was their debut song as a band(though not for JMG...since he already debuted solo before this)

i remember he debuted on SuperstarK2 final stage...

afterall, he's the runner up for first season...and i believe he brought in the biggest influence that caused SSK2 to have many musicians trying out....with the likes of Jang Jae In, Kang Seung Yoon n Kim Ji Soo n more in the following seasons. He's like the original musician in SSK. or maybe i'm exaggerating cuz i like him...haha...i didn't even watch the show...but his awesomeness was quite legendary...what...i'm wrong? lalala...i can't hear yaaa...i'm happy in my delulu world here~~~

and lastly...as last song JMGband performed Only One!!!

it's first song from them that i translated. i wasn't crazy bout it...but i did like it. but now after this perf...i'm in love with it all over again. And i love how they're discussing what song to perform to end their broadcast n they just casually play whatever song being suggested...and lastly JMG chose this song and started playing his guitar n Honghyu(the guitarist) followed...and later Siyoung(drummer) joined and Jaeha(bassist) was clueless of what song they're playing until JMG start singing. and and...they're so cute singing together and and...aaaaaahhh....kyeoptaaaaa!!! oppppaaaaaarrrrr!!!!

7. ROMEO - Toxic Love

i didn't know ROMEO(not the group, even if they released something too) released new song. i was just wondering if he did n went to look for it and of course...he can't wait for his twin to be done with military service to release new stuff. idk the english translation yet....but i'm kinda wishing for a more spine chilling epic ROMEO song like his past songs. This was kinda tame. as is with his recent releases as both ROMEO n Park Jung Min. Bcuz these two never release music that disappoint me yet(though it feels like it's slowly slipping down since he'd set the bar so high for his own future releases through continuous awesome releases one after the other)...i'm trying to be lenient with his releases while in service...i kinda wished he'd take the time to produce better stuffs like all his past stuffs...but this ain't so bad...it's just less epic grand haunting sound that ROMEO songs often have. And to think i used to hate In the Forest simply bcuz it creeped me out so much to listen to in the middle of the night...but then i learnt to appreciate it...cuz during that time of the release together with Faith and Run Away....In The Forest actually had his original signature sound the most though initially i had instant love for Faith. who knows...maybe after i learn the meaning of the lyrics...i could like it more...or i could like it less...

to end this....my fav ROMEO's evil anthem.

err...okay i don't exactly like evil stuffs but...yeah this is just his permanent concept n it's still nothing like kpop and their eyebrow raising MVs that turn me off...so...

i'm trying really hard not to ship...but my ship always make it hard for me...lol. n i hope they won't stop doing that. /wiggle eyebrows n runs out/

it was alrite....nothing much to shout about though impressive english n pronounciation but it's the thought that counts i guess.

But a lil sad it's not as fierce as original/Korean ver. No Jiwoo's fierce rap. No J.Seph rap too. in exchange, there's J.Seph sing n BM raps. J.Seph also took over Jiwoo's one line rap i think. Somin n Jiwoo sound really good tho. They changed the pairings in some parts...nooo...they're taking away moments for my ship...i'm sick of the popular ships the majority be shipping. and since they're making a different version of the song...i kinda wished they had the song rearranged in diff music style too...like....rock, slow, etc. rather than just change lyrics, parts n choreo...but well, i'm just complaining too much...

On the upside...i love the ladies' style here....ladies in suits ftw!

The fans are being overdramatic saying they're the first who did english ver of their song though.....or maybe you just choose to listen to opparunnirs who don't really care bout int fans. hey...ZE:A also did english ver for their song yknow....;) in fact i think...didn't they released the eng ver first?
